Excellent service from E&A. My 60yo door lock broke and Ahmad was able to come by same day to replace. He was neat and made sure to preserve my mid-century mod brass accents. Ty for such a great experience.

We once found this elderly tool box buried in the backyard. If it wasn’t for E & A and their lock pick kit we would never have been haunted by its contents and what’s the fun in that! Beyond thankful they helped make this possible! 😊

They swmt someone all the way out to Maple Heights (from Lakewood) after hours to get my key shard out of my tractor truck door. The shard was so deep inside the lock he had to pull the inside panel off in order to pull out the entire lock mechanism, just to getvto the blasted thing! But he had all the tools and know-how. I watched him exhaust the other options first, no playing around trying to make it look harder than it was. Honest work. I very much appreciate the help, thank you sooo very much. The call-out service plus after hours was $175 before labor, but that's reasonable under those conditions. If I could have gotten the truck to the shop, it would have been a steal, lol. But HOS is no joke. Oh well, it's completely worth solving a problem that I did not have the tools to solve myself.

I had a great experience at E&A. Emir took care of me and helped me get a new motorcycle key because my original key broke. If you ever need any type of key made, this is the place to go.

It was super fast and super easy! Great customer service everything works great!

I called to see if they could swap the guts from one key fob to another and was told it is something “they do all the time”. I asked how much the service was and was told to just bring it up to the store and so I did.

When I get there the gentleman who proceeded to “help” me barely spoke English and wanted to charge me $175+ to reprogram a new fob and cut a new key. I asked for a manager and the next thing I know a new guy came out and told me it would be $75.00 to just swap the guts. I should have just left but I was tired and wanted to get this done so I agreed even though $75.00 for literally 10 minutes of work is crazy to me. They literally had to open the old fob case, not even the new one as I had done that part myself, and switch the motherboard and key.

When finished the original guy came out and I paid him. As I walked out to my car the second guy, the one that spoke English, went to the window and watched me get in my car and take off. It was extremely weird. I also find it rude to speak another language in front of the customer as I can only assume it was about me.

The bottom line is this hole in the wall is overpriced and unprofessional. It felt extremely shady and I for one will NEVER go back. I just hope others can learn from my experience.

Had issues with my ignition lock and steering wheel and was able to have one of their technicians, Ahmad, come and fix it. Very nice man and worked efficiently, so glad he could help me!

I can't say enough! He was friendly, fast, knew his business well. When he ran into a problem with my 25-year-old car, it took him less than 5 minutes to find a solution and fix it. He just was an angel. He wanted to make sure I was happy with everything that he did, just a really nice guy doing a good job!
I would recommend him to anybody who needs key work done of any kind.

I was getting the run around from another mobile key company for weeks about programming the new fob I bought. I was recommended E and A Locksmith. They were respectful and got me taken care of. It took a bit longer than I thought but they stayed after hours to make sure I receivedmthe fob that day. They even walked me to my car. Being a senior woman, that meant alot to me.
They have just about any type of key you would need. I highly recommend them.

The man that showed up to make me a key definitely needs a raise! He tried multiple things to make sure that I got my key made and was able to leave in my car. Saved me so much money not having to take it to the dealer! Definitely will use them again in the future.

They came out to my business late on a Friday afternoon because my locks no longer worked. From my call to having it fixed was a total of 3 hours which I was thrilled with since they had to purchase a commercial grade lock and handset and then key both of them to match my existing key. Part of what took so much time was that the technician was not happy with how the door was latching. He spent a lot of time to make sure that it worked perfectly. Everyone was very professional and friendly.

Emir saved me a lot of money and the customer service was great. I would definitely recommend him When you come here tell him the Cadillac lady sent you. He repaired both my keys for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

This is a great group of guys that really know their stuff! They were contacted to do a variety repairs on a recently purchased rental property and these guys did a fantastic job at a great price!

Last summer we hired Midtown Handyman & Remodeling to remodel our small bathroom. I'm not sure why our experience was so different than the few posted here, but we would never recommend them to anyone! What was supposed to be a 2-1/2 week job went into 4 weeks, and because of a time crunch for them to finish, Mike promised us that he would return to fix the many issues (numerous uneven tiles/walls, broken tile, un-grouted & un-caulked areas). We spent extra on marble tile to frame a window which they put on top of other tile, needless to say sagged and is very uneven (which he saw before leaving the job). We have tried contacting Mike since February (email, phone calls, texts) with no response from him at all. We trusted Mike to his word and now are very disappointed not only of the finished job, but in him as well. Instead of being able to enjoy our new bathroom, we now have to hire a professional contractor to fix the many issues at additional cost to us.

I hired Midtown handyman/ Discount home repair because I had some violation work on a rental property which they took care of quickly and made sure we passed with the city 100%. I was so impressed I had them updating a kitchen for me which they did to my satisfaction the work was done in a timely manner and to my expectation! I would recommend these guys 100%

I cannot say enough about these guys at Midtown Handyman. I was panicked once I received a seven page inspection report from my local building department for repairs than needed to be completed at my home. I contacted several contractors who either never called me back or told me they can only do a portion of the repairs or the jobs were too small. Once I contacted Midtown it they came out within 2 days and they went through the entire list with me and gave me an estimate for all the repairs. Not only did they do the work, they met up with the inspector on my be half to make sure that we passed all violations! These guys went up and beyond my expectations and I am very grateful for all their help I certainly would recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable contractor!
