Mark and his son did a great job with rerouting our kitchen sink sewer line to our main line. We had other quotes said it could not be done and were outrageously expensive. Mark was able to do what he thought he could and saved us a lot of money. I would recommend them to anyone.

Buckle up.
There I was, sitting on my couch, in silence as my kids did homework. when I hear a loud☄️CRASH☄️ I go towards the sound and see that my toilet is spraying water to the CEILING from the tank. The pressure of the geyser blew the porcelain lid clean off! I try and figure out the problem but end up getting sprayed in the face like an excited dog in summer with a cold water hose. I go for the shut off valve, but it doesnt work! Now, I have kids screaming and a dog drinking from the pool that is collecting on the floor. I find the piece that rocketed off, replace it, and just keep letting the toilet cycle while holding the piece in place. My son shuts off the main water supply. After calling several plumbers (most of which were closed or had an estimated arrival time of 4+ hours), H.Jacks said they could be there in 60-90 minutes. Thirty minutes later, Mike, was in my driveway like a knight in shining armour! 1 hour later, peace was restored to my home, the geyser that was my toilet was rendered safe and all was right with the world. Not only was H.Jacks super prompt, super professional, but the plumber (Mike) I had was super informative explaining the failure of the pressure regulation system and the resulting geyser. Mike and Danh returned the next day to finalize repairs. I am so thankful for their quick, efficient and professional response that they now have a customer for life!

Richard and Patrick were at our home for three solid days. They worked hard and did a wonderful job. They explained everything as they we. Took their time and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Explained how the new equipment works and were very friendly.

KEVIN is the best. He came on Christmas Day to help our HVAC duct & vent repair. I just had a new born & needed heat asap and he came to the rescue. Thank you Kevin!!!

Dan and the office staff did an amazing job with my plumbing issue. We had problems during a sale of a home and after a phone call at 4am they fit me right in to their schedule and helped as soon as they could! I recommend them highly! Thank you team for all your hard work and empathy!

Ezekiel and Kevin were great! I had basement flooding from a blocked sewer line and needed it cleared out.They were able to get here within a couple hours of me calling. They were very professional and friendly and had the job done fast.

This was our first time having used h jacks pluming. The speed and professionalism the your employees have is amazing. The gentleman that came out to give us the estimate was amazing and Ezekiel, the gentleman who came out to do the actual repair was awesome. I will definitely be recommending this company to anybody who needs a plumber as well as any other plumbing needs we might need

The service we received today was FANTASTIC! Richard came out on a Saturday to repair our furnace that was blowing cold air. While he was here he noticed that the hot water tank wasn’t connected to the vent. He reconnected it while he was here at no additional cost even though he did have to replace part of the pipe.

Richard himself was also a pleasure to work with. He was kind, respectful and cleaned up after himself. We will definitely be calling them again😊

They repaired both of my outdoor water lines and updated the plumbing in my crawlspace. From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable—explaining each step along the way so I understood exactly what was being done.

Quick service! Had a technician, Kevin, come out and got our heat back up and running in no time. Service was excellent, Kevin was very informative and friendly.

Service was excellent. I am so happy that Kevin, Michael and a third man whose name I don’t recall-sorry- were able to replace a gas line to the furnace that was not up to code. Kevin came out to do the estimate and within an hour the others arrived and all went to work. 4 hours later my furnace works and I can take comfort knowing that the furnace is safe and working properly. Thanks guys!

I had great service with my two gentlemen who came out bright and early for my shot water heater. (One of them was named Simon. I am terrible at remembering names so the other gentleman's eludes me, but they were both very hardworking!) Cordial, forthcoming, and they got the job done despite the tight quarters of my basement. 10/10 would definitely call them again if needed!

Danh & Patrick at HJacks did an excellent job on repair of leak in basement! Great in communicating on arrivals, details about job or issues on job, and very thorough in explaining what was done & the next steps!

I just called Jack's to make an appointment for repairs for our school's bathroom and the guy that answered seemed bothered and would not let me even finish explaining the problem before cutting me off and just telling me I'd have to make an appointment, which is why I was calling in the first place.
I just politely declined the appointment and called someone else.

Richard was incredible. He arrived fast and was honest about what needed done, without overcharging. I'll definitely be using this company every time something comes up I can't handle myself.

We had an issue at 8:15pm that we noticed in the basement. We called and had someone at the house by 9. Jeff and Zeke did a fantastic job and we were willing to educate us a well. We will use this family owned service again.

Had a clogged main drain line. Called H. Jacks. Was informed it was after hours and was asked politely if I needed emergency service or if I wanted to wait for tomorrow for regular rate. I have used H. Jacks before and chose to have them come out in the evening (rates were clearly explained to me) Ezekiel came out within the hour. He was extremely polite and professional. He took a look at my issue and was very prepared to fix the issue.
Ezekiel fixed the issue in about 15 minutes. He explained what he was doing clearly to me. After he was done, he cleaned the area better than it was before he started! I love H. Jacks and will continue to recommend them to anyone I come in contact with regarding plumbing needs or concerns.
Keep up the great work. And do whatever you need to keep Ezekiel with in your company. Exceptional employees like Ezekiel are hard to come by these days! Thanks Ezekiel !!!!

Dahn & John were super! Got everything cleared up on a Saturday morning, giving me peace of mind that I wouldn’t have anymore issues over the weekend. Cleaned everything up and were very quick.

Had some ups and downs with this company but in the end they made it right. We loved working with Mario and would like to see more workers like him and Luke. Unfortunately we had to split the job into different days and we had some no so great interactions with other employees. We were able to connect with management and hopefully those employees will receive additional training.

I can’t recommend H.Jacks Plumbing & Heating more and especially Kevin. We just had our second baby and got home from the hospital Christmas Eve to find out during the night that our heating wasn’t functioning properly. Once we contacted H.Jacks they were so quick to respond with a polite & professional demeanor throughout the entire process. Kevin contacted us, came to the house and walked us through the steps of what possibly could be going on. He identified the issue with great efficiency and made sure the job got done to the highest of standards, all while keeping a very polite and professional attitude with us. It was Christmas night and this man was away from his family but he came out to work on our issue and made sure that we had a warm and cozy home for our baby to sleep in on Christmas night.
