The tech was personable. He kept trying to figure out the problem with the furnace running just a few minutes and apparently has. Overall good job but by taking the furnace's defective evaporator out and putting it back in it has made the furnace run even less. It's now even colder inside. I went out afterwards and bought a space heater. A replacement part won't be available until next week. Good job on the diagnosis....

I had a great experience with Quality Comfort Home Services! I was in a panic when my A/C stopped blowing cold air on a Saturday (of course) morning! Fortunately, I remembered all the signs posted in my neighborhood for this company. Thank goodness they are open on weekends. They sent an amiable and knowledgeable technician out within hours. He explained the problem and had my house back to livable condition in no time! Also, the young woman who fielded my call was friendly and respectful. Now, their sign is in my yard! I highly recommend their services.

The technician who came to my home was fantastic. They were thorough in their work and took the time to explain everything they were doing and what needed to be done to keep my system running efficiently. I really appreciated that they didn’t rush through the process and made sure I understood everything. I also appreciated that they offered a maintenance plan and explained all the benefits without any pressure.

I had an exceptional experience with Quality Comfort Heating and Cooling, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Initially, I reached out to a competitor about adding mini-splits to help with poor air circulation and humidity issues in my three-story home, which resulted from an improperly designed and installed HVAC system by another company. Unfortunately, the competitor's solution required me to coordinate separately with another company for the electrical work, complicating the process.

Thankfully, I discovered Quality Comfort Heating and Cooling. Their team provided a comprehensive quote that included both the HVAC installation and all necessary electrical work, eliminating the need to manage multiple vendors. This seamless approach was exactly what I needed.

From my first interaction with Shayla at their call center to the installation performed by their home service team, every step was professional, thorough, and stress-free. They expertly installed two mini-splits and a whole-home dehumidifier, significantly improving the comfort and air quality in my home. Even when a minor delay occurred due to a missing part for the dehumidifier, they quickly resolved the issue at no additional cost and ensured the installation was completed promptly.

The outstanding service didn't stop there—I've since trusted Quality Comfort Heating and Cooling to flush our tankless hot water heater and have become a member of their maintenance program. Their crew consistently demonstrates exceptional knowledge, skill, and professionalism.

Edit: the reply here mentions that they tried to call us. I have no record of any missed calls, nor any messages left on my voicemail, no emails trying to reach out otherwise. I have called and spoken to the front office staff person twice to relay my message. From my side, there has been no contact from them until I decided to post this review. I would be happy to amend this review if they ever actually get in touch.

Up until recently I would have rated them much higher, as all of the technicians that come through are very friendly, professional, and do not try to upsell us. We have been using them for all our hvac and plumbing needs and even have their membership, and so I’d like to clarify that this rating reflects mostly the ownership (although some workmanship concerns) and not necessarily the technicians who are not empowered to make the decisions to provide the best customer service they want to.

Our experience has left us feeling shocked and disappointed and we will no longer give our business or recommend them to others.

We have a mini split that they installed that was leaking and the rust was dripping down our wall. Upon having a tech come out to diagnose, we learned that it’s due to missing insulation - something that should have been installed initially with the unit (and to note, this was already installed twice by them as the first time was also done incorrectly and sitting too low on the wall to drain properly. The owner came out to fix it himself the second time.) Separately, we were also requesting a new mini split install estimate for another part of our home. Instead of offering to outright repair the first unit and stand by their work, they said they’d only fix it if we went ahead with the $6k+ mini split install of the second unit so that they could do the work at the same time. If we did not proceed with that install, the quote to repair the first (remember: incorrectly installed unit by them) was nearly $700 and deemed “fair” (separately, I learned that the materials cost for this repair is around $30 plus 1hr or so of labor). Why they think we would ever pay $6k to have a new unit installed when the quality of their work and any accountability for that work was already in question was surprising. Upon calling the office to ask to speak to the owner to better understand this decision, I was told that I “probably wouldn’t get a call back from him”. Still hoping to give this company the benefit of the doubt, another technician came for our tune up and I shared this situation, he agreed and said he’d speak to his manager to hopefully open an investigation again. We have not heard back and at this point it is going on over a month since the initial call and over a week since the new investigation, so at least his front office wasn’t lying about not calling customers back.

However, I am shocked that a business owner’s default message is “probably not going to call a customer back” when even the technicians that came through our home to look at the unit were shocked they wouldn’t just fix it and one admitted how “embarrassed” he was that this was their work. I have tried to give them opportunities to make this right, especially in light of learning what a relatively easy fix it is.
So instead of eating that $600 to properly install the unit and restore credibility, they’ve lost all our future business. I have lost all trust that they will do 1) quality work and 2) what is right. I caution you to get a second opinion if you are considering using Quality Comfort.

