Trayvon was very personable and friendly. He answered all my questions and continued to keep me updated as to what was going on in the process. We had roots in our sewer lines, and he was persistent in cleaning out as much as he could. When he could no longer continue the process, his manager came in and explained the next steps. Before Trayvon started, he had me fill out paperwork and explained the upfront costs. I thought the company was very well organized. They came out within an hour of me calling.

Their team came out quickly to assist us with a driveway leakage. We had been passed around from other contractors or ghosted. All to get told they would have a team out the following morning to fix the issue. Definitely gave us peace of mind.

Rene was awesome! We had WyattWorks out, the salesman was clueless. Another guy didn't show up, so we called these guys.
He was able to explain to us what was actually going on, fixed it, and had Andy Jarvis come out to run a camera in our sewer.
Andy was awesome as well, showed us every inch of the sewer, what problems were there, what they meant, and how to fix them and that we should fix it asap but didn't try to scare us.
Highly recommend these folks! -
Rene was very kind and professional. He took time to assess our drainage issue and explained the steps he would take to fix it. He was able to clear the debris in our main sewage line quickly and get the water flowing again.

Thank GOD Chris the tech saved the day! Literal everyday Superman, he was so kind and very thorough, making sure our issues were solved. Without a single working toilet in my home, it was an emergency call to get someone out here. Being the holidays, no other company had availability until next week, despite advertising they have and do same-day service. Out of options and desperation led me to hire the company, though I was hesitant. Pleased to say I was wrong and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Chris. I called around 6pm and he was there I think within 30min. Come to find out he was supposed to be off at 6pm but graciously drove 20 min to help us and worked past his scheduled shift hours. I’ve never received such spectacular service from an employee of any type of company, his presence was like chatting with an old friend or family member. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain. Received very fast service response from Roto Rooter. The Plumber, Steven, knew exactly what the problem was and proceeded to fix it by snaking the drain under the our basement floor. Steven was very knowledgable and efficient. He explained everything to me and cleaned up everything when the job was done. He also provided me with very helpful advice on suggestions to help me maintain our drains. Very pleased that the service included a 6 month guarantee.

Our basement flooded with several inches of pure sewage. Roto Rooter was there within an hour and handled everything. Renee, Rick, and Matt were all fantastic. I don’t know what we would have done without them.

We had a leak at a rental property out of state, which as Murphy's Law would have it, was on a Friday. Roto-Rooter was one of the few options that not only provided free estimates but also scheduled weekend appointments. After calling and confirming information about their services, booking the appointment online was easy. They followed all my instructions which involved coordinating with our tenant. They confirmed the appointment by phone and keep me informed during the whole process. They showed up on time during the 2 hour window. They provided a written estimate for approval and they resolved my issue. The plumber was communicative during the process.

I’d give Aidon and Aaron 10 Stars if I could. They were friendly, professional and gave me great recommendations throughout the whole process. When the project became more complex than I’d anticipated, they offered multiple options, best practices advice, and clearly put real thought into each step. They made sure I understood what they were doing and took pride in their work. They clearly treat their customers home like they were working on their own homes. They were here when they said they would be. Not only will I call Roto-Rooter in the future, but I’ll specify that I’d like these guys.

Rene did excellent work. He was clear on the scope of the repair and went above and beyond with keeping us updated on any issues that cropped up. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great work and would request him again for any future needs.

OMG this company is a life saver. I had 2 other companies come out to unclog my tub ,that has been clogged since November 2025 and as of today February 14, 25 its still clogged. They say the 3rd time is the charm. And they sure were right , my technician was a GOD sent his name was Mario but I call him Super Mario because he did a super job. After months and months with a clogged drain 2 companies later and endless bottles of draino Mario FINALLY uncloged my tub. Thank You Mario.
Also if you have ever seen their comericals they are funny as hell. Thats what attracted me to this company. And their prices you can't beat. Thank You Plunger Plumber -

I originally called Plunger Plumber when my laundry drain overflowed. This house is a recent purchase, so we did not know what we were dealing with. They came out, snaked the drain for $200, and told me there was a 30-day guarantee if the issue returned.
Exactly one week later, on Tuesday, it overflowed again. I called within the guarantee window. After being rescheduled three days in a row, they finally came out on Friday. Instead of addressing the original drain issue under the guarantee, they charged me an additional $250 to hammer multiple holes into my drywall — not even clean cuts — to “find the issue,” because one plumber stated he did not have his proper tools, having left them at another job site. They then told me the pipe was frozen. They did not repair anything. They placed a space heater in front of the pipe and left. After they left, I removed a little more drywall myself and immediately found a large 4-inch hole in the wall just 2 inches to the right from where they had hammered. It was an old dryer vent opening that had never been sealed, allowing cold air to blow directly onto the pipe. You can feel the breeze immediately through the holes they left. I sealed and insulated the area myself for about $30, and the problem was resolved.
Additionally, while the technicians were present, they plugged in the washing machine, which was unplugged and still contained several days’ worth of water that had been sitting due to the prior overflow. The machine instantly tried to empty itself into the frozen drain and caused it to overflow again, resulting in water coming through the ceiling and floor a second time. They recommended and sent out a mitigation company who quoted minimum $3,500 for remediation only.
There is attached photos of the holes they left.
So within the 30-day guarantee period, I was charged more than the original visit, my drywall was unnecessarily damaged, and the actual cause of the problem was completely missed — leaving me $450 out of pocket for what turned out to be a $30 fix.
I’m sharing this so other homeowners are aware of my experience. Be careful of who you’re doing business with and do your research. -
10 stars. Hands down the best service I've ever had from a plumber. Matt Ziarno from plunger plumber was professional, honest and upfront. Thank you for upgrading our water heater Matt!
