We have been long time customers of Jonle under their service contracts. This is a great way to keep repairs costs under control. Somehow with our luck and Jonle's experience, our furnance has lasted 28 years. Jonle seems it will hang in there for about 2 more years. Thank you Jonle -- definitely got our moneys worth from an important part of our home.

I really like Jonlee because of their professionalism during my regular seasonal checks for ac/ furnace . I purchased my furnace from them years ago and I was pleased with them giving me comparable products and prices to choose from with a patient and seamless experience. Jonlee has always shown me and my home respect by arriving on time and their cleanliness.They always arrive with shoe covers . Their service is reliable and costs are reasonable which has the same furnace running for years.

We called Jonle because our furnace was not producing much heat. A technician came by the same afternoon and fixed the problem. He was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem to us and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend! Good folks!

Jonle Heating & Cooling has been providing me service for many years. I have them come out twice a year for maintenance and they have a discounted rate if you sign up for the 2x year maintenance package. They send the same guy out each time so you get to know them and they know you. Great company and great employees.

We had our new system installed by Jon Le. When built our house in 2021. They installed that one. So 24 years later when we needed a new system , there was no question. Their technicians are, friendly and knowledgeable. They serviced our system the first 24 years and we will definitely have them service our new one. Thank you for you wonderful service!!

I just had my annual pre winter furnace system maintenance. My technician was Mark. He was very efficient. He also made some good recommendations that could improve my system. Jonle has been servicing my HVAC system for many years and I regularly have a service contract with them. I have always been very satisfied with the service they provide.

The technicians were very friendly and knowledgable. They explained what was wrong and what they did to fix the problem. They also told me my unit was under warranty for parts and labor, so I did not have to pay for the service. That was a nice surprise! Thank you JonLee!

JonLe has been my HVAC contractor for over 20 years. All JonLe services (communication with the office, setting appointments, purchasing filters, etc., purchasing/installing new equipment and of course, the yearly maintenance throughout the year) have been professional with courtesy and respect from all JonLe Team Members. Last Friday, my technician, Jason, thoroughly (and calmly, even with my dog upstairs doing his usual barking greeting) performed the complete annual furnace/electronic filter service. I always feel confident he makes sure all my HVAC equipment will be running smoothly. In addition, this time he explained how he was able to check for CO during the running of the furnace and how the pump works to clean out excess water/pollen. Thank you, JonLe Heating & Cooling !

We have been using Jonle for 20+ years. Technician (Mark Johnston) performed our annual furnace maintenance this past week. He was on time, courteous and thorough. Once complete, Mark showed us pictures of the inside of our furnace and explained the services he performed, including changing the filter (I provided) and the humidifier pad. Overall we were pleased as always.

I had a broken furnace that was unsafe to run for the upcoming winter season. JonLe was the second company that I called to get a quote from and they were much more affordable than the competition. They were quick to get me the quote and gave me plenty of financing options to choose from. The scheduling was effortless and the installation was quick and professional. I'm so pleased with my new furnace. <3

We had our furnace/heat pump winter check and service done by Matt, he was great, explaining what he checked and offering details about how well the units are running and that we were ready for the winter season. We have used Jonle since we moved to our new condo in 2016 subscribing to their Energy Savings/Preventive Maintenance Service Plan. It provides twice per year check up services by their friendly, knowledgeable service technicians. They explain what they have cleaned and checked and how your units are running which is helpful. The few times our unit needed a replacement part or repair, it was explained clearly; the repair was done promptly and the pricing was very reasonable. With Jonle, we feel very comfortable that our HVAC systems are always in top condition.

Jonle service techs are very good at what they do. They arrive within a 2 hour window. They get to work and check/clean everything thoroughly. Put new filters in if they need changed and let you know if there is anything you should do to ensure your HVAC system runs properly. They are always friendly, efficient and get the job done. Prices for spring and fall preventive maintenance are priced fairly. Highly recommend buying on of the packages they offer.

The Jonle technician, Mark Johnston, arrived on time. He covered his shoes before stepping onto my floor. He was pleasant and courteous; went about his work, and finished in a reasonable amount of time. I have no complaints and expect my system to work at maximum efficiency.

Noah did a great job doing our Fall/Winter HVAC checkup today! He was very prompt, checked everything thoroughly and made sure we had no questions afterward. We appreciated his professionalism and kindness throughout. Highly recommend JonLe!

Called JonLe to fix furnace. Thermostat was calling for heat and fan was running, but no combustion. Technician arrived within 2 hr and identified problem as the inducer motor not working. It had seized. He was able to manually get it turning again and lubricated it to get it running. He recommended ordering a replacement because it would likely fail again. I agreed and he returned next day to install the new one. Furnace is working great. Have used JonLe for 20 yr as they installed the furnace when we built our house. Very satisfied with their service plan on my furnace and air conditioner. Happy to recommend them.

JonLe installed a whole house humidifier. They were responsive, answered all my questions, and the customer service was excellent. Technicians showed up on time, were professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I even purchased their maintenance plan. Great company and I’m happy to give them my business going forward.

Furnace quit so I called them. They sent someone out today and fixed it so I have heat in 12 degrees weather. Very professional service. Friendly and informative. So glad I was referred to them. Need a switch not a new furnace.
