My kitchen faucet has was one where you touch it to turn it on and off. It quit working entirely and wouldn't work manually either. I called Plunger Plumber on Saturday at 2:00 and Matt showed up about 3:45. While he couldn't fix the electronics that control the touch on/off, he was able to by pass it and get my faucet working. Overall I thought the charge was pretty reasonable for a 2 hour notice on a Saturday afternoon. I would definitely call them again.

Brendan was great! He explained everything they needed to do and the work was done quickly, cleanly, and the right way.

This company might not be your cheapest option, but there’s no obligation to have them do the work if you don’t like the estimate. Personally, I’m very satisfied with the service I got and it was definitely worth the price I paid.

Our hot water tank died during a recent snowstorm. They were able to schedule us for an estimate and replacement same day. Both the estimator and technician were incredibly professional and informative so that we could make a decision that was best for us. Our technician worked in difficult conditions with the amount of snow and was able to get everything completed seamlessly. Would highly recommend. Thank you to the whole team

I had plunger plumber come out to my home this past fall because my kitchen sink faucet was loose at the base. The technician arrived on time and informed me that to tighten my faucet would be $ 189.00. There is a nut underneath the faucet below the sink. Unfortunately I didn’t have the tool to tighten the nut. So he proceeded to tighten the nut which took all of 5 minutes. This was $189. So I noticed that their current special is a drain cleaning and a camera for $149. I would assume that would take longer than 5 minutes plus a camera. Now which one would you think would cost more to do. I won’t be doing any future business with these guys in the future.

Amazing Service!!! I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Especially working with Joe and Mario. They were quick, professional, and very easy to work with. Joe explained everything, and all my options. He wasn't pushy, just super informative. Mario got to work right away and they both were able to fix my issue. The price was fair, especially seeing how they made sure the job was done right. I called them because of their good reviews, and I'm happy that I can leave another one for them.

Your first thought when calling out a plumbing service is, they’re just here to make money and immediately try talking you into some other work that needs to be done. With Dave and Vince it couldn’t be further from the truth. Their combined knowledge and their attention to detail along with showing you what they’re doing, made the experience worth hiring this company! Everything’s back to normal and working great just in a couple hours. For the work they performed as this wasn’t your normal sewer, clean out the price was under what I expected. Will definitely use them again going forward for any other needs!

Great service call on Monday morning and they were able to come the next day and finish installing the new water heater within the same day! They where able to fix my floor which had caved in very pleased with the service.

Brendan was awesome. Very polite, very informative. Knew exactly what he was doing. He worked his butt off by himself to get the job done. Wasn't no simple job that's for sure. I can't thank you enough Brendan. Major clogs and buildup in drain pipes. Definitely will call this company again!!

Had to have a new ball valve before the meter and ball valve, pressure relief valve, and tank installed after the meter. Sean and his partner were very professional and did a excellent job. Highly recommend!👍

Had to have new compression valve installed under kitchen sink so a new dishwasher could be installed. Called, appointment was scheduled for following day, no waiting. I had two companies to come to my home for an estimate on a plumbing issue that I was dealing with. The first company was extremely expensive. I am so happy that I called Plunger Plumbing. Then I had the pleasure of having a technician by the name of Brendan Come to my home to give me an estimate and then came to do the work he was on time. He was so respectful so courteous did the work cleaned up any debris that was left I was so impressed with him. He kept me informed on everything he was doing. I can honestly say that there is no other company that I will ever call except for Plunger Plumbing and I will always request Brendan. To be the technician to come to my home, he represents that company very well with customer Service and doing an excellent job bravo to him. I truly hope that Plunger Plumbing know what a valuable technician they have I thank him and I thank them so very much

Highly recommend Plunger Plumber--the team is quick to respond and very professional. They worked with me to make a new bathroom in my basement, undated sink and vanity in kitchen and upstairs bath, and did some drain clearing along the way. For this work, my technician was primarily Matty, but I also worked with Nick a lot. Both were friendly and professional and I got to know Matty since he was at the house almost everyday for two weeks.
One recommendation: assume that every home you enter is "shoe free." I have a sign on my front door; for my household it's less about cleanliness and all about keeping the house free of lead dust and pesticides, both contaminants are very toxic. In greater CLE, much of the housing stock was built before laws prohibiting lead in paint were passed (1977), so it's in the soil and in the walls of homes and buildings we're working on now.

When we experienced a blockage in our storm drainage pipe, we called our trusted plumber. He advised us that this was something he did not handle and highly recommended Plunger Plumber for the job. Excellent recommendation! We HIGHLY recommend Plunger Plumber as well. The entire process of our experience dealing with Plunger Plumber was exceptional.

Communication and customer service were superb. Joe was quick to respond to our inquiry. He promptly came to our house to assess the damage. As it turned out, we had excessive damage with 2 blockages. The repair that was needed included excavation from our house to the street. The overall work was extensive and complex. Joe was honest and transparent about what needed to be done and the cost involved. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions.

Despite the frigid temperatures the last week of January 2026, the repair work began when promised. The crew, Trevor, Frank and Brennan, were the BEST! They arrived at 8:00 AM when temps were -6 degrees and finished the job at 9:00 PM with the temperature at -10 degrees. This amazing crew remained pleasant, upbeat and so positive despite the harsh weather. The frozen ground and the deep frost line were no obstacle for them. They worked diligently throughout the day and evening. Trevor kept us informed throughout the whole process. When the weather finally allowed, a crew returned to our house and expertly back-filled the dirt in the trench, being very respectful of our property and landscaping.
