Whoever was driving the white company SUV Northbound on Broadway Ave in Slavic Village just after 4pm today was dangerous and irresponsible.

I had a great experience with K & L and they are now our go-to for any carpet cleaning needs. My husband and I had moved into a rental home in the area and wanted the carpets cleaned. When I called, I spoke with Kevin and we were able to get on the schedule very quickly. Also, I talked with him about the animal smell that was in some of the rooms, and Kevin recommended doing a thorough cleaning first before charging me for more products right away, which I was really impressed with. He said he'd be happy to work with me on further needs as necessary but didn't want me to have to pay more than was needed. When so many companies charge extra for every little thing, it was so nice to not experience that here.

Kevin was very prompt on the morning of the cleaning and even pulled up about 10-15 minutes early. I showed him all the areas and he was very efficient in getting all the rooms finished. The price was what he quoted me, so again no surprises there. The house smells so much better now and the carpets look great. I am very happy with the service. Kevin is very professional and courteous, and we would highly recommend this company to others. We will definitely call K & L again when we have future needs!

We hired K & L for a deep cleaning of our office carpets after a busy summer season. We were particularly concerned about the high-traffic areas in our reception and conference rooms. The team arrived early and worked quickly and quietly to minimize disruption to our workday. The carpets look brand new – even the coffee stains in the break room are gone! The drying time was fast, and there was no lingering odor. We were very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency and would highly recommend them to other businesses.

What a good experience! I was booking a carpet cleaning for my *very* persnickety MIL (she's a cool lady, but *definitely* knows what she wants!). Kevin was excellent, carefully assessing everything and talking to us about exactly what he would do, how, and in what order, and setting appropriate expectations for price. He cleaned everything we needed in good time, with a price less than I expected to pay considering the amount of work that needed to be done. The mother in law observed quietly, periodically saying "Excellent" and "Great!". At the finish she was *very* impressed with how wonderful the dear old carpet looked, and how startlingly clean the loveseats were ('I didn't realize they were so dirty!') We will definitely call again, and recommend to others!
