I called Brock the Tuesday after Christmas for a client with burst pipes, as did so many others. They got a team out the next day helped with the clean up, set several fans and dehumidifiers. They returned a few days later to collect their equipment and removed the many bags of water soaked carpeting, drywall, insulation, etc. I always think of Brock for my clients with property restoration needs. Thanks Brock & team for helping my people.

I would just like to give my kudos to Brock Restoration and two guys that came out Rodney and Tim. They're both very professional and upbeat especially since they had just finished with what they thought was there last call for the day. The two of them are very good at there profession. After our sewer backed up we were in need of a restoration company to come in, clean, tear out and repair all damaged and soiled items. The company quickly came out to assess the damage. I was told it looked like 3-4 thousand dollars worth of work, and that I should receive the formal estimate within a few days. I called 3 days later and was told I would receive a call back. Then the weekend passed and I inquired again on Monday. Again, I was told I would receive a call back. I called again on Wednesday and again I was told I would receive a call back. It has now been 8 days since the employee came out and I still haven't received an estimate or a call back.

Today I called a local company trying to get an estimate and explained my experience with Brock Restoration. The local company stated that since my husband had already removed all backed up sewage, bleached surfaces and dried the basement out, that essentially our job had a lower profit margin than other clean-up jobs. Thus, he understood why the company was blowing us off. Essentially more money could be made elsewhere.

I would have preferred a candid response from the company stating that they didn't want our business, versus the terrible customer service received and waiting we had to ensue.

It was bad enough to have to be sheltering in place because of Covid 19 and the Stay Safe Ohio Order from Governor DeWine and the Ohio Department of Health but on top of all that a line of thunderstorms caused our basement to flood. The first call with Brock Restoration was reassuring and refreshing. Jennifer was personable, kind, and more importantly listened patiently as I rambled and described our situation. She was accommodating and quickly scheduled a time for the Brock team to respond that was timely and convenient for us. Mark, Tim, Danny, Rodney, Pat, and Brandon not only provided an excellent service, they went above and beyond to make suggestions and recommendations based upon the items that were potentially salvageable and items that were to be disposed of. We ended up with a clean, dry, sanitized basement and I feel like I got some additional education along the way. Thank you to everyone who was a part of the process, you all did an excellent job!

We had a lot of water damage in our newly finished basement from a drain pipe backup -- I will say there were quick to arrive, got the water out and removed the flooring. Luckily, our insurance company covered everything. Our issues were more with the restoration part of the process. In the beginning we asked if we would need to remove any of the drywall and each person said we would have to wait and ask someone else. They also initially weren't going to replace any of the trim even though it had obviously pulled away from the wall. Eventually, they did decide to cut some of the drywall up 2 feet and replace trim. It took quite a while to get it done, then the quality of the drywall repair was not that great. They painted before sanding appropriately and we had to call the supervisor out to look. He said he would send a new team. They were better, but for some reason painted flat paint over what I had (satin), even though I gave them the exact paint color I had bought. The walls still were not patched in some places and you can kind of tell where they cut if you look closely and one of the walls is painted the wrong color in the corner which I fixed. The carpet was another story. I specifically gave them the carpet and padding I had bought. They said they get the same thing from another supplier but it was the same. I specifically told them I had bought the thickest padding and I wanted the exact same thing when it was replaced and I was assured that would be the case. When the guy came to install the carpet, I again asked him is this the exact same padding and he said "yes, ma'am". When the job was finished and I walked on it the first time I could tell right away it wasn't as thick. Again, I had to call the supervisor who came out and looked at it and said he would replace the padding. So we waited another couple weeks. The guy came back and replaced the padding. There is also vinyl plank flooring that had to be removed and replaced. I can say the person who installed it was okay, but left a small triangular piece around the toilet that he cut incorrectly instead of fixing it and also left a gap in between two boards that we had to have fixed. They cut the vinyl too short for the doorway entries, and so put clear caulk in hopes we wouldn't notice. We will be taking those up and fixing. So, for 1600 sq ft of vinyl and 2 rooms of carpet and some quarter round trim the total insurance had to pay for the repair was around $13,000 (not including the $6000 for the initial cleanup). I definitely would not use them again, I would take the option of taking the cash from the insurance company and hiring the people I had do the work initially. All in all, it looks okay to people who didn't see it before the damage and took 4 1/2 months to complete.

I just want to say how impressed I am! We are in the process of selling our condo and we are literally in pending status and there was accident with the couple that lived above us and there was water damage to our ceiling. They responded and got to our condo within an hour (11pm) and within 4 days the fixed the problem and now we are on track still to complete our appraisal. They were professional and understanding of how quickly we needed to move. Matt was very helpful and flexible while finishing our ceiling and painting. I do highly recommend.

