We just bought a house and wanted to have all the carpets cleaned. The price was fair and they did a great job. But one of the things that really impressed me was how nice Doug was. I had a problem with the washer while he was here which resulted in water being all over the laundry room and foyer floors. He was very kind and friendly about it and was able to wet vac the floor so it was practically dry. If he hadn't been there, I would have had to get beach towels to try and get the water up. Thank you, Doug!!

I recommend this company. I used them for carpet repair and a carpet to tile transition. Excellent work. Very responsive communications. High attention to detail. fair prices.

Kyle came in first and stretched the carpets in three of our rooms. He was friendly and considerate and did an awesome job on the carpets. Next came Brian and he cleaned our carpets in four of our rooms. Again, another awesome job. I would recommend these guys for your carpet needs.

I had carpet stretching and cleaning service done and I have no complaints. Greg was on time for estimates and also schedule for stretching and cleaning. I had multiple quotes and Excel was winner. Will definitely use it again.

The technician arrived on time. He tackled the more difficult restretch first and did an excellent job. The living room/dining room restretch was needed because the original installers didn't stretch the carpet properly. With a proper restretch the carpet now lays smoothly and looks great.

I have always used Excel for my carpet cleaning. Recently had a coffee stain, they scheduled me quickly, explained how they treated it and came out clean and fresh. Last year, Greg helped me pick out new family room carpet. He brought the samples to my house, was so easy and they turned out beautiful, wouldn't use anyone else.

I had my carpet stretched. The fellow that did it was extremely nice knowledgeable and on time. My carpet looks like it’s brand new, and he even vacuumed both rooms before he left. I would recommend them highly! My neighbors across the street had them install carpet the day before they stretched mine. They are thrilled with the result as well. Thank you so much, Excel!

They responded quickly to my initial request and stayed in contact leading up to the day we had scheduled for cleaning. Pricing was definitely reasonable and no hidden fees! Everyone we dealt with was honest and professional! And my carpets look great!

We always use Excel for carpet cleaning. Doug is always friendly, and does a great job. Our dog recently put a tear in our berber carpet. We sent a picture to Greg. The carpet was easily repaired and you can't even see where the tear was. We really appreciate all the great people at Excel.

We used Excel to clean the carpets prior to moving in to our new house. They were prompt, thorough, worked on a few areas with stains. The end result was great. One thing to note - the carpet took several days to dry, even with fans running. I recommend them and would use them again.

I highly recommend this company. They did an excellent job in cleaning my carpet when I first purchased my home a year ago. Then, my refinished basement flooded a few weeks ago. Greg came immediately and delivered a large dehumidifier and 2 large fans and also extracted water from my rug. He saved the day(s)!!!! Greg and Terry are so kind and professional! Thank you!!

About 2 years after Excel Carpet Services installed new carpet in our condo, we noticed the floor was creaking in two areas. I tried to fix the problem with break-off screws, but failed. So I called Excel Carpet Services, Greg Brown came out, listened to the creaking sound & gave me an estimate to fix the floor. It worked & we are very satisfied with the service. The creaking has stopped.

We had a laminate floor and carpet repaired. Greg’s team did a great job. Both Steve and Kyle were excellent. I definitely recommend them.
