We had a sewer backup in our basement. We called and Megan was in the office and she was very friendly and helpful. Tom came out the next day. He ran the borescope in the sewer line and determined there was a rootball blockage. Their equipment was at another site and not immediately available so Tom recommended another competitor who he knew would be responsive to come out and help us. Tom was very professional, one of the most honest people we’ve ever dealt with, very knowledgeable, and his assessment of the problem turned out to be exactly what was wrong. Incredibly, he didn’t even charge us for the call or service that he performed. He said estimates were free. He could have taken advantage of us with the situation we were in but he didn’t. I would give Sewer Pro 10 stars if I could. I would definitely call Tom if I needed to reline the pipes at any point in the future.

Meagan was extremely professional and helpful with scheduling. Our technician was honest and thorough, we were able to get on the schedule the next morning. Although we didn’t need a relining at this time, we will definitely call on Sewer Pro for future maintenace.

Alex and Jacob were amazing! Arrived early and got the job done quicker than I was expecting. Answered all my questions and kept me updated as the project went on. We had a few other companies give us quotes and Sewer Pro was half of what they were quoting. Didn't try to pressure me into more than we needed. We have a TON of trees on our property so the peace of mind with the 50 year warranty is well worth the money. Call them today!

We had a break in our clay drain pipe which was buried under our concrete basement floor. They came on a Saturday to evaluate the problem and put me at ease, assuring it wouldn’t be a difficult or expensive fix. When they came back to complete the work, they were professional, and worked as cleanly as you could for sawing up concrete floors. The price was exactly as quoted and the repair is holding up as it should.

Showed up on time - actually, early. Tom was very professional and knows his stuff! He put his drain "snake camera" into our underground eave trough drain. He found an issue in our storm drain that he could very easily have told us needed repair. Instead, he pinpointed exactly where it is and told us how to fix it ourselves. We also had him check out our sewer line from the house to the street just in case. He found no issues and, in fact, said for a nearly 70 year old line, it is in great shape. That is piece of mind well worth the cost. I would HIGHLY recommend Sewer Pro. In fact, I have. I work for an insurance agency and handle all of the claims. I have no reservations whatsoever recommending Sewer Pro to our clients.

Sure, I don't usually participate in these sorts of things. Because, I expect the people that are hired to perform a specific job, be properly trained and capable of doing that job perfectly fine, without my intervention. It's a shame, but in my experience these days, many workers don't exhibit the qualities or experience to perform the job for which they were hired.
I have been in the construction trades nearly my entire life. My usual problem is when people sell themselves or business wonderfully, but then fall well short in their abilities to professionally complete a project with lasting beauty.
It's rather difficult to judge the finished product of your business though, considering it all takes place 12' underground. I suppose time and the guarantee expressed, will attest to the training they've received in providing your customers the quality they deserve for such a passive major system serving their home or business.
What did stand out for me in hiring Sewer Pro, was how your employees represented the company. I was pleased how Meagan kept me very informed of the timeline and the changes that occurred, due to weather conditions or whatever. The other thing that stood out, was how your employees, that I communicated with, introduced themselves and inquired as to how I wished to be addressed. Having been a Design Engineer I was very interested in the process and materials being used. I tried not to interfere, but did ask questions. They were always polite and gave me knowledgeable answers to my inquiries.
The only regret, and it was totally on me, I asked to view the camera when the job was complete. But, a situation came about and I was not able to be present when they finished up. I did inquire about receiving a digital copy from the camera, but apparently your system was not setup to provide that to me. Having that would probably be beneficial in providing proof of the system's integrity to a future home buyer.
Anyway, my job site was left the way they found it, despite it being a very wet and muddy day. Please extend my thanks to all of your employees that were involved with this project.

I did not end up getting any work done by Sewer Pro’s but I was so impressed by the honesty and professionalism of the owner who came out to give a quote for an issue on a home I’m going to buy. Every other plumber I contacted said there would be between $250-$350 fee to just come and look at the issue but not these guys. And I knew he was honest because he said I could get the issue fixed, which would’ve been $7k+, but he didn’t think it’d be necessary. Respect them so much for being honest even though it cost them money. They’ll be my only phone call if I do end up needing to get the issue addressed!

