I just had my carpet cleaned by Excel, and as always, the end result was PERFECT! They always take the time to address any concerns I have with spot removal etc., and reassure me they can take care of it...and they never disappoint. Once I even spilled a gallon of paint on my bedroom carpet and was so upset...to say the least! They came out as soon as possible, and I could not believe they got ALL of the paint out!! I have been an Excel customer for almost 37 years now and I can honestly say I have NEVER once been disappointed with their service! I highly recommend them. Thank you Excel...customer for life!

I had water backup in lower level in my home. Needed new padding, carpet stretching, and cleaning. Greg came promptly and gave estimate for job. Added our job to schedule and we were promptly scheduled and taken care of. Very good job with all services! Fans were not used for assisting with drying process, which I have had with other companies, but carpet was dry in 12 hours. Very happy with results!

Our second service with Excel- we needed our carpets stretched and received an estimate when we had the carpets cleaned earlier this year and finally got around to it! Kyle did an excellent job! He was very professional and expertly and efficiently fixed all our issues. He even vacuumed up all the areas and moved our furniture back too! A pleasure to work with and would highly recommend him and the entire Excel Team.

Greg and his team are amazing. Our tenants left our carpet in horrible shape. They were able to get a lot of it cleaned but ended up needing to replace a lot of it. Greg’s team took care of that quickly and due to a snowstorm and me living in Arizona, he even found someone to plow my driveway so they could get to the job. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Greg did an amazing job! He took the time to measure everything I needed, he accommodated his visit to my schedule, very easy to communicate and very quick to response. I will definitely recommend his service to anyone!

Excel cleaned our carpet and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. There were a lot of spots and stains. We also had one room where a sick dog had a couple of accidents. Our technician, Doug, sprayed the whole room where the accidents happened with an enzyme cleaner. He explained everything then got to work and was very thorough. The job he did exceeded all my expectations. Also, very competitively priced.

I had to schedule a cleaning last minute and they were able to get me in that afternoon. They did a fantastic job and saved me as well!

We have a dog that ripped a good sized hole in the carpet out in a walkway area of a room. Excel Carpet came and repaired the hole with an extra piece of carpet that we kept on hand. You cannot tell where the repair was made. They did a great job!

No hesitation at all in recommending Excel for a restretch.. Carpet went from landfill ready to “new to me” in less than 2 hours.

Greg Brown, the carpet salesman, was outstanding through the entire process. He worked with us to find the right carpet; he left samples for us to compare carpet styles and colors. He is truly an outstanding carpet salesman and my wife thoroughly enjoyed working with Excel Carpets and Greg Brown. The carpet installer did an outstanding job installing our carpet, he cleaned up behind him and even vacuumed the carpet for us.

The work was done to the best of my satisfaction. Staff arrived on time of the scheduled time and completed the work with in the expected timelines with best quality. Staff are friendly and supportive to undersand our needs. Thank you so much.
