After storm damage that caused leaking from our roof, into the kitchen. We needed a fast and effective solution to prevent more leaking into our home. A friend recommended calling All-American Roofing & Restoration Inc. This was the best call we could have made, after speaking with Tony and explaining our issues he showed up the very next day to inspect the damage. We were in awe at how bad our roof really was. Tony explained the process in detail and what steps we need to go through next. He answered all our questions, educated us on roofing specifics and gave us the confidence we needed. This was extremely helpful considering our next call was to our insurance company.

After several long months of back and forth with the insurance company and several obstacles that they kept throwing our way. Tony @ All-American Roofing and Restoration kept us informed with what to expect next and gave us all our options.

I contacted this company one day While it was raining after noticing a leak. Tony came out immediately and put a temporary tarp in place so that water wouldn’t keep coming in. Tony handled everything from start to finish. He was able to get my insurance company to approve a full roof replacement and gutters. When his workers came out the left my property looking like no work had been completed. Those guys worked extremely hard and cleaned everything up. Left my property looking better than before they even did anything. I would highly recommend tony and this company. Thanks Tony

Their roof looked very nice and after doing some research and checking reviews for the company I decided to give them a call.
Tony came out to do an inspection and found that I had wind damage.
He worked directly with my insurance company and guided me through the entire process.
His crew worked efficiently and cleanly.
We had to overcome several challenges and Tony kept me informed throughout, always communicating and working tirelessly to move forward to get the project done.

I contacted Tony with All American Roofing & Restoration for what I initially thought was going to be a minor repair. Tony came out and did an inspection and what he found was much worse than we originally thought. We ended up having to have a full roof replacement and He made the process as smooth as possible and did exactly as he said he would. He is very knowledgeable and from start to finish maintained communication so that we knew what was happening as it happened. This companies workmanship and management of a construction site is absolutely phenomenal. I would recommend anyone else in need of a roof or any service they offer to reach out to them. I had half of my roof blow away in a recent storm, and called All American Roofing on the recommendation of a friend. That was absolutely the right decision! From the moment I called, Tony was very responsive and helpful. He was able to come out, assess my damage, and then helped me every step of the way moving forward with my insurance. They did a great job from set up, install, and clean-up. Tony even called after the install was complete to make sure we were happy!

Tony and his team were fantastic to work with. We had a tree fall through our roof while out of town and was able to call Tony and he was able to cover the damage until insurance can see the damage. Tony and his team worked lock step with insurance company and myself to insure everything was done up to code and up to city ordinance.

The unique situation we were in was that we were under contract to sell the home that was damaged and with only a little delay in closing, Tony was able to satisfy the needs of new homeowners and realtors for both parties involved.

We were able to close on home and Tony and his team were able to do all the restoration from Tree removal, Interior ceiling replacement, to insulation and painting etc... They can do it all!!

Tony and his entire team at All American Roofing and Restoration are nothing short of phenomenal! Tony came out quickly to do a thorough inspection of damages I unfortunately had on my lovely home from a bad wind storm. He took his time to answer every question that I had, showed me pictures of the damaged areas, and walked me through the process of filing a claim and the processes that come afterwards. My insurance company hasn't been the easiest to deal with but that has never stopped Tony from doing his all to repair my damages.

I had my entire roof replaced and Tony stopped by to show different options of shingles and gave insight on which layout and color would suit my home the best. His team came out and completely stripped and replaced my roof all in the same day. I was impressed by the time, quality, and enhancement of the completed new look of my home that they did! All my neighbors still complemented me on my new roof. I love how long the warranty is and how well Tony's communication has been with me every step of the way. Tony handled our claim great, we had storm damage and two leaks from the damage.
The insurance company put up a lot of road blocks and went through multiple adjusters I’ve the course of a year! And he followed through and once approved the roof was replaced asap.
The crew was fast and efficient. They used top quality materials and cleaned up like they were never there. Can’t thank them enough for the work and handling the difficulties of the insurance company!!

