I had a pretty major tree root issue that was causing a stoppage in my basement. Although the scheduling was a bit more difficult than I feel it should have been (possibly partially due to my warranty, so not sure it was all to blame on this company), the rest of the job was smooth sailing due to the awesome job of the technicians. Nick and Nick (yep) were courteous, professional, communicative and knowledgeable. They were wonderful to work with and explained everything in depth, answered every question I had and got the job done and did it well. They certainly deserve more than 5 stars, maybe even a bonus. I appreciate them and am glad this company came out and got this job done for me.

Let me say when our faucet was installed a couple of years ago the service was great. We have tried to contact them since and no response.
Our last try was leaving a message 5 days ago and no call back. Too bad they don't want business anymore.

He got here fast. He was super nice and explained everything. Did a good job.

I had roto-rooter come out to snake my sewer line due to a drainage issue. After attempting to snake, they said a drain tile had collapsed and quoted me $10,000 to excavate and repair. The way they were trying to convince me to go through with it made me wonder why roto-rooter hires salesmen instead of plumbers.

Oh yeah-I brought a local company in and they had no issue clearing the clog (tree roots). No collapsed tile.

I recently called them based upon the reviews shown. The young man arrived did not have protective covering for his shoes so he walked all over our flooring and carpet with his work boots. When asked to cover his boots, he said he did not have any coverings.
Secondly, he attempted to clear the block and had to call for a lead. The lead came and tried with a longer snake for about 10-15 mins and announced he will need to tear up the flooring and remove the blockage and this will cost 10,000 but we have financing!! When this was not agreed to (which not sure who will), the initial technician became kind of short and rude when communicating with my husband.
Third, they brought in a special machine, had it in my driveway and left brown markings on the top half of my driveway. Guess what, they did not remove it.
Fourth, we asked for a call to further discuss as a result of the survey we were provided. As of today, no one has called. I am assuming they really do not want to hear our feedback.

We used RotoRooter for an additional problem and were lucky enough to have Aidan again come fix our issues who we had had in the past. He was quick, efficient, and kind. He also kept us up to date on price changes for pieces/parts which was super appreciated so there were no surprises on our bill. We are so grateful for him and his expertise!

I really wanted to like Roto Rooter because of the high reviews and the tech they sent out was very fast, friendly and professional—Carlo.
But they charged me $518 for snaking my bathtub sink which took less than an hour. I feel stupid for having allowed them to do the job for so much money and will find a more affordable plumber in the future.

Trayvon was the nicest person. So very helpful and informative. Absolutely loved him as a person and service provider. Very neat!

We had a sewer line that collapsed that was located under the basement floor. The technicians were able to clear the initial clog that caused the sewer to backup, and were able to identify and locate the source of the issue. I was able to see on the inspection camera the area that had collapsed, and the technicians were able to identify the specific location that needed to be dug up in the floor using their equipment. All of the work was completed by the technician in a timely manner, and the quality of the workmanship in making the repairs was excellent. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work, and the serviceman who did all of the work was very courteous and professional. I have absolutely no complaints with the technician, or the quality and speed of his work. That being said, I feel like you should be aware that this level of service definitely comes at a premium. The job came in at $9k (gulp), but the work was done well, expediently, and all debris from the trenching was hauled off and disposed of, and we have a five year guarantee on the work completed.

Aiden was fantastic! Knowledgeable, friendly, and worked fast. He gave a great explanation of what we needed done and the results after the fact. Roto-Rooter was great at communicating throughout the whole process - from scheduling all the way through to completion.

Had a clogged sewer mainline; Aidan came out, he was very knowledgeable, very thorough and got to work right away. He had it cleared in no time and was even able to help out my neighbor while we waited for the guy with the SeeSnake. You definitely get what you pay for but for the price I was very happy with the next day service.
