I called while I was in the parking lot and explained that I am disabled and that it is difficult for me to get out of the car the gentleman that answered the phone had no problem with coming out to my car and even though he did not have what I needed he went out of his way without me even asking and called around and found a place that had exactly what I needed it's hard to find a gas station that will come out to your car when you're disabled to help so I give this company five stars and if I could I would give more

The guys at the desk are friendly and helpful. Large selection of products. Used mostly by professional plumbers. They will sell to anyone.

They didn't have what we needed. But they were able to give us the name of another company that had what we needed. We will be back when we are looking for plumbing supplies because they were very nice and helpful. We didn't know this place was so close to home.

These guys are so great! I got a portable AC unit and panel piece that goes in the window was too long for the small dinky windows in the from of my 50 year old duplex so I needed to find someone who could cut it. I called Lowes but they said they wouldn't cut it and gave me the name of this place.
I called, after talking to Dave for a few minutes he said, you know what we have a saw, come on in and we will see what we can do! So drove right over and he and Eddie(?) pulled out a little hand saw and held it down right there on the counter and cut it. I'm not sure if they were related but Dave was probably in his 20's and the way Eddie encouraged him as he was cutting was really refreshing to see!
On top of that, Eddie gave me some really great advice about an appliance issue I had.

Active is great; the prices and service are top notch; free hot dogs too.

That being said, I'd give a 5 star review if they occasionally swapped in some bratwurst and smoked sausage.

What a great place! Knowledgeable employees that are actually friendly! The prices are right and they carry really cool stuff! Plumbing smart people are hard to find these days, but you couldn't find more expertise than you can find here.

Great service and nice people to work with. My wife and I were looking for PVC pipe for one of her craft projects and one of the big box stores did not have what we were looking for. We found Active listed and drove over. Within a few moments of looking around one Greg asked if we needed help, we explained what we were looking for. He pointed us to what we needed, found a price (while he was checking the price another gentleman asked if we needed assistance) then he explained there was a cheaper solution since it was for a non-plumbing project. Glad we found Active Plumbing today as we are starting some remodeling projects this winter and this will be our first stop when we need plumbing supplies.

Good supply of stuff. They did not have what I needed but seem to have about everything else. Also no corrugated pipe.

Richard and Danh were awesome. All fixed within an hour and half after my original call. Highly recommend.

Richard and his partner were great! They came promptly when I called today and said I was having issues with my AC not blowing cold air. They fixed a loose screw and were in and out. All the guys at HJacks have been super helpful this summer with our AC!

Ezekiel worked very quickly and did a great job on fixing my pipes under the sink, installed a new faucet and new shut off valves

HJack’s was incredible, yet again! Richard came out to check out our furnace that wasn’t working less than 2 hours after calling and was able to get our heat back up in running in no time! Always so reliable, informative, and efficient!

The guys that replaced my toilet were excellent. They did a great job and were very informative regarding getting the valves changed out. I highly recommend them.
