Excellent Service and extremally knowledgeable staff.

I would not use this company for electrical work. We did, and I wish we had used someone else. Their customer service is very poor. They installed a faulty part and charged me to come out and install a good part. They do not respond promptly to calls or questions regarding their work.

TMI produced a great product on budget. Our plant has been producing as expected for many months now. Great people to work with! They made the process easy!

TMI is my "go to" electrician for both my business and my home. Their communication is always excellent, their pricing fair, and the work is impeccable. I always feel like they are working in my best interests in terms of the work, safety, and pricing. I recommend them without reservation.

Have been using TMI as an embedded contractors for several years and have always had a positive experience. The crew are all very knowledgeable and have helped us more times than I can count in everything from day-day electrical maintenance, outage work, break-in work and large scale capital projects. Plan on continuing this relationship for years to come.

We have used TMI at our facilities for 3 years running and they have been wonderful to work with. From Liz at the service department to Tracy's work in out building we have never been disappointed. Communication is timely, the work is done quickly, efficiently and well. One thing that stands out to me personally is being able to get them in the building, point to what needs to be done and walk away and do my other work without worrying that the work will A. be done in a timely manner and B. Will be done well. And just as importantly for a small church as ourselves it is a blessing to have great work done at a great price.

I've been using TMI for 3 or 4 years now. They installed a solar array on the roof of the building I manage and have been providing preventive maintenance ever since. The solar installation was handled quickly and professionally and, even though there were a few hiccups, they stayed on it until everything was right. Ryan followed up with me after the install and, using an app was able to track the performance of the array, let me know when there were issues and send someone out to take care of the problem. I don't have to remind them about the PM like I do with some other contractors. TMI contacts me to schedule it when it's due. I won't hesitate to use them for other projects in the future.

Added more solar to our existing system in 2023. The process was smooth. A year later, we had the system go down for a month. They sent a tech out within the week of calling. It was determined the 60A fuses had been blown. (Presumed from a storm or industrial building down the road from us having large transformers installed.) They replaced the fuses and compensated for the lost production. Stellar customer service.

Thank you Barry, Vo Dan, Marco and entire Team for completing my re-install in a very professional manner. The work ethic displayed and perseverance to get the job done was top notch and appreciated.

I have no hesitation in saying they are the best in the business. Kam and his team not only installed new panels but also fixed the issues with my existing grid.
Blueraven is the company which installed the grid earlier. I had several problems from the get go with BlueRaven. Their installation and service sucked. They messed up the grid and never were able to fix it. I almost reached a point where I gave up on it. That’s when I met Justin Drew. He understood and took up the challenge of fixing things and got me in touch with Kam. They both were so professional and so delightful to work with.

I would recommend these 2 guys to anyone anytime. They are very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. You can take my word for that. TGE should never loose them 😊

TGE made the process of getting solar system for my home simple and straight forward. From sales person to technicians, and installers. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. Communication was transparent. This is the only home solar company I would recommend.

Had a great experience with TGE Solar. Sales Rep (Kam) was a pleasure to work with. Great product / solutions for anyone looking to save money over time. The team at TGE is knowledgable and is customer focused, unlike a lot of the larger solar providers who walk away after the sale. Support is what makes TGE stand out amongst the competition.

I looked for a solar company for little under a year including TGE and nothing seemed to fit my needs. Than I got an email back from them that their loans have changed to 0% for 12 years and keep the tax credit. All because they worked with a local bank. This was what I needed, they already had the best pricing, even $8000 under ion solar they just needed a good loan plan. After starting the process they have also been very accommodating to any issues that have come up. I have had a couple things pop up during and after installation and they have taken the time to make sure everything is done correctly. I would recommend using them.

Absolutely great company. I have delt with a few people in this company and they are always prompt, professional, and great to work with.

We found TGE Solar to be most cost effective system and they take care of all the required permitting. My installation was delayed due to the partner company they were working with but they stayed on top of my project and made sure everything was taken care of. Now we check the app almost every day and are trying to decide on the best use for our battery.

Throughout the whole process TGE Solar was awesome! Honest, super great communication and the pricing is clear cut and easy to follow. I’ve shopped around before pulling the trigger on my 25kw system. Other companies play gimmicks with 18 months free, and other spiffs, but TGE Solar cut me the best deal and was honest how they arrived to the price. Great folks!

We hired TGE Solar to remove and reinstall our solar system during a roof replacement. They carefully documented our system, brought the panels and racks off the roof, stored them on my property, then returned after the roof had been replaced. The reinstall had a minor hiccup where one panel was not reported by the system but they worked through the problem to get it functional again. Our solar system has returned to full operation thanks to TGE Solar!

The entire team was so helpful and professional the entire time. They were literally there WHENEVER we needed them. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. THANK YOU TGE!
