Had issues with continual clogging of sewer line .Had coverage through Home Serve who contracted with AAA Advanced Plumbing to service issue.An excellenent customer experience.Consistent and timely communication and cost clearly explained.Work done and completed on time,with follow up grading and seeding in the spring.Overall,very impressed with Evan and his entire crew of co- workers.Final cost to be determined.

We have been looking for a new plumbing company bc we have had ongoing issues with our downstairs toilet. The girl I spoke with, I think her name was Chey - she was so nice and professional. I feel like it's impossible to speak with a live person these days or customer service is bad but I had such a good conversation and I felt like she really listened to me and understood my needs. Amazing customer service goes a long way!

The plumber who arrived on site was initially receptive, professional, and courteous; however, they failed to correctly diagnose the plumbing issue. They inaccurately classified it as an interior blockage when, in fact, the problem was located about 15 feet from the house. This misinformation created significant complications with our insurance provider regarding coverage for the services.

When we attempted to correct them politely, citing our previous experiences that clearly identified the blockage outside the house, the woman handling invoicing and service requests was remarkably uncooperative. She stubbornly refused to adjust the diagnosis and prevented the plumber from continuing their work, likely out of frustration, laziness, or an unwillingness to work with our insurance.

We brought in another plumbing service later that week, and they quickly identified the blockage in the exterior sewer line, necessitating digging and replacement of a section of the plumbing.

I strongly advise against using this company, especially when contracted through an insurance provider. Their unprofessional behavior and insistence on pressuring us into services outside the coverage scope were unacceptable.

Adjusting a 1 star review to 5 after they reached out when an issue with service arose. They were professional at all times and Vernon did a great job. Hopefully I helped resolve some of their processes.

Excellent service. From the initial diagnosis of the problem (had a dropped pipe causing offsets which kept backing up the guest room toilet) all through the completion of the actual work, everyone was super professional and honest. They made sure to clean up all the debris and leave the basement just as they found it. Would highly recommend for all plumbing needs and especially for the big, multi-day jobs that require true expertise in the field.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The receptionist or whomever the lady on the phone was put our insurance claim in wrong, got mad when I explained what insurance was telling me and asked them to talk to them again and then cancelled our services, leaving us with no working sewer. Over what? A customer asking you to communicate with insurance? I didn’t raise my voice, use profanity or any kind of inappropriate behavior that would warrant this.

Beyond that, Tori, the plumber who was sent came in to tell me that I needed to sign a paper stating my insurance wouldn’t be letting them do the work? But I was on the phone with them being told the company refused me service and insurance WAS approving the work.

Tori seemed confused & told insurance he had no problem doing the work nor with my communication, he tried calling his company to still do it but the receptionist lady wouldn’t allow it because “she felt some sort of way” about me. I’ve worked in customer service for years and I can’t imagine turning away any customer for so little, it’s like they don’t want to do the work?

To his credit Tori was nice to my dog and to me. The receptionist lady is horrible. I would never want to work with a company like this. Insurance and communication can be frustrating for all parties and if your employees can’t deal with someone who isn’t yelling or being mean, just trying to get things fixed, then I can’t imagine how badly they’d treat an actually dissatisfied customer.

Rusty was on time and very professional. Replaced our leaking garage faucet and we have no more issues. Great company! Would highly recommend.

I called AAA due to water leakage near the sewage stack. Barb took my call and promised to send a plumber out that day to fix the problem.
John and his assistant came out at the scheduled time and went to work. John felt the leak was coming from the duplex attached to mine. That turned out to be true. He volunteered to snake the drain all the way to the street, which I appreciated very much.
John and his assistant were friendly and good workers. Barb, in the office, was pleasant and got the job scheduled promptly. I appreciated how my plumbing problem was handled.
