I worked with Bob Henry who was excellent from start to finish on my new roof. I'm getting my gutters done with this company too. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company for any siding, gutters or roof repair needed. I will be a customer for life.

Bill Anderson was awesome through the whole process. He dealt with my Isurance company, the adjuster and managed every aspect of the job. Will be recommending him and Secured Roofing to anyone and everyone.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews on here. Let me tell you about bill anderson from secured roofing.... normally a salesman will sell a job and run. This guy was at the job till the end. Amazing service. Absolutely amazing. This guy ain’t happy till you are. I highly recommend him.

I had my roof replaced a couple of months ago by Secured Roofing and it looks awesome! I left for work with my old roof and by the time I returned home, I had a brand new roof! The roof looks awesome and everything was cleaned up as if no one one was ever there! Highly recommend this company!

I had my roof replaced. Roof leaked in 1 year. They made a repair & now its leaking in the same spot & they said im out of the two year warranty. I contacted the owner of secured roofing Dustin Doll. He had someone call me to tell me im out of warranty even though the issue started within my warranty coverage time frame.

Matt was extremely great to work with! We were in the process of buying a home that needed a new roof and Matt and his team coordinated excellent, allowing us to have a brand new roof as we moved in. Matt is very easily available to answer any and all questions and definitely created a stress-free situation. The quality and appearance of the roof is pristine! Highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new roof!!

The work provided by Bob Henry and his crew was spectacular! The job was started and finished in a timely manner and the work was excellent! I have referred several people to Bob/Secured Roofing for repairs. Will definitely reach out to this company with any work needed in the future.

I highly recommend that you do not let these people touch your roof. They are scam artist and should be called secured crooks. Upon arriving at my house the crew ran over my culvert damaging it. That was a $400 fix I paid out of my pocket. Had to rent a Bob Cat and replace the damaged culvert. I knew it was going to be bad but still let them do the job. The crew installed my shingles crookedly and nothing was straight. The first rain that came, water leaked down into my furnace and destroyed my furnace. I called Bob Henry numerous times with no response also called the main corporate boss with no response back. After weeks went by with more rain arriving causing more damage inside my home, Bob and his so called crew came out and did a very very very poor job at caulking my chimney which they stated was leaking before they installed the very poorly installed roof. I should have kept my old roof, 15 years old it didn't leak. I truly don't believe your company deserved 1 star, if google would let me give you no stars that's what you would get. You guys need to make it right, or reimburse me my money. Once your company got your money you guys ran. I highly recommend anyone who has had work done with this company to get up on your roof and check the work yourself. They do not believe in using a chaulk line to keep the shingles straight. Don't be like me when I chose this company, hire someone who is professional because this company was not! I will be contacting the BBB over this issue also I have pics of the crooked shingles as well as the other damage which occurred. No one wants a roof that leaks, thanks Secured Crooks, you accomplished that goal!

Secured Roofing came out and replaced my old siding with new and the results were very good. The crew was here early everyday, they moved things near the house that were in the way and gently put them back - even going so far as to rehook up my water hose.

Bob walked my husband and I through every step. From picking out the color to finished job he was there and that was such a comfort not to have to re-explain what we wanted to a crew. He also took care of talking to the insurance company and getting all the paperwork together.

I'd highly recommend them.

Secured Roofing replaced the roof on my 83 year old father-in-law's house. Matt McFarland met with him and explained everything thoroughly. Matt was valuable throughout the process, from beginning to end. My father-in-law was very comfortable in placing his confidence in Secured Roofing and Matt, and he was not disappointed. The job was done in a very timely manner and very efficiently. The yard was so well cleaned up when they left that you'd never know they were there. Secured Roofing replaced my roof march 4 2020 . My roof started leaking Feb 20 2023. They came out and said they fixed it. As of today Jan 14 2025. My roof is now leaking in the exact same spot that was "repaired" Can someone from secured roofing please call me. I just tried to call and the number i have does not work.

I am a real estate investor that buys and remodels properties and have been looking for a roofing company that I can rely on and get the job done right. I LOVE Secured Roofing! Bill Anderson was absolutely indispensable during this entire process, from the inspection, to meeting with my insurance adjuster, to explaining the process, completion and the final walk-around. He was there every step of the way and kept me informed daily about the schedule. We had a lot of rain delays but the crew finally got good weather and my roof is perfect. It was a tear off, and they hauled every speck of debris away- they worked from 730am to 10pm and even came back the next day to insure they hadn't missed anything in the dark. Their attention to detail is amazing, and the difference in how my house looks now is incredible. I could NOT be happier. My neighbors will be commenting about my roof for a long time! to come!
