We called Anthony for a second opinion on work we had completed by another contractor, and he was quick to get to us for inspection. Very knowledgeable and honest, and the guys on-site were very professional. I wish we would have known of his company before...would have saved us thousands!

Kenny came out to my home and spent time trying to figure out my blocked drain in the center of my driveway. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He did figure it out. I need trenching done and at this time the Sewer Company doesn’t do that type of work. Thank you for all your help. Great employees are hard to find.

Nothing worse than having a tenant call about a backed up sewer at 6 am on a Sunday morning. So a quick search and cold called them for services. I talked to a human!!!! Kept in constant contact to remind us of the appointment and on the day of service. Sent a notice that they where on the way with a name and picture of the individuals that where coming out. (Wonderful idea) Guys where friendly service was great, will definitely recommend this Company.

We got a free sewer inspection. The company communicated very well with us, letting us know several days in advance who would be coming and when then let us know when he was en route and Ihor was great

I have had Zak come on several calls. He is very polite and very efficient. He knows how to do it if it is plumbing. Very knowledgeable about his work. The other gentleman I am not familiar with.

Michael was courteous and professional. Arrived when scheduled and explained everything he was doing. He was in and out quickly and charged only for the work that was done. I would highly recommend SCC and will use them again as needed.

Firsts off, I was given a fixed price quote over the phone so I knew exactly what the worst case scenario would cost. Other big name sewer cleaners wouldn’t give me even an idea of what the cost would be
Second, their Technician Kenny was polite, knowledgeable and very capable. The job was far bigger than I thought and they cleared a mountain of root pockets. It took close to 2 hours, camera showed the full extent of issue. All done for the price they originally quoted.
I will not be using anyone else if I need the same service in the future.

Felt good about my service guy Kenny. He seemed honest and didn’t try to upsale. He didn’t have to do much as the perceived problem of a clogged downspout wasn’t the issue. Would definitely use them again.

Matt was a pleasant person on his visit. We are waiting for the estimate of repair to our sewer. I will post later how that went and if we used them.

Kenny came out to address our plumbing issues today. I must say one of the nicest professional young men I’ve met in a long time. He was able to explain the issue & the process to correct, so that I could understand him. His demeanor alone made the issue at hand a little better.

Michael was very pleasant to deal with. Told him the problem we were having with tree roots and he had the sewer line flowing again within an hour and a half. We had been "ripped off" by another company 2 days prior saying that there was nothing they could do, they didn't have the equipment and that we needed a $30,000 emergency repair. (They still charged me a hefty fee for doing NOTHING and DEMANDED that I show up at there office the following morning to discuss the emergency. The entire situation was very "fishy" to say the least.) Michael reassured me that yes, there is a problem which has been there for many years and will need to be repaired eventually but at this point, we did not need a $30,000 repair. He also said that the repair that would eventually be needed would not be $30,000. I am very happy that the price Sewer Cleaning Company quoted for this job was the price charged. Michael was great and I have already recommended Sewer Cleaning Company to friends. Thanks for a "positive" experience.
