TGE’s tech Don Vo drove an hour to get to my home for a service claim that they took on for ADT and let me start by saying as a representative he is an ideal professional. He did his very best to make sure he checked everything and documented all issues don went above and beyond his required duties to try to resolve all the issues that I have been left with. ADT is absolute garbage and complete con’s I wish I would have known about this company when I purchased solar as I feel I would be completely satisfied. He arrived on time was prompt in all his work. And really wanted to resolve my problems unfortunately ADT screwed the next guy on every level with my install. I work with service individuals everyday and he absolutely fits the description of the perfect service professional. Kudos to you sir.

I hired TGE Solar to replace two micro inverters that were not working. They were very responsive, professional and helpful. In order to save me money, they waited to schedule my service for the next time their crew would be in Indianapolis. This saved .e $150, which was GREATLY appreciated

When i started looking for solutions, I had the opportunity to meet with different companies in Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus areas. With a lot of interaction with them I learnt what I need. I found TGE Solar to be most cost effective and the Financials were good for my requirement.
The installation was done to my satisfaction. Though there were some delays from Duke to get the process completed, TGE was with me in every step. When you don't know who to follow-up with, their help was God sent in every step. I totally appreciate the TGE team in the smooth execution from initiation to finish.

I just had TGE Solar install solar panels. From start to finish the group was great to work with. The guys doing the install were so efficient. When they were done, they cleaned up and and left nothing behind. Then installed the app so i could monitor what was going on. Am very happy and excited to now be part of the solar group. Once we signed, TGE handled all of the process starting with the site survey and all needed approvals with transparency and great communication. I’d recommend TGE Solutions. The founder and his family live in Blue Ash and went to Xavier, and is a Cincinnati lifer. I got roof and solar quotes and TGE was the best with their quote and their customer service. We had them put on a new roof a month ago and solar panels went on two weeks ago. We haven’t gotten a Duke bill yet but I can see on the app that we are producing more electricity than we’re using, which is really cool! Other solar companies scheduled an appointment in my home and pressured me to commit right then. Not cool! TGE just needed a copy of my electric bill and then put the quote together and emailed it to me. We had a call to discuss it and the questions I had and they didn’t pressure me to decide.
I appreciate that they’re local and have been super responsive with setting up the appointments and everything else. First class company!
