Very professional, clean, courteous. Aidan explained everything, we discussed the equipment he was going to use. Pricing was fair and comparable if not a little better than competitors. Drain was cleared from house to sewer, camera inspected as I watched. No complaints, great work. Their first cleaning lasted 22 years, not bad.

Roto-Rooter was able to send a plumber in less than an hour after calling. Trayvon was great and was able to clear out a very clogged sink drain. He stayed after his shift ended to finish the job the right way and prevented us from having to pay for a more expensive fix.

Chris did a great job. He was timely, as well as professional. He really helped us out in a really tough situation.

I would like to Thank Vernon and Gary and the crew of Roto-Rooter for their efficient work and promptness while repairing our drain connecting to the main sewer due to a collapsed tile. This made it especially tough because it was Christmas Day and Vernon went above and beyond trying to get us some relief on Christmas Day, I Thank him for a job well done. The next day the team was back and I want to Thank Gary for assembling a crew together immediately to start working on repairing the tile outside, we were now able to use our facilities. The job was completed the following day. What a great team of workers who care enough about their job and more importantly their concern for me as a customer. Thank you all again so very much!

A Christmas Eve disaster turned into a Christmas miracle! He spent the better part of the morning snaking our drain and thank God it opened! They were very friendly and great to deal with.

Roto-Rooter to the rescue yet again for my home built 1949…problem solved for now and back to normal BUT Rene and Ken found with their cameras that my Mainline is compromised (not round anymore, it’s oval shaped). I have to contact NEORSD for the repair because it’s the counties part of the pipe that’s compromised. I strongly recommend homeowners use Roto-Rooter because they care, come right away and give us great advice. Thanks Rene & Ken!

$686 to snake out a 75' residential main line! Tried to upsell me on needing additional sewer jetting and line camera work. I said no, just do what I requested. He continued, telling me snaking the line wasn't gonna solve the problem, and that he'd back back the next day. I said, no you wont. I think by now, you ought to get the picture. BTW - the 45-minute, $686 snake job DID address the problem.

Very pleased with the job Chris from Roto-Rooter did after we struggled to figure out the source of backed up sewage in our basement for over a week. Roto-Rooter got us scheduled on a Sunday, Chris came out same day and identified the source, got us unclogged and completely cleaned up within a few hours. Would definitely recommend.
