Adam, Brian and the entire Empire team were an absolute pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend Empire enough!! They worked hand in hand with our insurance company for our new roof and were incredibly educated in all possible claims that could be in our favor. Their pricing is up front, and although new roofs and gutters are a sticker shock, they thoroughly provided itemized invoices and competitive pricing compared to the three other companies I reached out to. Our project took just a handful of days, the crew showed up early and packed in as much work as there was day light. Both our yard and neighbors were fully cleaned up and there wasn’t a trace left behind that such a large project had taken place. We are so happy with our home and the quality Empire puts into their clients.

Empire did a great job installing brand new windows for an 84 unit community of ours. I had gutters, installed new windows and new siding. The workers were very prompt, polite and professional. And the job was completed quickly. I would recommend empire contractors to my friends.

The job as a whole looks great. They did great work. They assured me they would come back and correct a small section on the back of the house. They ghosted me after they got their money. Shame on me for assuming the best in people.

From the sales and estimating process to project completion, all parts of our roof and gutter replacement project were handled professionally and efficiently. Jason our sales rep was courteous and no pressure, taking the time to walk us through our options and cost. Communication with project manager was handled mostly via text and responses were prompt. They even worked to move up our project because of rain and completed the roof in a day. We couldn’t be happier with how our project turned out.

Their crew was absolutely amazing and their work was stellar! Polite, knowledgeable and on top of their game, that's for sure. Materials got delivered directly to our home and the very next day Empire's crew was on the job. Frankly, I could hardly believe how quickly they got our siding done! These were some hard working cats without a doubt! We did 2 sides of our home and even though the access was less than ideal Empire's crew was prepared to get the job done, and get it done RIGHT. I really wish we had found this company sooner because their work put our previous siding contractor to shame. On the job at 7:30am each morning, these guys worked like crazy and the results were unbelievable! They cleaned the job site every evening and when they finished, our yard looked like nobody had ever been there ;-)

I can't quite express how happy we are with the results! Empire addressed every issue, paying special attention to our concerns! Sales rep is a friend of mine so wanted to give them an opportunity to bid at the job. After talking to other companies it was a competitive bid. Work wise no complaints, they cleaned up well after themselves. My only complaint was they just showed up to do the job - there was no call, no email, no scheduling. I was Working from home one day and they were just here.

We needed half of our roof replaced after a fire and we were very impressed with Empire. Jarred, Brian and Brandon were very professional and responsive. And most importantly the work was very well done, the crew was very polite and cleaned up after themselves, and the work was done very quickly. We would definitely recommend Empire and would definitely use them again in the future.

We are happy with the new roof and flashing installed by Empire Contracting LLC. My only complaint is the gutter and downspout color…we needed charcoal or a medium grey. I was told that wasn’t available, so Victorian Grey would be used. I asked “is this close to charcoal?” And was told yes, it is. It’s a VERY light grey, almost white. Not the end of the world, and all other aspects were very good. We will simply choose new paint colors fro exterior trim!

We needed to replace our entire roof and had prepared ourselves to pay for it out of pocket. Empire suggested that we file an insurance claim and our insurance ended up covering the entire replacement. Other companies didn't even bother to try and save us money this way.

Our entire experience and every person we talked with had been great! It was a pleasure working with Empire and I highly recommend them!

Empire did a wonderful job replacing my gutters, downspouts, adding gutter guards and patching up my roof where needed. As a matter of fact they replaced my roof back in 2012 . I will be a faithful customer.

After having my roof unsuccessfully repaired by another company and 8 months of them trying to fix it I finally started looking for someone else. I got multiple quotes and Empire was only slightly more than the lowest. The difference however was how thorough their inspection was and the fact it was double checked by management.
After several months now and countless severe storms everything has remained completely dry. The repair itself was completed within a few days and I had the entire roof replaced. They were very up front and stated I could even wait on the back section of the roof if I wanted as it likely had a few more years left in it. The bill was then exactly as quoted. I could not be happier with the job Empire did. In fact, I had them do another complete roof repair on another building we own.
I definitely recommend Empire and will be using them on any other buildings I may purchase in the future. The job was done correctly the first time and exactly as quoted, no surprises.

Storm damage caused a tree branch to be lodged into our roof. Insurance company recommended a patch job to repair the hole in the roof. However, Jarred did a fantastic job disputing the case with the insurance adjustor proving the right way to do the job per Ohio installation code is to replace the whole back slope of the roof. Jarred's knowledge of roofing installation in the state of Ohio got the whole back slope of my roof replaced by the insurance company. Thank you Empire for your expertise!

Replaced my roof. Fast, professional, no nonsense. A contractor who actually does what they say they will (getting rare these days). Price around 5K lower than the "big name brand" roofers in Cincinnati. In my younger days I did my own roofing, so I can generally tell good work when I see it. Empire did not let me down.

Very satisfied with the roof replacement. They performed a thorough inspection and explained each defect and recommended a solution. No pressure just a very good price. The crew was on time and did great job making sure everything was installed professionally.
