I have been using Jonle for over 20 years. They installed a new furnace last year. Today they did the bi-annual inspection/tune up. Mark Johnston was the technician. He was extremely thorough. Documented/photographed and explained every step of the service. I could not be more pleased. A real pro!!

We’ve been loyal JonLe customers since 1996 which included replacing all furnaces and A/C units as well as installing zoned heating and cooling solutions throughout our homes. We have used JonLe Heating and Cooling for almost 20 years. We have the Silver Plan and receive two maintenance service calls a year to keep our system running well. Service techs are always knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. We are pleased with JonLe!

Great experience. I called Jonle because the previous owner of the home had their maintenance done through them, and figured if anyone would know my furnace it would be them.

The tech (Tim Feldman) called roughly 30 minutes before arrival. He was friendly and was able to diagnose the issue with my furnace quickly and able to explain to me what was wrong and what the fix was. He was able to get my furnace running properly quickly, which is a life saver during the winter!

Called JonLe for emergency service for my furnace. They responded immediately. The technician Matt did a great job. He quickly figured out what was wrong and got it fixed. He helped me understand what happened and what my options were to keep our furnace working. Very much appreciated.

I have had our furnace/heat pump check-ups and service done by JonLe (merged with Tri-County) for over 20 years and counting. From the HVAC installers (2/3 units replaced over these years). I have my summer and winter services BOTH done annually, using your Annual Service Agreement.

Many of my services have been performed by Technical Engineer Steve and he has "ALWAYS" done professional jobs. He's great at trouble shooting, explaining and a "GREAT ASSET" to the JonLe Company; great skilled professional people with people skills is always a plus for any Company. I have recommended JonLe to family and friends that have also had great experiences.

From Dave, Dennis, etc who installed my latest HVAC unit in recent years unit to Steve you have quality experienced staff.

Again, Steve is a GREAT asset to your Company and one reason, I have continued service with JonLe; and recommended your Company to family and friends. Other HVAC services constantly are trying to expand their business with less expensive deals, etc. but I have remained a satisfied loyal customer; feel very comfortable that our HVAC system is always in top condition.

Jonle Heating & Cooling has always been professional, courteous, and friendly. They take take time to answer all questions and concerns and always treat me and my home with respect. We have been using JonLe for almost 40 years. We have never had a single problem with them. The office staff are always very friendly and helpful. The technician’s are always on time and very knowledgeable and respectful of your property. They will advise you have any issues and make suggestions to improve your heating and cooling systems but they are never a hard sell. They have been with us through 2 houses and now a condo. We always purchase the yearly maintenance package so they come once in the spring and again late fall or early winter. We wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Thank you. Tim F. did an EXCEPTIONAL job repairing our furnace! He was so professional, respectful, courteous and friendly. He explained exactly what the problem was and repaired it promptly. He took the time to test it and make sure it was running properly. I am extremely satisfied! Stay safe and warm out there!

Our heat pump was making lots of noise so we called JonLe to come out and take a look. Our tech Will was great! He answered all our questions and eased our concerns. Getting a new system installed today! Excellent service all around!

JonLe was awesome to work with they didn’t hassle us during the buying process or make us feel rushed, they gave us time and space to figure things out and let us know if we had questions we were free to ask. Makes it easier when making a huge purchase for your home.
We were able to call and schedule the new HVAC install quickly and they work efficiently and left everything clean and tidy when done! They explained everything to us when they finished the install and let us know all the important details and what to expect.
I would highly recommend JonLe to anyone in need of a new HVAC system! They also had very easy finance options for the system which was also nice to see.

I was impressed but this company. They got here quick sent a text with technical's picture saying he was on the way. Since my husband couldn't be here it made me feel safe just knowing who was coming. Matt was very professional and nice took time to explain the issue with our boiler system along with pictures showing the damage. Replacing an entire HVAC system is incredibly stressful. Not just because of the cost, but also the fear of being taken advantage of or making a really bad situation even worse.
Our experience with JonLe, however, could not have been better.
We would gladly give this review 10 stars if we could.

First, Frank (a former installer now in sales) and our lead installer, Jared, have been with the company for 30 and 16 years respectively. Their experience showed immediately from the first visit.
They pointed out simple improvements to the water line for the humidifier plus the ductwork with ways to increase airflow that have already made a huge difference in the performance of the new system.

The price, warranty, and service agreement were all better than the four other Cincinnati companies we spoke with. JonLe also offered the most favorable financing terms on a new Carrier system, along with helpful information about a tax credit we can claim before the end of 2025.

The best part of the entire experience was the installation by Jared and Sam. It took three days because they took their time and did things right. I’ve included photos of their craftsmanship.

Thank you for turning a VERY stressful situation into a much easier one. Both in terms of the final product and the cost. You truly exceeded our expectations.

Quite possibly the most detail oriented company I’ve worked with. The way their HVAC installer made sure every wire was secured in brackets and everything was run neat and tidy really tingles all the OCD tendencies one may have. Overall I couldn’t have chosen a better company to work with!

Darrin Lawhorn, who installed our water heater, is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. He was rude on the phone (even just in answering his phone), and refused to come check on my water heater that is visibly leaking. Will never use them again.

This guy came trying to rip my mom off, he almost got her with his country accent and lies. He was trying to charge her 9k to clean and replace coil in a 3 ton unit. I got the whole unit replaced inside and outside for $5900. Call others before you use this company. They out to get people.

I called the number for air conditioning help. It was a 90+ degree day, my a/c was on the fritz. I called at 7:30pm. They said they would be on site between 11 and 11:30pm. Andrew called at 10:30pm, arrived at 11:10 pm. He had driven from Sharonville to Covedale!!! Got right to work, found the problem, put a new condenser on, fixed!! Cold air coming through the vents. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

We have used Westside Heating and Air for over 4 years. They installed a new Heat Pump 2 years ago. Service is incredible. I recommend this company to all my friends. I do a lot of research before I hire a service company. Your search should stops here.

Darrin came by this evening --no extra fee for emergency - got our air conditioning back to normal prwttp quick. I found him honest and straightforward. He explained why he was doing what he was doing.

GREAT SERVICE ESPECIALLY FROM DARRIN WHO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP OUT A FRIEND OF OURS. WE WOULD DEFINATELY RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE IN NEED.

He was here on time, and he stayed until the job was done, and the air conditioning is working great, only took 5 hours, if I had any further problems then I would contact him again!
