Trudeau did my neighbors fence. When we winterized our irrigation system we found that they had cut our lines to put in the posts. We called and the individual we spoke to was incredibly rude and saying that we should know that because it’s in the contract. Well we wouldn’t have known because it was our neighbors contract not ours. Now we have a broken irrigation system that we were never informed of. It’s not like it was accidentally damaged, they cut it and now it is sticking up out of our yard on our side of the fence. Disappointed that they couldn’t just calmly and nicely inform us to take it up with our neighbors when we called. Very disgusted in the way they handled a simple question over the phone.

EDIT: apparently it wasn’t clear in my first post that it wasn’t the content of the call that we had an issue with it was the manner in which it was delivered. The content could have been expressed in a nice manner but instead we received an unnecessarily rude tone.

Staff who performed the work were excellent. Hard working, friendly, strong work ethic. Office staff were slow to respond, sales rep did not return texts and phone calls, extremely long delay with service calls after the fence was built. Sales staff needs serious improvement. Laborers need a raise.

Trudeau Fence not only provided a great price, but also a great product. I had an idea in my head and they made it come to life. Everyone was very friendly to talk to and the installers were great!

Bob was very patient as our wants changed several times. Although Trudeau was NOT the least expensive, the time and understanding created a comfort about the higher price. Can't wait until the Fence is installed. Should happen in about 6 weeks.

I contacted Trudeau to install a driveway gate we had purchased. I received an immediate reply expressing their regret they could not help since they only install their own products. But what set this encounter apart is that the employee, Daphney, took the time to give me advice on how I could find an installer, how to go about it, etc. In this day of bad service or no service for customers, to get this type of customer service for a NON customer is outstanding and a pleasant surprise. If Daphney is an example of the service you get at Trudeau, then we'll absolutely use them for our next fence!

The team at Trudeau did a great job of working with me to design our fence layout. The installation was smooth and I’m very happy with the final product.

Trudeau Fence Company installed 2 privacy fences this last Spring at my Condo. The Customer Service experience was excellent. When I called about a concern the owner came out and corrected the concern himself within a day or two. The fences are beautiful and just recently stained the wood before they turned gray. The two gentleman who installed the fences were good workers, and had to deal with a neighbor who was trying to disrupt the process after she had sat home all day and waited until they were done and then came out complaining about them. I felt really bad for the workers after they had worked so hard all day. I would recommend Trudeau to friends and acquaintances.

Would HIGHLY recommend Trudeau for any fence work! They installed over 5500' of wood fence in our backyard and we couldnt be happier! We had a more complicated job than most because of some issues with septic pipes/runs and propane lines but they did a great job with communicating, working around, and just generally being professionals. The office guys were great, the estimate/sales guy was great, and the crew was great!! They did our work in about half the time we expected and didnt do any damage to our yard or anything! Super super happy and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing fence work.

We had Trudeau's install a non-motorized driveway gate for us. As with other reviewers, we had a good experience with the team who actually did the work, but a negative experience with the office staff/administrative team. In short, the work was incredibly delayed from what we were told to expect (estimated lead time was 14 weeks, actual time ended up being about 29 weeks). We understand supply chain difficulties but the delay was frustrating. Even worse though was the lack of communication. As their estimated time of installation came and went there was no update about what was going on or when we could expect our gate, and every time I asked it was like I was harassing them by checking in. At one point our gate was finally delivered, but apparently was damaged and had to be returned to the manufacturer, and they never even bothered to tell us. It was only when I inquired - again - that I got that update. So the work was good and we are very happy with the gate we have now. However, the lack of communication and delay were both incredibly frustrating and really negatively impacted our experience with Trudeau's.

I am writing a review that is long over due on our new cedar fence that we had built in September 2019. I found this company to be responsive and professional from my initial contact through to completion. Tim was a pleasure to work with and answered every question I had for him. The crew that built our fence performed quality workmanship and checked in with us as the project progressed to insure we would be happy when the job was done. We have received compliments on our fence both from neighbors we know and some we did not know. I would not hesitate to hire this company again and I am confident that should we need a repair in the future, they will be around. We are happy customers.

Folks at Trudeau Fence were responsive at every step—from estimating to installation. Bob was our salesperson, reachable almost anytime and he brought the Crew Leader to our house to go over my several concerns, especially that a clay tile drain in the area of the fence and posts be protected from being broken. The Installation crew, led by Alfredo, was great in all respects. When I repeated my concerns, he listened. During the day, several times, he asked me if doing what they were doing was ok, and the placement of the gate, was what I wanted. The end product looked great and it was clear it was installed with care—and professionally. Importantly, our mower service with their 54 inch deck can navigate getting in and out of our backyard. The new gate hardware is exactly what I wanted and lockable to prevent pet escape or inadvertent opening.

They worked me because of a cancellation. They arrive at 10:00 AM and we’re done about 4:00PM. They cleaned up all the old stuff and left everything clean. This is the third time I have had them out to repair the fence. They are prompt and courteous.
