Very helpful had the parts I needed when almost everyone else told me I can order and have them a few weeks

So 2 star because service is insane slow if you go to pick up even a ball valve you will be there 20 to 45 min. Depending if you have 1 or 2 people in front of you

Very unprofessional. Set appointment for 6 :30 am and unloaded at 11 am.
They load own trucks till 10 am.

Not a friendly place...only decent person was Chris...the front counter clerk wasn't professional..asking me what? Won't be back there...

I made ONE phone call, placed my order.

PROS: Lakeside will have everything you need. Everything.
CONS: I recently purchased a 1/2" threaded swing check valve, Lead free that I absolutely needed that minute. out the door price. $49. That EXACT (to repeat and emphasize, EXACT) same valve can be purchased online for $7.79 (proof can be supplied if needed). Whereas i appreciate and respect the availability of parts.... that kind of mark up will prevent me from ever revisiting.

Very unorganized, placed an order just to wait 30mins for them to fill my order only to find half of the material was wrong but was on the bill right. Place needs better training. Also need to understand you chose to work in customer service, very unprofessional. I'll take business elsewhere.

Great prices, stuff in stock, but a bunch of morons work there. I called in an order for two quarts of drain opener and went to will call to pick it up. The same guy went through the same stack of orders twice and didn't find my order. Then he was interrupted by another employee who ignored the fact that he was waiting on me and asked him to help him with something else. Another ten minutes of my life I'll never see again.
After checking with the woman with whom I placed the phone order, he went back to the same stack of orders again and found at this time. Then, after about two minutes of meandering in the warehouse, he finally brought out two gallons, not quarts. Then, he traipsed back into the warehouse and finally brought what I had ordered.
On a previous visit, one of the employees confided to me that half the people working there should be fired. I must agree; the only one but I dealt with of any competence was the cashier; she was great.

I purchased a piece that I believed I need for the person doing work at my house and it wasn't needed. When I returned it and looked at my refund, I was charged a 20% restocking fee foreign item that was in their warehouse to begin with. A $ 12.57 restocking / handling fee for an original total of $ 67.87. Wow, that's disgusting. You don't even know about this restocking / handling fee until you look at your receipt when you return it, not to mention in the SAME building that was gotten from.

When you have to wait a hour just to get acknowledge.

Went there to get a boot for a drain literally pulled out the lot and back in and they wouldn’t exchange for the size I needed would not recommend shopping here if your a serious contractor

Good selection of pipe and fittings. Make it easy on the guys and have a itemized list. Will call is in back of building up some stairs.

Lakeside is a fantastic family owned company! Its easy to get lost in the online world these days and not get the help that you need. Their entire staff is knowledgable and will take the time to help you get whatever it is you need. If its a simple plumbing repair or complex building and sewer systems you can always count on lakeside!

Identified the problem correctly and fixed the shower mixer and leak nicely.

Stay far away....This guys (Matt) admits he's just a referral service...the guy he sent Steve Adams...(also a painter supposedly....red flag number one)....took a $2,100 deposit and then disappeared....we'll be filing small claims court action against both of them.

Replace and repair all my leaky valves. Very professional and completed in timely manner. I will use their services again.

Michael came right away, fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, and at literally half the price I was quoted by another plumber. Very pleasant experience, highly recommended.

Matthew was hired to remodel my bathroom, he installed the bathtub/shower and left all the trash inside the walls. It wasn't until the bathtub started leaking that we found the trash! We had to replace the ceiling under the bathtub due to the leak. When my handyman opened up the ceiling they found all of the trash that was left (Pictures attached).

Not only the bathtub leaked, the toilet and vanity started leaking. Stay away from this company. He will harass you over the phone and make excuses that it wasn't his fault.

Woke up at 7am to puddles of water on my kitchen floor due to leaking faucet. Called serval plumbing companies got serval different prices. Heights Plumbing offered the fastest service at the best pricing. About two hours later the plumber was at my door. Harold introduced his self and started working on installing my faucet. He explained what he was doing and showed me additional items I need to have fix. Matthew did a follow up call to inquire about customer service (it’s nice when businesses call their customers for feedback. It shows I’m a valued customer.)
I recommend their services and will be calling them back for my additional plumbing needs.

Great company with good fast service and good rates. They did a great job replacing my old water and drain lines. They cleaned up everything after they were finished and disposed of all the trash. Would definitely use again and also refer them to friends and family for more work. 5 stars.
