I had 17 panels and a Franklin battery installed a year ago and I am very pleased. I was concerned about service after installation and my worries are over. For example, they were proactive by noticing an inverter was out and had a new one ordered before I knew I had a problem. Drew just installed it. Of course my utility bill is much lower but more important to me is not worrying about the power being out for a long period.

TGE Solar provided a great buying experience for our solar panel system. The sales process was super easy, they explained how the whole project would work with a timeline of all the required steps and kept me updated throughout the process. TGE Solar was also significantly more cost effective than other companies that quoted for our project. The installation and panels all are warrantied. They take care of all the required permits. My installation was delayed after I chose to switch to the newest inverters that were not available when the project started but the system is now installed and working perfect! I check the app every day to see how much power my system is generating. I highly recommend TGE Solar if you are looking for a solar power system.

We had signed a contract with a different solar company, that ended up closing. Loie our salesperson, moved to TGE and got us a new contract and better financing than we had before. He got us installed in less than 30 days.
Daniel, our electrician, was there before the rest of the installers and kept us informed throughout the whole process.
They were very professional. There was an issue with one of the inverters and they kept us updated for when the replacement would be installed. A very good experience.

We went with TGE Solar 2 years ago. The whole process was turnkey. As we look at moving, a renewed focus on our solar panels have been a positive. TGE has been there for me 2 years later helping me through the transfer of ownership. My experience is that you cannot go wrong with TGE Solar.

Drew at TGE is great! He was very helpful and quick to help me with a warranty fix on a system that I didn't even buy from them. The company that I had purchased my system from went out of business, and TGE was the only company out of all of the manufacturer certified companies that the manufacturer listed as businesses that did their warranty work, they were the only one that was willing to help me. I wish I had known about TGE before I bought my solar system. I highly recommend them.

Oct 2024 Our solar panels had not functioned for some time and when we had our roof replaced TGE Solar was recommended by our contractor. The company we bought the panels from had gone bankrupt. TGE found the issue right away- critters chewed through the wires! Barry got right on the job with a quote and was ready to go once our roof was done. The panels were reinstalled with new wires and critter guard added to prevent wire damage. I appreciated Barry checking in numerous times during the project to ensure all was going as required. Great customer service. The employees were courteous and timely. Very professional business and employees. I highly recommend TGE Solar company. Our solar company of choice!

Outstanding experience with TGE Solutions for some add-ons and repair to my solar panels. TGE has helped me with multiple projects including correcting issues from my initial installer. Kam and the team at TGE solar were amazing. When researching solar, I found myself overwhelmed at first. I talked with two other companies before getting connected with Kam at TGE. They really took the time to answer all my questions and explain things in the simplest way.