Sewer Pro had excellent response time and completed the work in a very timely manner. They were easy to work with and had competitive pricing. Definitely recommend.

Came out to jet our sewer line. Discovered a few major clogs with tree roots. Can back to put a clean out in our yard because they couldn’t access the whole line. Was more of an expense than anticipated but fair and work was definitely needed. All workers were excellent and explained everything, along with showing us the camera images of all those roots. We had this same company put a full liner in our storm lines about a decade ago. Excellent then as well. Professional from the receptionist, Megan, to the workers, to the owner. Also, HONEST… which is how you get snd keep customers for life. Many thanks.

After another company wouldn’t return my calls or follow up with a repair quote I had SewerPro out for a second opinion - they were very easy to schedule, communicate with and gave me 3 different priced options for the size/scope of the repair. They were professional and cleaned up well after the job. Certainly hope nobody needs a major repair but if so I highly recommend SewerPro.

Would highly recommend!! We got a few different quotes and were told to replace our sewer line which would cost thousands but was told by Sewer Pro that it isn’t necessary and that we should use different toilet paper. So glad I came across an honest and knowledgeable plumber. We will definitely use their services in the future. Thank you so much!

Brian Carlisle and his assistant MacDonald successfully inserted and installed a trenchless resin-relining to my main sewer line at my home over the past 2 days. Both of these employees of Sewer Pro were polite, knowledgeable, and did an outstanding job over 2 days totaling almost 14 hours. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company-(5 stars) if you're considering a trenchless relining for your sewer line, rather than the old, ground excavation method used for so many years. Meghan, my contact person at Sewer Pro must also be noted as being friendly, informative and highly efficient when assisting me in setting up my appointment to have this bothersome problem resolved. They came out when scheduled to estimate the job and answered my questions. The work crew came and did the work as scheduled. They were friendly and cleaned up the work area. It's hard to know the quality of the work since the only way we will know anything is if we have another sewer backup, and it is checked at that time. The one thing that could have been better was proactively communicating about scheduling the work, and confirming the appointment. I had to call them.

DON’T CALL ANYONE ELSE! Tom and his crew are the honest hardworking folks that you wish you could find in every home repair company. Thank god I called Tom because he saved me from being price gouged by another company. He and his crew came out and got my sewer lines back up and running and went above and beyond to do it the right way. After digging, they left my yard the way it looked before they came. I got to know a little about Tom while he was here and found out he served our country as a Ranger. Definitely speaks to his character and work ethic. Another man on his team also served our country. These are the guys you can trust to fix your home. I can’t recommend Sewer Pro enough. Don’t waste your time with anyone else!

Highly recommend Sewer Pro! Megan, who answers the phones, was so sweet and wonderful. She was able to get us on the schedule for a free estimate the next day. Brian was our technician and he was absolutely amazing. When he came for the estimate, he showed us exactly where the issue lies and explained what needs to be done and how much it would cost. He jetted our main sewer lines and completely unclogged it! He showed us before and after and wow, what a difference! He did a great job and we will definitely be using them again down the road. The definition of above and beyond. My experience with Sewer Pro is easily the best experience I've had out of the 5 different plumbing/sewer service companies I've worked with over the last 5 years. Brian was very clear, polite, patient, did great work, and didn't push, wheedle, or oversell the service needs presented by my sewer system. He ran a camera for free TWICE to help me understand what was going on in my sewer line and to check his own understanding/memory of my home's sewer line condition. Additionally, they were good about communication and were proactive with communication and scheduling.

The person who represented you and performed the work was Alex. He was very professional and was knowledgeable. He explained what he would be doing and the process. When he encountered a few hiccups, he called for assistance to move forward. He removed tree roots allowing for free flow of the sewer water.

While a broken sewer line isn’t a good experience, working with Sewer Pro to repair the line was. Tom and team were professional, communicated well, and engaged with me throughout the process. I also feel their prices were better than competitors and would definitely use them for any future needs.
