Awesome job!!! Had a new roof put on and was finished in 1 day! When I got home from work I had a new roof and not one trace of garage, nails or anything. You couldn’t even tell anybody was there except for the fact that I had a new roof and I love it! Amazing and highly recommend to anybody looking for help with a roof!

I have a Cape Cod style home with a very steep roof, not very large but too steep to work on myself. Of 3 estimates i got, Terri at Lady on the Roof (LOTR) was in the middle, not too much more than the lower, a good bit less than the higher. Big thing is she gave us a no-pressure sales pitch, listened to what we wanted and provided suggestions on those, and most of all treated my wife as an equal partner in our home-maintenance decisions. you may not realize how big a deal that is until after working with other contractors where it is all 'about the guys' that make the exterior home maintenance decisions.

We had a couple hiccups along the way, from materials not being delivered on time (Terri and her assistant made it happen so no affect on the work timeline after all), to a couple window screens getting torn (and replaced good as new), and the way each was handled made us feel even better about our choice going with LOTR. The original estimate was spot on, even with the rotted boards that needed replaced (a what-if, add-on cost i knew was a possibility).

BTW the new roof looks better every day.
And yes, i recommend you give them a call.

I used this company to replace the roof on my house that had damage from the severe winds and storms. They did such a good job I used them for other services. They were honest, dependable, great with communication and actually took the time to explain everything to me in detail regarding the process of using my insurance to replace the roof....and I had TONS of questions lol. There was no pressure on their part either to do anything....it was all at my discretion. It's scary putting your trust in someone with such a large project but I could not have been happier. I would personally recommend this company to anyone needing work done on their roof. I thought this company was an example of how companies should be.... looking out for the customer. The job was done so quick I couldn't believe it. They cleaned up everything too. The only way I could tell they were there was by seeing my beautiful new roof!

Terri Kruse and her crew from LOTR did a tremendous job replacing our gutters, leaf guards and downspouts. I would highly recommend them to you. I will call them back in the future when we need proof work. Thanks for your efforts and work. Looks like a new house!

Everything about working with them was fantastic. Camille was responsive and they were able to help us quickly. Our new gutters turned out great. We couldn't be happier!!

We had a great experience with Terri. She responded same day when we had heavy ice build up and a water leak in the roof. They cleared the ice and stopped the leak so that we incurred minimal damage. Then when we decided to replace the roof, she spent extra time with us explaining the options and all the details so that we could choose what was best for our house. She uses only the best quality materials. The new roof was on by the end of the week and now we have great peace of mind that our house is protected.

The buyers of my house requested replacement of a flat roof that was damaged. Terri and her crew at lady on the roof responded to my many queries and finished the job in an abbreviated timeframe, prior to closing and to the satisfaction of the buyer. Terri and her crew we great! They installed my roof last year and were very communicative about everything that was being done. They had the roof completed in a timely manner and cleaned up the area once they were finished. The roof still looks great a year later.

Very professional in all aspects of the project. Terri treats every customer's job as if the project was being done to her own home. Nothing but the best materials and crews were used on my job. Zero issues or complaints on the two jobs (roof and siding) that were done on my home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top notch experience.

We used Lady on the Roof recently to replace our James Hardy siding. Terry Kruse ( owner) was very professional and easy to work with- communication was superb! The work was done in a timely manner and looks great. They also did a good job with the cleanup. I highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again in the future with all of our roofing/siding and gutter needs.

Kruse roofing did a great job explaining our options and helping us make a cost effective yet quality purchase in our siding. We used them for our roof a couple of years ago as well and have never been disappointed. “The lady on the roof” Terri is exceptional at helping us understand the process from beginning to end.

Terri is fantastic. We had our roof done about a year ago and it’s doing great. They not only fixed a leak for us but they found some boards that needed repaired and quickly took care of it. The work looks like great quality and all the staff was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions.

Lady on the Roof replaced a damaged existing flat roof on our office building. Their pricing was competitive, their service and responsiveness was excellent, the crew was very polite and professional and their work was stellar. In addition, Teri went to bat for us with the insurance company to make sure they were covering a comparable product that meets code. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Great experience. The Sales Rep, Bob, was very knowledgeable and stayed on site the entire time during the roof install as well as during the new the gutter installation the next day. Terri also stopped by several times to make sure things were going smoothly and was also helpful prior to the install in suggesting colors that would go well with the house. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about Lady on the Roof, Terri, Mike and the rest of the team. Terri has now worked on roofs for me a t two different houses and also completed replacing almost all my windows. There was a manufacture defect with one of the windows and she worked to follow through and get it replaced with no hassle. Mike has been extremely helpful looking at one of the few windows I didn't get replaced with them. He was able to make adjustments from a previous vendor who had a bad installation (hence why I switched to LOR for the rest of my windows after that experience) The biggest testimonial came from my neighbors who mentioned that when they did the tear off and replacement of my roof they were impressed how crew kept things clean picked up at the end of each day and didn't cause any issues for the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this team for your home improvement needs!

We had gutter/ trim repairs and roof replacement work completed by LOTR. Terri and Camille were great to work with throughout the whole process. They took care of the details with insurance, were thorough, responsive, timely and worked with our busy schedules. It was a very seamless process.. highly recommend!

A little late (well, a lot late) in providing a review. We contracted with Lady On The Roof in late spring 2023 to replace soffits and facia that were severely damaged by raccoons. At our request, Terri and team installed James Hardie board soffits and facia in the hopes to keep critters out of the house once and for all.

Since our roof was over 20 years old and had a lot of heat damage we also had Terri and her team replace the roof and gutters.

Caeser and his crew did a great job with the fascia and soffits. We were equally pleased with the roofing crew. The latter somehow managed to do a complete tear off and replacement in one day. You have to witness the amount of roof we have to understand how impressive this is. They worked into dusk to ensure the new roof was complete that day.

Terri and Camielle were quick to address any concern we had during the process. I would recommend Lady On The Roof without hesitation.
