THIS IS AN EDIT TO A ONE STAR REVIEW!!! My gosh cant say enough about how responsive there management team was! I would highly recommend them they have great pricing and awesome customer service. Even though I had a minor issue they fixed it right away and went as far to send out management to meet me. Thanks Neptune! You guys rock!!!

Logan was very helpful in fixing our plumbing issues and brought other potential problems to our attention. We will be using Neptune again.

The technician Toseland that came to my home for my bathroom sink repair was really pleasant and very efficient and he explained everything to me that he was going to do. I definitely will be calling him again when plumbing is needed.

Recently had technician Scott Kirkwood perform 6 month HWT maintenance service and other small needed fixes.
Scott is always respectful and personable. He is also very organized and strives to be efficient.

Dustin replaced my kitchen faucet and sink, and removed the garburator. He also replaced some of the plumbing system with a new access for service. Awesome service from a very professional young man. Definitely recommend Neptune Plumbing.

Derek and Dustin replaced the hot and cold water faucets in the laundry room for our new washing machine. They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and reviewed the work to be done and the costs prior to starting. They reviewed the work that was done after they were completed and their clean up was immaculate. They even hooked up the washing machine and dryer. I hired Neptune in 2020 to install new furnace, hot water tank and A/C. Ben Newman did all the installations and continues to visit periodically for maintenance. He is very professional and explains everything so I can understand. Always on time for appointments and never tries to sell me anything I do not need. I do not hesitate to recommend Neptune to anyone.

Service was prompt and courteous. Dustin was knowledgeable and friendly. Work was done quickly and cleanly. Dustin made sure to test to make sure everything was work as expected with no leaks before he left. Pricing was about what I expected. I would definitely use Neptune again.

We recently had the pleasure of a visit from technician Toseland Wright (Toby), just to get an estimate for replacing our hot water tank and addressing a couple of minor plumbing jobs at home. Mr. Toseland’s professionalism, proactivity, and honesty convinced me to proceed with the work immediately after he explained the estimate details. He came prepared for this scenario and replaced the hot water tank, along with completing the two plumbing jobs, all on the same day. Everything was done in less than three (3) hours. Excellent job and friendly service. I am very happy with the work done by Mr. Toseland. I can definitely recommend the services of Neptune Plumbing and Heating to family and friends.

Just had Logan Campbell from Neptune Plumbing & Heating Ltd., in my house to clear my blocked sewer pipe. He was very pleasant and quick with service and my sewer is now free flowing, minus the 5 baby wipes that had been flushed down the toilet.

Thank you to Toseland Wright and Neptune Plumbing for excellent work and for going the extra mile. When a simple hot water heater replacement became a saga due to ancient pipes, a broken valve on the incoming line, and an inaccessible turn-off in the back alley, Toseland and the company handled the situation with humour, skill and creative thinking.

November 7, 2024 - we just had Toseland Wright come in to check our furnace as it was blowing cold air. He checked everything very thoroughly and then found the culprit switch. He explained everything to us. Him and his partner were very polite. I would not hesitate to have him come to our house again if necessary.

Logan recently did a furnace inspection in my home. He was polite, professional, kept me informed as to progress and explained his findings. I’ve used Neptune for many years now and will continue to do so!
