Highly recommend this tree service. They were very easy to work with: quoting/scheduling/invoicing all seamless. The 2 man team arrived on time each day & completed the job on time. They cleaned up after themselves and communicated very well as things came up. These might sound simple, but from my experience of other tree removal companies, these guys are by far more organized and better at their jobs. Even if they cost more, choose them over the cheaper company - it’s worth it.

Werbrich’s was fantastic to work with. They helped consult me on the native vs invasive species in my yard and created a thoughtful plan moving forward. They were quick to respond, did great work, and great insight throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for tree care and expertise!

We had tree work completed by Werbrich's. All quoted work was done as stated in a very timely fashion. I was extremely pleased with the clean up work once the job was complete. You could not tell there had been heavy equipment in the yard and all debris was completely gone. Nothing was left behind that remotely indicated that work had been done other than how much better our trees looked.

I made the right choice picking Werbrich. Josh came out gave a very helpful assessment and no pressure estimate on my tree work, made recommendations for best time to get it done and put me on the schedule. His team came on time did a great job, and cleaned up, before they left. They will be getting all my future tree and landscaping work also.

Spoke with the two ladies working in the office prior to making an appointment for today 9/16/22, during a two hour window(6-8pm) to get a quote for two trees to get cut down. Nobody showed and not even a call to reschedule, nothing....

They called me on 10-3 and set up appointment for 10-5 from 6-8 pm. Noone showed up (especially since at 730 it was too dark to see). Noone called to reschedule. Recommend using a trustworthy company.

We discovered water in our basement at 8 pm on a Friday evening (sump pump failure). Brandon and Matt arrived within an hour of our call to Brock. They cheerfully moved furniture, took away the padding and left fans to dry out the basement. THANKS a million.

Tim and Rodney with Brock Restoration did a great job with helping me with some water damage issues. They were polite, professional, and all around just great to work with and I absolutely will be using Brock in the future.

At the end of March my house had a cracked pipe that flooded our entire kitchen and needs complete restoration. It's been very difficult to even get someone out to our house to even give us an estimate. This was one of the companies that we had contacted. The guy came out May 3rd and we haven't heard back since for an estimate even though we've reached out multiple times. Feel like mine and my family's time has been wasted.

my home caught on fire, no were to live, my wife and kids were out of town so i moved to a hotel, Brock restoration came and helped clean the damage up. They didn’t just clean my home but they painted my walls. when i came home from the hotel i was amazed. love the service and help!!!! saved my life. thanks

Adam and Kyle were great to work with. We had an interior pipe burst sending water everywhere. They responded quickly and set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry the area thoroughly.

Brock is very knowledgeable and are great to work with. They saved me a lot of money by informing me about the water under my kitchen laminate floor that wasn't apparent to me. I just thought it was my basement ceiling that was damaged from the leaking refrigerator.

I want to thank all of you so much for working with me on this. This was my first experience with a homeowner claim, and you all made the experience so easy for me. You were able to come out to cover the roof the same day and explained the process in a way that made it easy for me to follow. I appreciate you going the extra mile to meet the Insurnace appraiser to also help guide me, so I understood what he was talking about. Tom kept in touch through the whole process, even with the Covid 19 slowing down the inside end of the repair. He was in constant contact and I never felt that I was being left in the dark. I never had to worry what the next step would be. The roof and inside job turned out amazing. I know this was a small-scale job for your company, but never once did I feel like I was less important than more major jobs. It was a pleasure working with everyone at your company.
