Great service. Called 3 other companies and got no response back Called ARS got appointment first thing in the morning on a Sunday. Technician Mark B very professional and didn’t stop until the drain was clear. Had 3 ft section almost solid and he sweated until it it broke loose. Very reasonable pricing.

Technician was at our house within two hours of our original call. Problem solved! Helpful and professional service. Highly recommend.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from ARS/Rescue Rooter. Corey went over and above 'the call of duty' to get my loan pulled through the system. The technician Jason was amazing. The job he did to remove my old water heater and to install a new water heater, as well as an expansion tank, was faultless. He knows what he's doing and does it very well! I also want the thank John H for the detailed inspection and the preparation of the quote which allowed the technician to be well prepared for the job to be done.

Everyone, from Kat who answered my call, to Cory the supervisor who promptly got a technician lined up, to Gerrit who did the work by unclogging my kitchen sink ... and beautifully cleaned up! ... polite, efficient, knowledgeable and quick. I will definitely refer this company in the greater Cleveland area to anyone I know who needs plumbing help. Thank you so much!

I just had a water heater installed the installer was Sam Yeamen he is a great craftsman at his job very knowledgeable and respectful to your home . Also Michael Dicaro was the man who gave me the estimate of what it was going to cost and his knowledge of the water heater to the time it would take was outstanding. I couldn't recommend this place more .

Needed to get my hot water tank up and running. Mike and Jace were easy to work with and were completely professional. Jace was very knowledgeable on the product and installation process.

Scheduled through Lowe's for a water heater installation. Lowe's hired out to ARS Rescue Rooter.

I took off work to be there for the estimation window (Friday) & no one showed up. I called twice. Someone finally returned my call after my window had already closed & apologized, saying "I thought someone else had contacted you, We cannot come out today". They said they had to go to a funeral & there was a missed communication & I understood & agreed to a time window the next day (& I was told they would install same day - Saturday - since they had basically blown me off on Friday).

They came out the next day (Saturday) to do the estimate/install but then I was told they wouldn't do same day installation. I don't have any other days I can take off work so they said they would be there to install by 10am the next day (Sunday).

I get a text message (on Sunday) to pay for my installation, so I pay. Then I get a text saying "Congratulations! Your new water heater has been installed" but no one has shown up yet. When I called ARS for clarification, they said I was on the schedule for Monday & I again explained that I didn't have any additional days I could take off work since I had already taken Friday off & they blew me off. They were another 2 hours before they showed up (on Sunday) & apologized for running late. I suspect they had moved me to Monday & then moved me back when I called.

They then drained the old water heater on my back steps in 15F-degree weather & it froze like the back stairs from Home Alone. They complained that they almost fell & that they forgot it was winter - meanwhile, my mid-70s parents (who dont get around as well as they used to & have had falls in the past) were coming over right after them so I had to heavily salt everywhere because my entire driveway was now a skating rink. I had already cleared it once before, knowing they were headed over, & it had time to dry out & not be at all slippery & it was frustrating to have to do all of that again, except this time it was all salt & not dry. Also, the water was brown & made my stairs & driveway look disgusting as it froze.

They made a huge mess inside at the installation site & they didn't clean up - they said they would come back inside to clean & then they just drove off. I had to dry & clean my floors because there was water & debris everywhere. They didn't even put the panel back on the wall that houses the water heater. The water heater they installed has pipes that hang over (outside of) the catch-pan where the old one was skinny enough that everything was contained over (inside of) the catch-pan, so hopefully that's not a problem later.

For all of this, they charged me over $2000. I'm just very unhappy about their customer service & installation service. I will probably just ask a friend who they used next time I need plumbing or install.

Sam-I-Am (Sam Yeamen) was very sweet and knowledgeable. He took the old and put in the new and improved water tank and now we have hot water again!! Literally took him less than the 2 hours I was thinking it would take. Finally found someone I trust to come into my home and do the job correctly. Calling him for any issues in the future! I only gave 4 stars, not because of him but because the price was higher than I was told over the phone through Lowes but no fault to Sam-I-Am.

Sam did an amazing job getting the clogs out of the plumbing. He went above and beyond to make sure we were good to go and everything was draining perfect again! He was punctual and thorough. I highly recommend ARS Rescue Rooter!!!

The two men who came out to look at my overflowing drain were very knowledgeable and thorough in looking at my particular problem. And they were very personable and made it easy for me to communicate the details of my drain problems. Thanks!!

ARS RESCUE ROOTER TO SAVE MY DAY.....AND MY BACK!!!!!! I can'thank you guys enough. The technician Kenneth that came out to snake my main drain out was AWESOME, professional, friendly, thorough, and fast. He knew is job very well. He gave me a few tips and suggestions. Along with answering my five hundred questions. NO MESS WHAT SO EVER! The other two gentlemen that came to put run the camera were AWESOME also! I do not recall their name but they also knew their job very well. I can't thank them and ARS Rescue Rooter for the 5 star job they did. After 30 years plus of my mom and I dragging a heavy ass snake from the big box store down in the basement every year, this was a HUGE relief! We can't be more happy with ARS Rescue Rooter's service and price. NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE CAN COMPETE WITH THEIR PRICES OR SERVICE!

Mark, Shawn and Mike kept us well informed about what they found and what the next steps were. Mark was very personable, which was very nice! They worked the whole time they were here, no standing around. We are very satisfied with the work and the employees.

The guy was absolutely fabulous and very empathetic since I'm very recently widowed unexpectedly and not used to handling plumbing issues for 30 years. H we came out same day and next day replaced the pipe in the morning. Highly recommend.

Great experience with ARS. Called because we had a very bad leak on our regulator on our main water line. We had called another company but they kept pushing the appointment time. ARS said a tech could be here in 45 min and he was here in 30. Marco explained what the problem was, showed us and gave us a fair price with labor and tax included. He had the regulator switched out in about 20min. Will definitely use them for any future needs.

I called early Monday morning because my hot water tank had a leak. Michael Dicaro came out to give me an estimate right away. He told me he would try to get a tank in for me today. So, he was able to get a contractor, Sam Yeamen, to come and install my hot water tank. They were able to get my old tank out and the new one in before 4:30 pm the same time. I'm really pleased with the overall work that was done. I will definitely use this company again if I have a need.

We had such a good experience using Rescue Rooter for a slow draining sink. From the woman on the phone who was able to schedule me same day, to the plumber Xavier - everyone was kind and helpful. He was on time, super friendly, and was able to fix the sink! Price was reasonable and our sink is draining! I’d use them again and recommend to family and friends!

Ken was phenomenal! Clear communication through the process.. on time and got right to it!

John and his whole team were very professional very clean, courteous and interested in my needs. They came out the same day and in a couple of hours I had a brand new hot water tank. The cleanup was great and they hauled away the own hot water tank.

I called with a sewer backup and had a technician available within an hour. Jarret worked diligently as soon as he arrived but could not resolve the issue with a snake alone (no charge). I was quickly scheduled for the next morning for sewer jetting. Nathan also arrived and diligently got to work. The jetting solved the sewer backup (as Jarret predicted) and Nathan also camera inspected the sewer to confirm no outstanding issues. The service and workmanship was just as expected and no hidden fees. Will be using again when the time comes.
