Alex was very friendly and professional. He walked us through the process from start to finish. Had to return the next day and was right on time. These guys are definitely on my go to list for plumbing issues.

Ethan did an excellent and professional job jetting an ongoing very stubborn clog that wasn't able to be fixed with a drain snake. We tried several times before calling Plunger Plumber. And I appreciate how well he cleaned up afterwards! Highly recommend!

​I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you have an actual emergency. My experience with Plunger Plumber was a total disaster.
​I called them at 9:00 AM for a major emergency: my main drain was clogged and water was backing up into my basement. I was given an appointment window between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
​At 5:00 PM, they called to say the crew was running late but promised to keep me informed. However, at 6:30 PM—after I had spent the entire day waiting while my basement continued to flood—they called back to say they weren't coming at all. Their excuse? The crew had already worked over their hours.
​The bottom line: They do not keep their word. If you have a scheduled appointment for an emergency, you expect a company to honor it or at least let you know early enough to find someone else. Instead, they left me stranded with a flooded basement at night when it's even harder to find help.

I’ve used them for a while now and they are always considerate, professional, knowledgeable and communicative. I feel the prices are fair because I know it will be fixed right but I have not compared prices. They are awesome!

Got there earlier than was told which was very nice.They also called first to make sure it was okay for earlier arrival. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and was done with the job in less than one hour.Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Brendan was very professional and courteous when recently replacing our hot water heater. Alex B replaced the hot water tank, cleared a few drains, and replaced the drain in the bathroom sink. He did such a great job! The water is hot and the sinks drain fast! He left everything as clean as he found it, which I most appreciated. I would certainly recommend his work and professionalism.

Matt was great. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Work looks good on the toilet install. They called prior to his arrival to make sure the arrival time was correct. Customer support was great to work with when scheduling.
