I have a rental property on the west side and called these guys in a pinch when the house's A/C unit was acting up. They came out THAT day and recommended a full cleaning and did not try to sell me a compressor or new unit like every single other company around. Their price for the "tune up" was better than just a visit from other companies. The owner himself called me and took my payment over the phone. He is top notch and you should call these guys for any heating and air issue you have. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Westside Heating and Air did an awesome job with my new AC and Furnace!

I own an older home on the west side (as most of them are), and the previous owners had a lot of work done by a well intentioned, but not so great handyman. This makes my house a nightmare for professionals who need to do things to code. You just never know what your going to find when you start taking something apart in this house. This went for my AC and furnace as well. The work previously done by the handyman was beyond incorrect. However, Andrew went well above and beyond to fix the previous work on the hvac system and installed the new AC and furnace perfectly, and at a very fair price as well! It feels like a brand new house.

Now if they only did plumbing too 😆

Great service from this company. Furnace went out at 7 PM, called Westside Heating and Andrew was here in less than 15 minutes. He was able to get the furnace running for the night after finding the problem. He ordered the needed part and came back the next day to install it. Top notch customer service,

Called them the other day and Darrin made time out of his busy schedule to come look at my AC unit. I had another company come before him and they wanted to charge me an arm an leg but Westside heating and cooling reasonably gave me a price. Darrin and Andrew know what they’re doing I am very satisfied with the results! Only company on the Westside that I will use.

Andrew handled the installation of our new furnace and AC unit. He was extremely informative throughout the entire process and made us feel comfortable with our decisions. He made sure to check in after each piece was completed to ensure we were happy. We are very pleased with the service and quality of work.

Our A/C went out and we immediately called Westside Heating & Air. We got a call from Andrew within an hour, and he was there the next day. We had a new A/C the following day. With kids in the home, this type of responsive and quick delivery of what we needed was incredible. Andrew and Westside doesn't price gouge, they are salt of the earth people who treat you right. Say His Name! Technician Andrew, you really came through for us BRO! We called another company initially who of course cheated us out of our money. Andrew with Westside Heating and Cooling came through! With one call, he was here the very next day! This was after 6 full days of 90 degree weather and zero AC! It was so hot my son gave up on us and moved to my brothers for the summer! Andrew was able to replace our blower motor and also provided a few suggestions on how to best cool the house quickly! Andrew is an angel! I am very pregnant and our a/c wasn’t blowing out cool air when we turned it on for the summer. He made it a priority to get here and help us out. He took one look at the hvac system in the basement (which he replaced for me a few years prior and also did a great job) and then went outside to check the a/c unit. He was immediately able to diagnose that the motor was bad and promptly replaced it. He is such a kind man and my dog also loved him because he gave her lots of pets. Highly recommend for any of your heating and cooling needs!

Our furnace went out late in a Friday night and Darrin was there is 20 minutes and installed a new one the next day. He’s very friendly and gets the job done.

Absolutely amazing service we bought a nest thermostat and it absolutely threw our heating and cooling system off causing my blower motor to Malfunction because of voltage issues. Their technician Andrew came through and explain what the issue was he was on time polite and courteous and provided excellent customer service. He Had our unit up and running in less than an hour now our house is cool and comfy. I wouldn’t recommend any other service 🙏🏽

Very Reliable and is Customer Focused! I highly recommend Westside Heating & Air. My A/C went out and Andrew came out at 10pm at night and got my unit running. I knew my could was uprepairable and decided to have a new unit installed. Andrew was able to order and install my unit quickly within a few days. Andrew communicated daily with me and went the extra mile to check my existing unit until my new unit was able to be installed. I will always use this company...very loyal and honest!! I was having some issues with carbon monoxide and gas inside my house and contacted Darren . This man took time out of his day not once not twice but answered my calls 4 times and walked me through the steps that I should take to eliminate the issue. I felt as if I was talking to a family member and not a buisness owner. He not only helped me come to a conclusion but he called me and asked if there was anything else he could do. He didn't ask for a dime! This is a company that looks to help people and not always putting what they can make off of you first. If your looking for a company that puts people first this is the one. These guys really saved me! My tenant called me at 11:50PM saying that their air conditioning unit wasn't blowing cold air. Given the upcoming 90+ day heat stretch, I knew I needed to act quickly! Searching for an HVAC company, I stumbled upon Westside Heating & Air Conditioning and gave them a call at MIDNIGHT. I was not expecting anyone to answer, but lo and behold, Darrin picked up IMMEDIATELY! We talked through the A/C unit issue and he was able to come out the next day, diagnose the problem, and make the fixes/replace parts right then and there! What I appreciate about Darrin is he's very honest and blunt about the condition of your unit. He never upsold me and just replaced the parts that he identified as a problem and then took the time to show me why these older parts weren't performing. He fixed the A/C and the the tenants were much appreciative; I've had no complaints since!

Further, I ended up texting Darrin on a Saturday late afternoon to get some help with choosing the appropriate filter for my furnace. He immediately called me to give his input, which is something I was not expecting him to do!

If you ever have any issues with your HVAC system and need someone to talk to/get the job done right the first time, Darrin and Westside Heating are your guys!

Would give more than 5 stars if it were an option. Darrin came out to my mother in laws house on an emergency call. It was a Saturday and he was very patient with her. He gave her a few different options and didn't pressure her into a new unit. She decided to on her own and the new unit was installed today and he also took the time to give her tips on settings and vents. So many others would have taken advantage of an 83 year old.

Our AC was out on Friday nite we called Westside heating Darrin was at our house in less than an hour! He got cooling again fast!

I walked out to his truck with him while he was putting up his tools he had the the most organized truck I have ever seen stocked with everything for AC repair you could think of highly recommend Westside heating
