I normally don’t write many reviews but we were so satisfied with the roofing job All American did on our home we felt compelled to. They worked with us to pick out the perfect shingle color for our home, showed up to all meetings we had with our adjuster, and cleaned up after themselves once the job was completed. The owner Tony even sat with us and helped us through the process of filing a claim with our insurance company. Although we hopefully won’t need to use their services for another 20-30 years I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and honest roofing company.

I contacted this company one day after a storm to do an inspection. Tony came out and found that my roof had damage. We filed an insurance claim and Tony got it approved to be replaced. He sent his guys out to do the roof and it looks great. The crew was very respectful and very clean. My roof looks amazing and I can't say enough good about these guys. Thanks tony!

I contacted Tony with All American Roofing after noticing a leak coming into my house. He came out very quickly did an inspection and put a tarp on my roof to stop the leak while waiting for the insurance company. Tony is very knowledgeable and professional. If you need an honest, hard working, polite and extremely knowledgeable person to handle something the magnitude of your roof, give Tony with All American Roofing & Restoration a call. They are a great group of guys and exceeded my expectations after every step of this project. Couldn't be more happy than I am with All American Roofing & Restoration. I live in a modest Cape Cod in a modest neighborhood. The "big advertising" companies thumbed their noses at me. All American treated me like I was the biggest job they ever sold. They also seamlessly handled the insurance process...I didn't have to do a thing. The "big advertising" companies didn't show any interest in working with my insurance company. Thank you to Dave, Shawn and Tony. Easy to reach, and always responded ASAP. Crews were great and left my property completely clean. Couldn't find a bad review of this company, when I did my research. I'm now adding another 5 Star rating to this professional company. I live in Nevada but was wanting to sell my home in Ohio. My realtor notified me of possible roof damage from spring storms and put me in touch with All American Roofing and Restoration. Tony was wonderful to work with long distance and assisted me with my insurance claim as well as sending me pictures of damage. He kept me appraised of every step in the process and was available when I had questions. The work was delayed due to rain but Tony kept me informed of when to expect roof replacement to be completed when weather cleared. I’ve seen pictures of new roof as well as hearing from my realtor how good it looks! The couple buying my house also love the new roof! I highly recommend Tony and his company for any roof repair!

Our home had roof damage from the many recent 100-year storms that have plagued the area and I reached out to All American Roofing and Restoration based on online reviews. I was NOT disappointed. Due to the cause and amount of the damage, we filed an insurance claim. Both Brandon and Tony were very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to help my wife and me through the process of filing an insurance claim (Brandon even attended the meeting with the insurance adjuster) and provided us with recommendations for the best materials to use for the job. We could not be happier. Our house looks fantastic and I’m confident this roof will last a long time.

I contacted this company after noticing shingles laying in my front yard. From the first enteraction with Tony I was impressed. I had multiple companies come out and not one of those companies went over the amount of information or detail that he did. His level of knowledge from how the roof is supposed to be installed to the processes the insurance company was going to make us go through was just impressive. He made my wife and myself feel at ease from the first day we met him. He did everything he told us he would do and then some. He is a man if his word, and went above and beyond around every corner to ensure that we as customers would be taken care of. His crew was absolutely phenomenal and our new roof and gutters look amazing. They left our property in pristine condition after all the work was done. If you are looking for a reputable contractor with a great reputation that does not just treat you as another "typical job" look no further. I had the unfortunate circumstance of having to replace the roof and gutters on our home without being able to go through insurance, however after speaking with Dave Haas I was convinced we had the right company for the job. He was extremely thorough in his inspection and estimate which I appreciate since it was going to be an out of pocket expense. It was nice going into the contract knowing exactly what we were in for and the price was extremely fair. The installation was handled extremely professionally with frequent updates and photos taken during the whole process which was awesome! Their team did an excellent job keeping our property clean as well and looked like they were never there! Can't recommend these guys highly enough!

Everyone I have come into contact with from this company has been great! I work for a company that has multiple rental properties, and we have called All American a multiple times to look at issues we have had with gutters and roofs. Each time, Tony has been prompt in looking into our concerns and giving us options to fix the problem. He has made sure that we are informed every step of the way, answering any and all questions very quickly. Their pricing is very competitive and the quality of work is great. Dave came out and did an inspection and told me that they would be able to help facilitate a claim with the home owners insurance company. Wind damage had pulled up a lot of shingles from my roof. I posted to FB asking for recommendations of contractors. A friend of mine highly recommended Tony from All American Roofing. I'm so glad she did. Tony was very attentive to detail and got our insurance to cover all the repairs/replacement. I am extremely pleased in every aspect of the work they did. They were in and out in 1 day. It was like they were never here at all, old roof gone, new roof there. Thank you to all who helped make this possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know!

I had a small leak coming in through my bathroom exhaust fan every time it rained. So I did some research and decided to go with All American. They were able to send Dave out to inspect my roof the following day. Dave was very professional, did the inspection, located the issue, and fixed the problem. It only took about 20 or 30 minutes and the job was done. I highly recommend All American! Tony is very helpful even did a follow up call to see how things went with the inspection and Dave is very knowledgeable, excellent service and good local business to work with.

We cannot say enough good about this company and it’s management. From start to finish and even after Tony has maintained communication. They have gone above and beyond to help me out with my roof. I originally contacted him about something completely different and when he came out he immediately noticed damage to my roof. He walked me through the process and we were able to get the ball rolling immediately. It took a little fighting with the insurance company but he was able to get it done for us. The roof looks amazing and the clean up was spectacular. During the install of my roof I wasn’t able to be there so he kept me updated with everything as it was happening because he knew how nervous I was to have something so big done. I am always a little hesitant with stuff like this but after my first interaction with Tony all my concerns were addressed and hesitations eased. He’s definitely an advocate for his customers and truly cares that the job is done right! We couldn't be happier with All American Roofing. We had never dealt with a roof replacement before and the owner Tony walked us through it from start to finish, including working directly with our insurance company. Even when we had some delays due to material shortages (because of COVID, not the company's fault) and the weather, Tony stayed in touch with us. The roof installation was completed in one day and the crew cleaned up after themselves completely. We absolutely recommend All American Roofing and will use them again.
