I recently had a scary house fire that luckily contained itself in my oven…but filled the entire house with smoke. Thankfully, my dog found a safe space, and no one was hurt! But I never imagined how damaging smoke could be—it seeped into EVERYTHING!! Every time I thought an area was cleaned, I’d open another closet or drawer, and it was like my house was holding its breath—puff! Another wave of smell would hit me.😩😩

Enter Tim Sullivan and the incredible team at Brock Restoration! 🎉🎉With the holidays right around the corner and a house full of family expected, Tim quickly assessed the situation and installed air scrubbers and a hydroxyl generator…and if you were curious like me to know what this does…it is an incredible device that uses UV-C to remove odors, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), virus particles, bacteria particles, and pollutants from the air! 😁😉👍🏽

These worked immediately to take the sting out of the air and eliminate most of the smell.

When some lingering odors remained trapped in furniture and hidden holiday decorations, Tim suggested an ozone treatment, and it worked like magic! My home finally feels like home again, just in time for the holidays.🧡💛❤️💚

From the office staff to the workmen, I've never had a bad experience. Everyone was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We had over 8K in water damage, and they restored my home to brand new. A year after the work, we had an issue with a sink that was replaced, and they were Johnny on the spot to come take a look at it and honor their warranty. I PRAY I never need that type of service again. 🤞🏼 But if I do... I'd definitely call Brock.

Brock Restoration cleaned our condo from fire related soot and smoke damage. We had Danny, Jen and Taylor. They were very polite, professional and hard working. They did an amazing job. Hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to contact them. Thanks for all your help.

We had a fire in our home that we were able to contain to one room but the soot and smoke damage was everywhere and it felt like we’d never get our home back to the way it previously was. Brock Moses came out within minutes of calling, Jen and Danny spent so much of their time cleaning, packing items and scrubbing our house to get it ready for the painters. They worked quickly and efficiently and they took care of documenting and taking photos of salvage and non salvageable items for insurance. Everyone with Brock Restoration has been amazing, we truly can’t thank them enough! I hope we never need them again, but if we do we know we will be in great hands.

I am VERY happy with Brock Restoration, from the time they came out to give me a estimate, them working with my insurance and their very friendly and prompt crew that did the work (Jimmy and Pat) I would definitely use them again. My ceiling was falling down in my bathroom (and part of my wall) from roof leaking after raining. They tore out and replaced the ceiling and insulation and restored my bathroom back to perfection.

First time needing to use this company and Ricky and Gavan did such an amazing job! They were very professional and super friendly! I highly recommend using this company and definitely will call them again if I need to.

While attending our daughters out of town wedding, we had several missed calls from our neighbors telling us water is coming out of our foundation. The fire department came and gave us the all clear for any electrical issues. Called our insurance who got us in contact with Brock Restoration. What I want to call the Drying Team, came out within an hour with their equipment. They came out every day to check the moisture levels and finally five days later our Project Mgr was at our door. They haven’t even pulled the blowers out yet! Joe walked us through the entire process and was very professional. We were introduced to Herb who was at our house every morning like clockwork. He to was super nice and professional. To me, Joe and Herb seemed like they are perfectionists and I really appreciated them for doing the work so well. As every project does, ours did have its share of hiccups. This was no fault to Brock Restoration at all. Joe and Herb stayed on there suppliers to make sure we could have our family around the table for Thanksgiving. Joe and Herb not only gave us our kitchen back, they made it more beautiful than I could ever imagine. We will forever be grateful to Joe, Herb and the entire Brock Restoration team .

My kitchen floor was warping due to water line leaking into underlayment for some time before being noticed. The Brock Restoration team were here immediately upon contacting them. The equipment needed was put in place and the team checked in daily for progress. The floor was saved! So grateful for their great team and service!

I had a exterior hose bib bust and flood my basement. Brock was on sight within 24 hours and had a team of professionals that removed all the carpet/damaged drywall and dried the basement out over a week long period. They then sent over a team of guys to make the drywall repairs, paint the space and prepared it for carpeting. Their office staff, Moses Brock, and their team of professionals were outstanding to work with! They worked closely with my insurance company and took great care of my needs. I would recommend Brock to anyone that needs a referral - they are the best!

My basement flooded when my sump pump failed, and Brock Restoration came and started the mitigation process shortly after my call later in the day. They sent a large crew that quickly set up the equipment and they regularly monitored progress and adjusted facilitate the drying process.

Upon arrival, they acted immediately—removing damaged materials, vacuuming the water and deploying drying equipment. My insurance company recommended Brock Restoration for the flood we woke up to in our kitchen. We are so glad we called them. Jennifer and Danny came out quickly, assessed the situation and set about drying out our mess. They were professional, very experienced and competent, and nice too. They worked directly with our insurance company so that made it easy on us. Then, when it was time to put everything back together, an excellent carpenter, Justen, arrived and did just an outstanding job at fixing the damage literally better than new. Christine in the office just couldn’t have been nicer.