Brock restoration stole items from our home and removed items that they were not supposed to and billed us for cleaning items that were supposed to be non salvageable! It was bad enough that we lost our home and everything in it,,but then to be ripped off and stolen from on top of it!! No I will not retract this statement,just because you have no record of my name doesn't mean it didn't happen,,the job was in someone else's name!

Brock does an excellent job. They do the job right the first time. We have never had an unhappy customer and we use them all of the time. Heather is always so helpful and is available to help at anytime. I would highly recommend Brock for all of your restoration needs.

Brock's team of Tim & Jim were wonderful in helping us mitigate a water issue at our community clubhouse facility. They were there quickly and had the water extracted and the drying process started in a matter of hours. They had us back up an running in less than 3 days after having had water covering 80% of our buildings area.

Brock Restoration did a beautiful repair on our water-damaged basement. Everyone we dealt with was responsive, polite and professional. They took what could have been a real mess, and made our basement look amazing again. Hopefully we never need their services again, but I would highly recommend them.

We had major flood damage from the Ohio River in February 2018. Our house is elevated 8 feet. so the water did not get into our house, however, we had 5 1/2 feet of water in our garage. We also had 4 decks in our yard which were ruined by the water along with the electric going to the deck. All the walls in the garage were saturated by the flood waters. We called Brock and they came out the next day to assess the damage and provide an estimate of the cost to mitigate the garage and walls and to restore the garage to its original condition. The original crew who came out to tear out the walls and dispose of the damaged items were very professional and quick to get the job done. Pat and Brandon were the two workers assigned to us to put the garage back together, tear out and replace the deck and do the electrical work. Pat and Brandon went above and beyond what we could have expected and did so in a professional and friendly manner. In fact, Brandon also came out on a weekend to tear out the deck. I would highly recommend Pat and Brandon, they did excellent work and were very respectful and proud of the work they do. Pat and Brandon were great in communicating the progress of the work as we were in a travel status to our Florida home. They sent pictures to us of the completed garage and the deck. My only complaint is the lack of communication from Matt P. I sent many emails and left voice messages and typically got no response from him.

We had water damage to all of the carpet in our 2000 sq. ft. basement due to a sump pump failure. I called on a Monday morning and had a team at the house by that afternoon. Tim and Rodney were EXCELLENT. They kept me informed of everything going on. They were prompt and professional and always let me know when they were on their way and what was going on. Working with Brock Restoration made me feel a lot less anxiety about this entire process. I highly recommend them and especially Tim and Rodney.

We were directed to Brock restoration by our insurance company after a pipe burst in our basement. They are great ! They did some drying, painting (in various parts of the house), flooring in the basement and mold remediation work. At least 10 people came to our house to perform all the work, and they were quick to respond, very punctual, and all very nice and polite and most importantly very efficient. We could not be more satisfied with their work.

Every time I have reached out to Brock Restoration they have gone over and above my expectations. I refer work to them regularly because of the expertise of their sales staff and the follow through on the office staff. I today had my home carpets cleaned and Tim & Rodney came in and did an excellent job in a very reasonable amount of time. I appreciate all of the help from Brock keep it up. They are always there when we need them especially Jason Abdon.

We came home from being out of town with our basement ceiling on the floor from a water leak in our kitchen. It was a total disaster. We called Brock and they came the very same day. We are very happy with their work and their professionalism especially during the pandemic. Words could never fully express my gratitude to the Brock Restoration team for their water damage cleanup services. This was my first experience dealing with a basement flood and all of the stress and emotions that go along with it. The team arrived within an hour of my call and immediately went to work evacuating the water and removing everything that was damaged. They ensured any water or debris tracked from the basement to the first floor was quickly removed and cleaned. They worked diligently and efficiently throughout the entire day and kept me and my husband up to date on their progress. The team returned every day that week to assess the progress as their equipment dried the basement and removed excess moisture. The office staff was just as incredible as the team that worked onsite. They provided amazing support during the insurance and billing process. From the first phone call with Brock Restoration, I have been impressed. Michelle was very comforting during a very frantic time for our household. The crew that came in to deal with the immediate damage (flooded lower level/water heater), they were professional, pleasant and so efficient! *The level of care, service and communication was everything we needed during this time.

I’ve never left a poor review in my life. I’m only putting this out there to hopefully prevent someone from having to work with this company. We were needing a repair in our ceiling from a bathroom that leaked above. Our insurance company recommended Brock, and when I looked at the reviews on google I was confident that this was a good company to work with. I’m not sure what kind of witchcraft they have to control those google reviews but I find it hilarious that on google Brock Restoration is rated 4.4/5 stars but on Yelp they are rated 1.2/5 stars. Now something there just doesn’t add up. PLEASE do not use Brock Restoration. You’ll regret it and probably end up with more problems than what you started with. Tom their project manager is unprofessional and rude. Go to Yelp and see peoples REAL reviews.
