My roof was damaged from the storms in March. I had several people come out and give me estimates and advise me if my insurance would cover the damage. Jonathan was the only one who thought I had a chance to make an insurance claim. He was phenomenal in helping me through the entire process and explained exactly what my insurance company would do and say prior to getting my entire roof covered. My new roof took a while to get in place, but it looks great and everything but my deductible was covered making it well worth the wait. I would definitely recommend Empire and Jonathan to anyone who thinks they might have damage or just need a new roof. Class organization, thank you Jonathan and Empire!

We recently had Empire replace our roof. Adam was very knowledgeable about what would work for our house’s needs. He also worked with our insurance company directly. One headache we didn’t have to deal with.

Tom and the crew were at our house bright and early and were hard at work all day: 11 hours worth. Their attention to detail was much appreciated. From the crisp lines at the roof’s edges to the clean-up at the end. They did a wonderful job.

Brenton did an amazing job documenting the damage and coordinating with my insurance adjuster. I wasn't available to meet them for the inspection, Brenton handled everything and a check for my claim was waiting when I arrived later that evening! Brenton and team were more than helpful with making decisions regarding ventilation, roofing options, and flashing repair on my historic home. The Empire crew did a great job - roof looks great and the site was cleaner than I left it when they finished! If I had a third thumb, I would give Empire three thumbs-up! I seriously cannot recommend them enough.

Overall Empire did an amazing job installing our new roof. They were detail oriented and were thorough in their work. They were communicative and kept me informed throughout the process to let us know about wood that needed to be replaced as they were working. I would recommend them to anyone!

I worked with Empire on a roofing claim. Part of my agreement with Empire was that insurance would cover everything and I would only have to pay my deductible. Because of this there was a lot of back and forth with my insurance company over pricing and the process took around 2 months before the roof install began. The actual install of the roof went smoothly enough with the process taking 2 days. After the install was complete I was informed that the work was more extensive than they had originally anticipated and they added ~$1,100 to the bill. Initially this was to go through my insurance but that ultimately failed and I was left with the bill, hence my review. Overall the quality of work and clean up were good minus several nails that I found after.

Strongly recommend Empire! Empire replaced our roof and we are extremely happy with the experience. Absolutely everything was done professionally and quickly. From the very well explained estimate to the thorough cleanup, everything was exceptional. Our project was not only scheduled soon after the estimate but was actually done earlier than expected. Very professional service and excellent communication through every step.

We are very pleased with the work Empire has done. We still have a minor leak but they are working hard to fix it. From start to finish they have been very attentive and helpful.

We hired Empire Contractors LLC to replace the roof on an apartment building we own in Pleasant Ridge. From start to finish, they did an outstanding job on every aspect of the roof installation. We will be hiring Empire Contractors LLC again for any roof work and gutter and downspout work we need done at any of our properties. We noticed wind damage on our roof in June. We had a contractor from Empire come and inspect the roof and he told us of all the damages. He took many pictures and went over each one with us. He was very friendly and professional. Once we filed a claim and received the fund from insurance, which took longer than expected and was totally an issue with insurance, Empire approved our roof replacement quickly after that. Once approved and materials were ordered, our new roof and gutters were on the following week. Each person I spoke with had a very positive and professional attitude. They reached out every step by step so we knew exactly what was next with our project. I would recommend using Empire!

Amazing experience with empire on our gutters. They not only fixed damages from an Amazon truck, but also some water flow issues that were leaving our porch soaking wet after every rainfall. They are so functional now, and so pretty looking too! Would recommend them for all roofing needs and will be using them for the rest of our gutters in the future.

After discovering a leak with our roof, my Husband and I contacted Empire to inspect the issue. Empire was prompt, detailed, and knowledgeable. We ultimately contracted with Empire for a full roof replacement and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Adam was a fantastic salesman to work with. He took time to answer all of our questions, explain the issues and all possible solutions, and he communicated frequently regarding the status of our project. The repair team also did a fantastic job as well with the installation of our new roof. Additionally, they were courteous, and left our property spotless. I would highly recommend Empire!

I highly recommend Empire Contractors. Their customer service is the best I have ever received. Their prices are very reasonable. Patrick worked with me to identify the type of siding on my house and ordered the replacement piece of siding for me. I needed to reschedule my appointment and they were flexible and accommodating. The day of service, I received a text message from Andrew, the representative that was coming out to my house, along with his picture and direct contact number. He was prompt, respectful, and did a wonderful and efficient job. He even took my old piece of broken siding with him. Amazing service from day one of the project!

From the friendly salesman who graciously and last minute changed our initial meeting due to illness in our family, to the prompt and friendly employees that worked on the roof and gutters, to the follow-up to make sure we were satisfied with the projects, everything went extremely well! Our neighbor was home during installment, and he even commented on smoothly everything went....he said he went across the street and couldn't find a crooked shingle anywhere. He said how nice our roof looked.

Our sales consultant, Adam Ruehl was an invaluable resource at every stage of our roof replacement project. He was very timely and informative as to what we could expect. He also help tremendously in navigating the insurance claim process. Our project coordinator, Jerry Stone, was also wonderful to work with. He stayed for the duration of our roof installation and was very eager to provide us with information as the installation progressed. The job was finished in one day and it looks wonderful! I would highly recommend Empire Contractors for any roof repair/replacement needs.

The easiest, friendliest contractor-hired job that I've ever had. Patrick was great to work with every step of the way, and the crew lead by Eddie were hard-workers who were very respectful by keeping trash disposal concentrated in one area so that I could come and go as I needed to throughout the day.

We had all the siding on our house replaced by Empire and had a great experience with them from start to finish. The whole process was extremely well communicated and seamless. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing or siding work done.

The sales rep, Shawn was super knowledgeable, helpful and patient with all the questions we had and made multiple visits to meet with us to go over the project and estimates.

The crew that performed the work was very respectful of our space and worked diligently and we were impressed by how fast they completed the work.

The post care service was also excellent. We had our siding replaced because of a leak we've been battling with. The new siding addressed one area that was leaking but there was still a minor leak that persisted. We notified Empire and they sent someone out the next day and resolved the issue immediately.

They are truly a company with superior customer service who stand behind their work!

From start to finish they did a great job. Jarred went above and beyond to work with the insurance company and the adjuster to get this matter resolved. He also patched some holes in the roof so the rain wouldnt leak into the home. Great work!!!!

My experience with Empire was FANTASTIC! Jarred came out and inspected the roof and even took the time to help getting the claim started. I did have quite a bit of issues with my insurance company getting the claim moved along but Jarred was there all the way through the process and was able to tell me what to expect and how things would work. Once the claim was managed correctly we were on the schedule for a new roof in less than a week. The crew that came to the house was great! They answered any questions that I had during the replacement process and they were very fast. They cleaned up VERY well and I was very impressed overall with Empire Contractors LLC. They did an entire roof in about 4 hours and that included new decking. I would highly recommend this company to ANYONE wanting to get a new roof or repairs. My family and I could not be happier with this experience