I would highly recommend Empire Contractors to my friends and family. The contact/salesperson Brent Stockleman was amazing. He gave 110%. He answered every question and made sure we were completely taken care of from the first time we contacted him until the job was completed. The installers did a terrific job on a 90+ degree hot day. Our property was left just like they found it! The roofs on our house and detached garage looks great! They even covered my tomato plants with breathable tarps! If you are considering Empire, don't hesitate to contact them and ask for Brent. You won't be disappointed!

Working with Empire Contractors and Patrick has been an excellent experience. They replaced my gutters & roof on a rental property and fixed my wind damaged siding on my residential house. Their description of the issue, options for solution, and cost are very transparent and very understandable to the average non-expert. The work was completed on-time and they were very responsive. I wish they provided more services so that I could complete all my home improvement projects with them.

I was very favorably impressed from the first contact with Patrick (owner), to the knowledgeable and friendly Shawn (sales), to the professional work crew that got the job done right. Everything about this job had a quality focus with integrity throughout. Shawn did a great job documenting storm damage and worked with our homeowners' insurance company to get significant compensation . tl;dr: I won't ever use this company for anything ever again and would not recommend them to anyone. I have told everyone I know about how they treated me and what kind of work they do. If you want a company that actually communicates with you and will do what they say without you having to contact them multiple times, then you should really look elsewhere.

I looked up a few companies and read through the reviews and decided Empire would be the best fit. I got in contact with them and a guy named Brent got in contact with me. He was very straight forward with me and said that he has worked with insurance companies before and would help me along the way. He was very helpful in getting the ball rolling. I then signed the contract to get the work started. They were scheduled to come out in Jan 2023, which I was concerned about it being too cold, but they said the roofing would be fine in colder weather. They had to push off the initial start date due to weather, which they never let me know, I had to contact them to find anything out. They completed the job in one day. For the clean up, they did a pretty good job, found a few things laying around, but overall pretty good.

Up to this point, the experience was a good one, but Brent left the company and everything went down hill from there. I noticed my shingles were wavy and weren't sitting down and noticed some damage to my siding. I contacted them and they said someone would be in contact. Someone contacted me a few days later and said the shingles would sit down when it gets warmer out, which was one of my issues with doing it in Jan. Also, someone would be out to fix the siding. Three weeks later, I was still trying to contact someone to get out and fix my siding. I called multiple times and no one got in contact with me. Once I finally got a hold of someone, it took another few weeks for them to come out and fix it.

They were supposed to contact me about fixing my siding (stuff they didn't damage), but I have yet to hear back from anyone about it and it is now July 2023. They took a piece of my siding to color match it, so now I not only have the damage I wanted them to fix, but an entire piece of siding missing that they took and have not replaced.

I now have a leak around my chimney and two of the vents they installed. It has now taken over a week for them to even come out to fix it. I was told someone would be out to fix it, I then received a phone call to schedule someone to come out days later. This company doesn't have any type of communication and once you sign that contract they don't care about you in any way. The only reason I will ever contact this company is for them to fix their own work. Outside of that, I will be going somewhere else and I would recommend you do the same.

Patrick and the boys at Empire were knowledgeable, professional, caring and contractors with whom it was easy to work. I had a new roof, siding, gutters, and all trim replaced. Empire's pricing was reasonable, especially compared to the other "bigger" companies. Patrick’s experience and in-depth knowledge of insurance claims helped this. Patrick helped us file and navigate through the process of filing a claim for hail damage. He worked with our insurer and helped us make a successful claim. He even got us paid out for damage to our gutters that I wasn't even know were covered. They have come back to touch up some areas after the job was completed. Patrick genuinely cared that I was fully satisfied with the work completed. I used Empire following a recommendation and I will certainly be recommending their services to others.

Empire was incredibly easy to work with and did an excellent job on my new roof. Patrick is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire insurance and installation process. Quality of the communication and work done was better than any other contractor I have worked. Very highly recommended!

After searching for a company to replace my roof and gutters, I came up Empire based on others’ reviews. I went with them and I couldn’t be happier.
