Sewer Pro came out to do an estimate, and then came back to complete the job. They were very personable, knowledgeable, and was able to explain exactly what was being done. It took several hours to complete the job and we were very pleased that they were willing to work around our landscaping, so nothing needed to be removed. We highly recommend them!

After purchasing our home, we found out there was a break and lots of debris in our sewer line. We had several companies provide estimates, but it was clear that the professionals at Sewer Pro were the most experienced and offered the fairest prices. They fixed our sewer line quickly and put in a liner. We were impressed with their work, responsiveness and kindness. We would highly recommend Sewer Pro to anyone!

I was having issues with my sewer line backing up. They came out and scoped my line free of charge and set up a date later on to take care of the root issues they found. They were very professional and had the proper equipment to completely clean out all the roots in my line. They even went as far as to remove my downstairs toilet and check for roots in the line underneath and reinstalled, all for a very reasonable price. I will be using Sewer Pro again in the future and would recommend them to anyone that has sewer line issues.

We discovered a break in our sewer line from a large tree root that had grown into it. Due to the tricky location and surroundings of where the break was, we were being quoted $30-40k to excavate and replace the small section. One of the companies we reached out to for a quote suggested we contact Sewer Pro for possible root removal and relining instead. Alex and team were very prompt in coming out to assess everything and manage to complete the job for a lot less than we were preparing to spend. They have been great to work with.

I had a gentleman named Tom from sewer pro come out to inspect my sewer line from the street to the house found out where my blockage was very helpful. super honest, professional and referred me to a local guy where my cost will not be near as much as if they may have done it. This company is from the Columbus area and I’m north of Dayton. He came all the way over to look and his cost was zero. I would highly recommend this guy if you have any type of sewer issues.

We bought a new house and within two months our sewer backed up due to severe root intrusion. It was clear we needed to get our sewer lined or replaced. We looked at several companies but all of them were very expensive. We contacted Sewer Pro and were immediately impressed with their honestly, helpfulness, and great service. Removed roots from sewer drain. Workers arrived when expected and were courteous and professional. It was great to watch the camera come through the drain at the end of the work and see that all the roots had been removed. Cleaned up afterwards. I am very satisfied and highly recommend.

Ours was a successful project by your Clark and Anthony that lasted from about 930a to 230p on 10May. I helped a good bit, especially with Clark while Anthony was moving equipment back and forth between ours and another job 20 minutes away. That mostly involved the measuring and cutting of the liner and the balloon sleeve (max. just over 40') and especially the filling, milking, and 'squashing' of the liner to work in the resin while protecting it from UV exposure in the closed trailer! I at least observed every step of the remarkable process! (Attached pix show the HammerHead D125-QL QuickLok Liner Inverter, and the Bluelight LED for 105' per hour Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining system, with Ridgid scope system ready for final conduit inspection...) This retired senior surgeon did not get paid a cent-- but helping and seeing that our sewer line job was done expeditiously and WELL was priceless!

It was a big job and they ex cited it like professionals. The employees were all incredibly helpful and willing to go above and beyond. If you contact them try to avoid their answering service. I found a disconnect between them and their actual office. Get the office number and they will serve you right!

Called them for a second opinion and they were able to fix the problem instead of trying to tell me something else is wrong and that they will need to come back and charger more! Will definitely use Sewer Pro for any other plumbing needs!

The folks at Sewer Pro were great to work with. We were looking at a very difficult sewer line replacement due to depth and location of the existing line and they were able to add a liner to the pipe without any digging whatsoever!! Very grateful for the work they were able to do!!

Tom from Sewer Pro was awesome. It is nice to see there are still honest companies out there. I called a different company the day prior and was quoted over 10K to replace my main sewer line. Sewer Pro was awesome to work with! We had our sewer pipe lined. They were the most reasonable (several thousand less than the big companies) and they were very thorough in their work. There was an issue with the electric in our house the day of the service and they sent an electrician to us to fix the issue. Their customer service is amazing! Don’t look anywhere else, you won’t beat Sewer Pro!

Tom was fantastic! He advised me on what was needed and what was not. I had another company out before him who told me I needed much more work done but Tom showed me why that wasn't necessary, much to my relief. I will definitely call Sewer Pro if I need these services in the future. Highly recommend.

After getting a frighteningly high estimate to repair our sewer line from another company, I asked Sewer Pro for a second opinion. Tom, the owner, came out the next morning and set my mind at ease that excavation wouldn't be necessary and we'd be able to get our pipes relined so they'd be practically good as new for about half of what the other company quoted us. Mac and Carter did the work and were courteous, professional, and efficient. They showed me the camera footage of the relined pipe after they were done, and I was relieved to know we shouldn't have any more trouble in the future. If it seems too good to be true, that's only because many of us aren't used to honest people doing honest work at an honest price without using pressure or scare tactics like the bigger companies sometimes do. Always get a second opinion, unless your first opinion came from Sewer Pro, because I doubt they can be beat.

When your sewer line is broken, you want it fixed fast, by professionals, and hopefully at a reasonable price. Sewer Pro took great care of us on all measures. Their team is organized, professional, and on time. Their hydro-excavation technique saved us thousands of dollars because they were able to use water to dig up our sewer line in a very narrow area between our home and our driveway instead of bringing in a backhoe and destroying our concrete driveway in order to access the sewer line. I was highly impressed by their neat, careful, and tidy work — imagine the mud bath on your home that could be created by a giant power washer used right beside it. No mess here as the team protected our siding, power washed any mess, and then did an immaculate job backfilling the hole. I’d recommend them all day, every day, for any project.

There aren't enough stars to describe my peace of mind and satisfaction with the repair. During a home inspection I had a sewer scope run and sure enough I had about a 2 foot break in my sewer line. I called a number of companies and was offered a range of repair options. I called sewer pro and they were the only company that proposed a Trenchless repair. They came out and recognized they could go in through the manhole cover so no excavation and no tearing up of my basement!! Their office staff was outstanding in coordinating the repair and keeping me informed and prepared. The crew arrived on time and the technology was quite impressive. They had two large trucks that look more like a mobile surgical unit. They showed me before and after scope and it was dramatic to look at the solid pipe that Ran from the galvanized steel to the street. It comes with an outstanding warranty. They said that it went very well. Can't ask for better than that! Sewer pro would be my only and highest recommendation for Trenchless Sewer Repair. They are the best.
