Good Nature staff are always professional and courteous. They answer all of my lawn care questions and, at our request, always let us know a day ahead when they’re coming so that we can make sure our beloved dogs are in the house when they arrive to open the fence gate. These are some of the reasons we have used Good Nature for more than a decade.

I have used Good Nature for over 10 years now and love them. ,I started because my parents ran a franchised chemical lawn care company and ended up with Parkinson’s and Lymphoma which I believe was mainly due to the chemicals they kept in their garage for this business.Between that and wanting to be environmentally conscious I chose to go with Good Nature. As a result, my lawn is now greener than all my neighbors yards and rarely if ever requires watering. Maybe once or twice a year. This is because what this company does is feed my soil. As a result, the soil has more nutrients to feed my grass and is able to soak up and retain more water. The weed situation is something that takes time to fix. I have used a combination of their spot chemical application, and their weeding tool, and found that over time the weeds have decreased as the soil and grass got healthier. Good Nature won’t fix your yard over night. Chemicals have made your soil a wasteland and this will take time to repair but the end results have been so worth it

We have used Good Nature for years and highly recommend their services. Cleaner, safer, better for the environment, more thorough and exceptionally courteous. We are quite pleased with the work AND all the people involved. Keep it up!

We cannot be happier with Good Nature Organic Lawncare. The technician, Andy, came out and applied an initial bug barrier treatment. He focused on the areas my family and 2 dogs will be frequenting this summer. Good Nature provides some peace of mind knowing our mosquito and tick population will be minimal, allowing us to enjoy our yard.

I love Good Nature. Their customer service is outstanding and their prices are good. With each of their visits they provide me a report about how my lawn is doing and how I can make it even better. I feel safe knowing my lawn is safe for my dogs and grandchildren. And, my lawn is absolutely greener and nicer than my neighbors, who use toxic chemicals on their lawns. Started using Good Nature a few years ago. It takes a little while longer to see results but well worth the wait! No chemicals!! I can rest knowing that it will not harm my dogs and the neighborhood dogs. Always on time and very professional.

We've been using Good Nature for several years. Our yard was being overtaken by weeks and we're close to water, but with kids and a dog, I didn't want the harmful chemicals. Three years later our yard is so improved!! Creeping Charlie has subsided, along with other weeds, and grass looks great. Always get a text before service so I know when they're coming, and feedback from the lawn tech is thoughtful after each visit. So happy to have a safe lawn alternative for our family!

This company is always professional, provide good communication and do everything in a timely manner. I recommend them. I’ve been using them for two years and I love the look of my lawn and I love their feedback. It feels good to do something safer both for my dogs and the environment.

I hired Good Nature to get rid of my weeds. I was told yes, that’s possible. I have just as many as before and everything for treatment was an up-sale. I hired the company because our community garden was using them and the initial treatment reduced their weeds. There’s so many now, we could use a mower to cut them down. Neither the community garden nor myself will be using them in the future. I feel it was money wasted.

Honestly for $1,000.00 the customer service is lacking. There isn’t a schedule, they just tell you they are coming. Also if you are looking for that customer service experience to get to know who you are talking to forget it. You are a number not a customer. I believe in their mission but they execute it poorly. Signed up in April and our soil analysis still hasn’t been done. If it has been they didn’t tell us. Canceling was easy, they did it for us without authorization.

It’s not worth the price or headache.
