We used H. Jack's for a recent water heater replacement. Michael and Richard did an incredible job. They were thoughtful, knowledgeable, and quick. They answered all of our questions and explained everything that we needed to know. These guys were top notch professionals. I will definitely use this service again. Thank you!

Great communication. One time to the point. Very friendly. Will definitely use them again for any problems I might have. Been along time where I felt I got service this good. A++ for me.

From shopping through install took 24 hours. Work was meticulously done and I’m very happy with the outcome. Only room for improvement was the sales person doing the estimate. He did the estimate based on photos rather than in-person and wrote in the installer instructions that I refused a pressure release valve even if it was judged necessary. We had never discussed it. Fortunately water pressure in the home did not require it, but that would have been an unexpected $500 addition to the cost.

The technician Xavier that's notcame out today and my son said he was very rude cussing very unprofessional person. That was about 2:30 to 3:00 p.m.By the time my husband came home at about 6:00 p.m.after they had "cleared the drain" my basement was flooding. The situation was worse after a technician then before. My husband called in for assistance and no one had calle
d him back by the time I came home at about 7:45 p.m. I called in and they said they escalated the situation it is now 9:18 pm and no one has showed up and no one has called about the situation. This is the poorest customer service, and accountability for their work that I ever seen with the company. Do not use this company....

The worker came in and got to work right away. I left for a minor surgery and my husband stayed with him. When I came back 2 hrs later, he was gone. He had removed the old water heater and installed the new one, and had cleaned up after himself. I was impressed.

The technician who came out was knowledgeable and straightforward. However. The bait and switch between what the website offered vs what I paid is borderline predatory. Don't over a service for one price on line and not have an explanation for the specific situation it can be applied in. Further, the website said $79 dollars for the service I thought I need, was quoted 99 over the phone and paid somewhere way beyond that. The only reason the star count is at a four is the Technicians knowledge and desire to help.

Sam was a great guy and I really appreciated his honesty. Only complaint that I have is the initial phone call I made into the company to order the service. I was told on the phone that it was going to be $79 to snake the drain and they also send a camera down to check it. I told him it was the sink in the kitchen and he said yes, and then he also tried to sell me a $20 a month program that you have for plumbing services. I felt sorry for Sam as soon as he got here because he had to explain to me that the price is not for what I had in the kitchen sink. So I was expecting to pay the $79 and he had to explain to me why it wasn’t $79 which is not easy to do. I would think most people would think it is a bait and switch. My suggestion would be, is not have an outside company answer your phone phones, cause it could hurt your business in the long run. Sam made it better and I will use your company again.

As the new owner of an older condo, it was
concerning to see he twin bathroom sinks filling with water and it was frightening to see water oozing up through the bathroom floor!! I looked for a plumber online. The first appointment available was 8 days out! What a relief to find a web site for ARS Rescue Rooter who came to me the same day. All 3 of the team who have served me have been quality people who provided quality service promptly. I highly recommend this company!

I was charged $6,800 to do this repair. $20 in parts and less than an hour in labor. It was made to seem like they were quoting an extensive job to justify the cost because they couldn’t see past the cinder block. Had me sign an agreement to that amount only for them to realize it was a simple fix that took no time at all and refused to adjust the final cost. I am in disgust, get multiple quotes before any decisions are made. Also they were scheduled to do this the day before and did a no show and waited until 10:30pm to let me know they need to reschedule. The water department charges $100 after hours to turn on/off the water and he waited here for 2 hours so I wouldn’t have to get charged a second time to turn it back on but they didn’t show up. I will add that I do not think the laborers did a bad job and they weren’t the ones to quote me. But the original guy that came out said he’d been a plumber for 6 years and didn’t know how to fix it so he called his boss to come quote it. The guys doing the repair did their job correctly, not being able to offer a lower cost because “corporate” set the price is my issue.

Edit: I was contacted in regards of reducing the cost and was given a new cost of $3200. Still very high in my opinion but they did come when I needed them so that accounts for something. And I do appreciate the willingness to admit the job was not that extensive and reduced the price. I still recommend getting multiple quotes, but if you’re in a jam and can afford the higher cost, these guys did a good job.

