Very nice people but the coupon i used was $79 for main drain clean. After arrival I was then told they only go through once since they only charged $79. After that the prices are very high to continue to fix problem. I feel when I made the appt they should of been transparent about this. Did not totally fix problem and I was not going to pay $500 to finish. They also used a camera but when camera wouldn't go any further I feel like they didnt even try. They did it so fast I couldn't see anything. I have used coupons like this before with other companies and the job was always completed. this is the first time It was not.

Dispatch was efficient and service was scheduled quickly. Our tech, Sam Y., explained the problem well, fixed it and then explained what was done and next steps. He was friendly and very professional. He also made certain we weren’t overpaying by offering the company discounts that I hadn’t seen online. Overall a good experience. Nice have the lines running smoothly!

We had the technician Adon and he was awesome. Came earlier than expected, stayed as long as it took to get the job done. We had a clogged kitchen sink that was not budging and he never gave up - 3 hours later it cleared and we were all so happy. He asked to clean up after himself and cleaned our counters, cabinet and floors. He was friendly personable and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and will definitely call again if any issues.

If you want plumbers who DON’T know how to snake a main line, call ARS (which seems common from some past reviews). We had a partial block in our main line (which WE knew because it would back up when a lot of water was used - tub, shower, etc. not with minimal use).

A guy shows up, tries to snake (goes the wrong way with the snake - up instead of out). Figures it out after calling a friend, says he hit nothing and tests it by running the sink + flushing a toilet (again, not how it usually floods so not a good test.) Long story short, that night at bath time, literally FOUR hours later - still floods (which duh, you said you hit nothing). We call them back immediately.

Next day a guy named Xavier comes out. Pulls out no equipment, sits in his truck, tries to upsell a jet for $1,250 (no thanks). Can’t even tell you if he walked into the basement.

We find a local licensed plumber who said he’d jet our line for $500. He shows up and assesses. Guess what? No jet needed. Pulls out his snake, goes out 90 feet, pulls out a wad of wet wipes. $200 (cheaper than ARS - we also got the coupon switcheroo, seems to be a common scam they run) and goes home. No jet, no upsell. Does the job and leaves.

ARS on the other hand? Says they “provided a service” and won’t return our money. Sorry but if your service is NOT fixing my problem, not knowing how to snake, and cutting a hole in my wall, never again.

I’m so happy to have finally found an honest and professional plumbing company. Jace and Mike did an awesome job. They went above and beyond all while explaining to me the details of the repairs. The work was completed quick and done right the first time. I’ve already discussed future install projects with them. I will be recommending them to my family and friends for any future work.

First guy advised he could snake it but no one could flush it because of the temperature. We were desperate as we couldn't use water without it backing up.
First guy couldn't clear the clog so we had to have a crew come out to flush it. They made two trips in cold weather to make sure we could use water. What was advertised as $79 cost $1250.
Workers were friendly.

Sam Yeaman was wonderful from start to finish. He assessed the situation, explained everything, reached out to other ARS associates as needed. Within a few hours, all systems were "go" again. This was our 2nd experience with ARS and we would use them again and recommend them to family and friends. Our thanks to Sam and your entire crew for their courtesy, expertise and professionalism.

They gave me five star treatment. They were supposed to call before they came but they didn't! Shook me out of bed at 8:35 a.m!
They were done in two and a half hours. Professional and very pleased with the work. They were courteous, friendly informative. Highly recommend them.

Company offered $75 mainline clear out, technician claimed it wasn’t the mainline but the kitchen line and it would be $300. I was experiencing water backup on my floor drain whenever I washed clothes, which is 3ft of straight pipe from the kitchen line, technician preformed no equipment diagnostic besides running my water. My floor drain continued to overflow until the tech snaked the line well past the 3ft from the access point and said floor drain. The obstruction was clearly beyond the 3ft of pipe in between and was a mainline issue.
