Lady on the Roof did an excellent job replacing our roof, gutters, and siding on our house. Such a good job that two of our other neighbors hired her to do roof and gutters on their homes. I highly recommend Terri Kruse and her crew for any home improvements you may be considering.

Terri is amazing. She is super responsive and thoughtful about her solutions and recommendations. Her team is professional and of course hard working. We’ve called on Terri for everything from a full roof replacement to solving decades old questions on small issues we’ve had with leaks (before she put on the new roof!).

When no one else could get our insurance company to pay for a new roof even though we obviously needed one, Terri Kruse from Lady on the Roof had the Midas touch! She was beyond wonderful to work with in every aspect throughout the entire project! She was friendly, knowledgeable, always available, and just great to be around. The crew that actually put the new roof on was friendly too. They did a great and efficient job. The roof is beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the end result and experience! Had a great experience with Lady on the Roof. We had a leak and they were able to fit us into their schedule so quickly to help save us from further damage. Terry and Camielle were very helpful and great at communicating with us throughout the install. The crew were efficient and respectful of our home and thorough with their clean up. And we love how our new shingles look. Would definitely recommend their services.

Professional, courteous and competent. I needed some repairs to an aging roof. They responded quickly and performed the work timely as promised. Terri, the owner, offered much welcomed advice that was honest upfront and enabled me to weigh all my options. She really knows her stuff!!! Although I went with minor repairs for now, I will definitely be using Lady On The Roof when it’s time for a new roof. I loved that I was supporting a woman owned small business in a field traditionally dominated by males. We just completed a roof repair with Lady on the Roof. Tracy did the work and did a great job. He took detailed pictures of all the completed repairs and painting, including sealing the cap on our chimney which was beyond what had been expected.

It was great working with them on the entire process, from estimate to project completion. It was also appreciated that their initial evaluation and estimate focused on the actual problem and not something much bigger that was not required. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of help on a roofing project.

Lady on the roof is an amazing company. Terri is very quick to respond and takes very good care of her customers. She is very informative on details and won't beat around the bush, she is very straight forward. We have gotten 2 roofs done by her. Our 2nd she was able to get us done before we moved Into our new house. We won't use another roofing company.

It was a pleasure working with Lady on the Roof, from the owner (Terri) to on-site managers (Amy and Paul) and the installation crew (1099 workers, all respectful and skilled). We had a complex project, made more difficult by steep pitches, bad weather, and a tight project timeline dictated by other construction projects at the home. Lady on the Roof was highly responsive and committed, working through spotty weather, to get my roof replaced at high quality and on time, with a good price as well. Amy in particular has an excellent eye for detail, and I appreciated that the crew made special effort to avoid any debris falling in my neighbor's yard. From the moment I met with Terri and Amy to scope and quote the project, I knew I was working with a knowledgeable and experienced team. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Terri with Lady on the Roof! We were unsure about reroofing our flat-roofed arbor, but Terri guided us through new planking and roofing, as well as gutter guards, and a few miscellaneous repairs on our house roof. I loved how she corresponded and sent us updates and pictures along the way. Her crew are hard workers and cleaned everything up. Terri will make sure everything is done accurately to your liking!

We had such a great experience working with the staff of Lady on the Roof - from Paul in sales, to Catherine in the office, to Amy who coordinated the install, to Marcella who led his crew of roofers. Amy and Marecella went above and beyond to determine what was going on when a separate plumbing issue arose and we could not be more grateful for their extra effort. Thanks to Terri (the owner) and Paul for being so responsive to all my questions and being on site on a regular bases coordinating inspections, etc. And very importantly staying in contact with my insurance company to insure I got the maximum I was entitled to. They really saved me a lot of frustration and money by going to work on my behalf. My roof replacement was smooth and efficient and looks great.

The communication/estimate process was very thorough (they got up on the roof) and I was able to sign all paperwork and invoices online. The job itself was meticulous and so was the cleanup. The staff and crew found a number of issues from the previous roofing job and were able to fix them. We’ve had several compliments on how “pretty” our roof is! Thank you!