Quick service - needed a humidifier installed - gave a good estimate, worked out a tricky workspace, gave good options. Signed up for the install. Professional and knowledgeable.

From the initial estimate and followup with Steve, ease of acquiring financing and options given by Shayla, to the install and svc tech folks, ALL was stellar! I'd recommend this company in a second! VERY pleased with this Goodman system which was replacing Goodman systems that were 28 yrs old!

Their team is so professional and organized. They were so quick to respond when my furnace went out, and their technician Ethan was so thorough to make sure things were good. I’d definitely recommend!

They were courteous and timely responding through text as well as email. Their estimate was thorough and provided videos/pictures to document everything. I would use them again.

Alec came to our house call for an issue in our bathroom HVAC. He was extremely attentive and thorough, not only talking to us about the problem, but also documenting findings with pictures sent to us. He gave us practical tips and advice. The cost was extremely reasonable for all the work done and very professional.

David showed up on time and was very nice. He completed the inspection and did not try to pressure me or scare me into buying anything unnecessary. He was very knowledgeable about the inspection process and took the time to explain to me the condition of my furnace, what he saw and what it means. I’m an engineer so I like to ask a lot of questions 🫣 overall it was a great experience and will be scheduling them for my spring tune up.

Whenever you have a plumbing problem, you want it fixed yesterday. I called five plumbers and Quality Comfort could come the fastest, and they were recommended by my regular plumber. When an opening came up, they came even faster. They had no issue wearing a mask in the house. They gave me a quick fix option and an option that should prevent some future problems - both with quotes that seemed reasonable (my regular plumber ageeed). It was a Friday and they didn’t have what they needed to fix it, so they gave me a few workarounds to get through the weekend, and came back Monday. They did a great job and cleaned up pretty well. Very satisfied customer.

Very Happy with the work Tyler did on our new drain pipes for bathroom. Very reasonably priced, laid down plastic where he would walk and cleaned up after himself !

We had this business come to our office to fix a heating issue and could not recommend them enough. Ethan was very kind, thorough, and presented us with a couple of different pricing options. He did not try to sell us other products as other businesses typically would. We will definitely use them again!

Every part of my experience was quick and easy. From setting up the appointment, to having a technician come out, and the repair. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue. I had shopped around for prices and bigger name HVAC companies in the area were going to charge me double to triple the price. With the service and pricing at Quality Comfort it was well worth it and didn't cost me an arm and a leg.

I reach out to Quality Comfort Home Services a couple of days ago to get an estimate for a new HVAC. Getting the appointment was very easy and the next day they sent Steve D. He was on time and friendly. I told him the situation that my furnace seems struggling to blow some heat. He looked at the furnace and told me about the problem and gave me some figures but he said I don’t need replacement unit because it’s only 5 yrs old but needed some repairs done to get my furnace back in order. The experienced with Steve was a delight, not pushing to get a sale so I liked that. Company B came and sent their Technician but did not address my pressing concerns properly so needless to say I ended up calling Quality Comfort Home Services again simply because of Steve’s honesty and insights. The next day, they sent Ethan S to me for getting my furnace problem squared. Ethan took his time in diagnosing and troubleshooting my unit. After that, he came up to me and show me pictures and videos he took, pointed out the problem, and recommended the best way path forward. All in all I’m happy with the end result and I discussed my my next project to Ethan which was a duct cleaning so my furnace will blow more air efficiently. Will definitely work with this company again. Thank you Steve and Ethan!

June 2025 Update - Had Quality Comfort return for a standard tune up and maintenance check for my main AC unit as well as my Mini Split system. Once again I found their service technician to be thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. I was so satisfied with their past services that I decided to join their Total Care Club. So glad I did! My Mini Split stopped cooling six weeks later. Since I had joined the Total Care Club the follow up service was covered. Unfortunately I needed a replacement system. I had them quote a new Mini Split and got a second estimate from a competitor. I was not surprised that Quality Comfort had a better offer. The extended labor warranty for a new system covered under their Total Care Club is a no brainer for me. Quality Comfort provides Quality Service with Quality People! Looking forward to being a loyal customer for years to come.

These guys were amazing. I had a questionable previous hvac guy that did a lot of damage. Ethan, Brian, Steve and Adrian walked me through diagnosis, financing and replacement. They are honest, friendly and all around great guys. Im so happy I found this company. Sitting in a comfortable 66 degrees (my preference) knowing I'm finally going to have a good night's sleep.