We are still backed up and no camera was available. Wanted to charge $1500 for other services to clear drain, felt like total bait n switch, still backed up and have to contact another service company that does not overcharge to snake out your drain so you are all cleared out. Unfortunate, but true, supposedly they are bringing a camera out Monday, still does not help us either sewage backing up in tub and laundry.

ADON, was the man who came to our house. Speaking from someone who was just ripped off by another plumbing company last month, I was hesitant for this experience to say the least. I flushed something down the toilet and it could have been BAD. Not only did this company make sure they came out within TWO HOURS, they couldn’t have sent a more TRUSTWORTHY person. I HIGHLY recommend this company and more importantly ADON to anyone. He even showed me the thing I flushed so I could see he found it. He could have EASILY not shown me and sold me into buying a new toilet or even worse!! He was efficient, personable, TRUSTWORTHY, and he cleaned up everything too!! THANK YOU ADON!!!

I called for a small basement drain (2 inches) that was backed up with sewer material. This drain drains liquid from HVAC system. The website had coupon for $79. The guy arrived and quoted $332. I asked about the $79 coupon and was told it did not apply according to the “asterisk”, also known as small print.
He said he would offer me the coupon for $50 off. I wanted other estimates so I asked for an estimate to be emailed to me. I received the estimate for $381 ( no mention of the $50 coupon). Also the guy said he was not responsible for the cleanup of the sewer material.
I found another company for half the price and they used hydrojetting system to unclog and clean the drain. Please do your research and get at least 3 quotes from honest companies.

Your worker was excellent at his job, he explained everything he had to do. He cleaned up after himself and the price was very reasonable. I will recommend your business to everyone I know. Got service the very same day I called, within the hour.

Fantastic service!! I had a leaky pipe in base.ent and Ralph came out same day. I received a very reasonable quote and the work was done efficiently. Ralph was very courteous, great communication and the work he did was 2nd to none. Thank you Ralph and ARS Rescue Rooter! I will be using this company for all my future home improvement needs. Latest visit from ARS, Seth did an AMAZING JOB! New pipes and shut off valves look great. The two technicians, Bob and Anthony worked harmoniously together. They covered all of the cupboards and blocked off other areas, so they wouldn’t get concrete dust on them. They left the house very clean and did a fabulous job, locating and repairs the underground water leak.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a clogged main drain. I contacted ARS for assistance, hoping for a swift resolution. Unfortunately, the service technician, Xavier, did not meet my expectations. He arrived with a bad attitude, which was evident from the moment he stepped inside. His demeanor was so unpleasant that it made the situation worse. Despite the inconvenience, he seemed to be unable to resolve the issue effectively. I was left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service provided. I hope to have a more pleasant experience with ARS in the future. Then we called back and they told us that someone else would come back out to fix it but they never did and when he was there he made it worst and he broke my stairs had mud all over them and my floor has no respect for my home and management doesn't care if I was you I would call another company

I'll be honest. Was upset about a hot water tank I'd just replaced having to be moved& hooked back up for them to complete the whole laundry drain replacement through basement floor. However the entire job was completed for the most part in one day. Also I'm very impressed with the way they redid water tank hookup. They did have to come back and install a brand new laundry tub for a couple hours the next morning. We are extremely excited to be getting caught up with our laundry!!

$79 Main drain Cleaning deal is misleading .
Because the main drain location outside the house was unknown it left us no choice, but to take the higher cost option. The repair man removed toilet and cut a hole left in the wall which was done without us knowing until after he cut it. & we have to repair. I would have preferred cutting behind that wall in utility room. After the work was done the clean up was average was at best. Once the 2nd guy and equipment got there they did the job efficiently. They communicated and showed up at stated time frame. Thank you.

Great service and available very quickly. Why one star? Completely false/misleading advertising regarding $79 drain cleaning special- both online and with the scheduler.
The "please dont go" popup version of the ad doesn't even include the fine print. $79 turned into over $500.

Totally unacceptable and should be illegal (maybe it is). Even tho we like both guys who did the work, we would never recommend ARS to anyone.

We assumed Sam was very good! He explained what the issue was and options to address it. We had another plumber come and assess our issue and his diagnoses was completely different! We wasted $600 and issue was not resolved until this new plumber came and fixed it! They should train all their employees appropriately before sending them to a clients home!!
