Repairs were made to our home which took about a week. The workmanship was exceptional. The crew showed great craftsmanship by matching the repairs to the original work. Having tired and cobbling it up myself I have great respect for what they were able to achieve. The refurbishment of our quoins really made the house stand out.

I can't say enough good things about the job that Reitter did on our stucco repair. The team, lead by David, did an amazing job. The worked extremely had for an entire week and were perfectionists in ensuring a great outcome. They work hard, are knowledgeable and friendly, and leave the job site clean after every long day. I have nothing but praise to offer Reitter Stucco and David, Johnny, Brett about their professionalism and great results. I would STRONGLY recommend them!

I was delighted that such a large, capable company agreed to do my small repairs. The work was a very good match to the existing textured stucco, much better than the two previous contractors. Their worker could not had been more courteous, neat and professional. I had to wait all summer for them to get to me, but I was billed for much less than the written estimate. Unlike most construction, the experience was wonderful.

If I could give 10 stars I would! My 7 year old home had a wall that was rotting inside due to improper window installation by the builder (Maronda). After doing a LOT of research I selected Reitter Stucco to tear down the wall and rebuild it. I had to wait and boy were they ever worth the wait. The team that did the repairs were knowledgeable, professional and a delight to have at my home. Ed and Brett kept me informed every step of the way and Ed and his team cleaned up the entire work site daily. Then came the painters…oh my goodness! What perfectionists! The pride that David takes with his work was a privilege to observe. All my neighbors have commented on the process and on how my house looks now. Thank you and I highly recommend this company. As an additional note, for future readers, this all look place in 2020/2021 in the middle of a construction boom and a shortage of workers. I’m sure there were much bigger, more profitable jobs competing for my slot but The integrity of Brett and Reitter Stucco was great. They told me where I was in the queue and kept me informed every step of the way.

I hired Reitter Stucco and Supply Co to replace the stucco on one wall of my house after interviewing 5 companies. I could not be happier with the job they did. Ryan came to my house for the inspection and estimate and was the supervisor of the job. He was here every day to check on the job and answer any questions I had. Mack, Ed and Noe were the crew and they did a fantastic job. They were on time everyday, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were very respectful to me and my property and were very concerned about my satisfaction with the job. After they were finished, Ryan came back to my house and leveled out the ground near the wall and explained the importance of the ground level in maintaining the stucco. Brett, the Service Manager, was very responsive in sending me copies of their Certificate of Insurance Liability and Certificate of Ohio Workers’ Compensation. I would hire Reitter again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone needing stucco work.

Update - We contacted the project manager after completion (November 7, 2025) and he was going to "look into it", he did not contact us again for almost two weeks (Nov. 20, 2025) until told to by the company owner to look into "fixing the grout around the floor". This is not the accountability or responsiveness I would look for on a project that is a major focal point.

Our floor to ceiling fireplace was originally done by Reitter but had to be torn out and redone, so our expectations were based on previous install with the exact stone and mortar used. It did take direction /correction, they had the photos and saw in person, but they were very accommodating at getting the stone placed. The issue was in the mortar application. I'll adjust my review based on how the issues are fixed, but workers left before showing the mortar or the damage. I am very disappointed and upset by the sloppy work and impact on the fireplace appearance. This was the focal point of a long and stressful home addition, and I loved the original version, decorating it seasonally and looked forward to a holiday mantle. Now I avoid looking because the issues are so ugly and obvious.

With their input decided on not having mortar along the floor - they mortared the floor with an uneven line (1 inch setback) in only one section.

Throughout its visible that the mortar wasn't smoothed or packed with blobs and gaps including around the fireplace opening.

Obvious gaps without mortar at eye-level along the mantle, only on one side.

Visible wire brush marks weren't smoothed, wires stuck in mortar along with pieces of their tape.

Significant damage to the mantle which we had stressed to be careful with - they left without showing.

Throughout the fireplace the grout is sloppy, blobby, unevenly applied, and appears not to have been stirred, or was applied on top of a different product.

In contrast the original fireplace had smoothed mortar without gaps around many stones, had even mortar lines along the floor and wall, and they spoke to us after showing the mortar and how to keep smoothing it, and where there was damage from their work.

I called to speak with this company to politely express dissatisfaction and they were nothing but rude to me. I professionally and kindly expressed my concerns and they told me not to call again and abruptly hung up. Their behavior is incredibly unprofessional and I would strongly recommend finding a different company to work with.

Our new fence really transformed our yard into a more comfortable space and I love knowing my dog is safe! They did a great job!

Trudeau did a great job promptly on our damaged back fence years ago so it was a natural to call them to replace a side fence. Excellent service and price and I know it will be done right.

The entire crew was super nice and respectful. My husband asked them to move some dirt to a different area of the yard and they never hestiated to help us out. Very pleased with company and workers.

The salesman, Tim, told us to ask the neighbors where the lot ended. My parents had lived there since 1964, whereas the neighbors were much newer,so didnt see the point. Dug out the plot plans with the exact size and dimensions which he took a picture of and we trusted he would use.
Instead he went and talked to a neighbor who said that the mounds, that my father put up to hide the neighbor's shed, were half on his land. Whether that is correct or not, which I find hard to believe that my precise father or reputable landscaper would do, but anyhow he moved the fence several yards inside of our property line. We were mourning, moving to take care of mom and trusted they would do it right instead we lost all our plantings my beloved father loved, and my mother so loved looking at, plus a lot of our yardage.When we finally had a moment to stop and really look, we called and asked what happened, they said they would send the salesman back out. When he came out instead of ringing our doorbell, he was back out there with the neighbor. So though we paid thousands for this fence he and the neighbor were deciding that that was ok. The salesman said that my dad's planting was a good shield for the fence. So he was not even proud of his product? Very unhappy with the service, responsiveness and most definitely the arrogance of the salesperson to not care what we wanted. I guess he got his money and that is all that matter. Will definitely tell all who ask, NOT to use this company if you want your fence to be constructed in a timely manner and to your own specifications.

Called for a quote for a new fence, came and measured same day, ~205 linear feet. “Could be $10k depending on the design.” Seemed pretty steep, so I provided our design preference with pictures.

2-3 weeks later, still no quote. No return call. No email. Will be calling others, and likely to give my money to the first person that asks me for money and tries to schedule a date to install...

From beginning to end our experience with Trudeau Fence was wonderful. The fence we had installed looks beautiful and adds a great ambiance to the yard. Highly recommend this company.

The service here is top-notch. They put the customer's needs first and do an outstanding job. They installed a split rail fence over 10 years ago and just now needed a replacement rail. Would highly recommend them!

Well, it looks like I'm not alone in this. Trudeau's has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced! We're looking to get our chain link fence replaced, and when I called to ask a question, and the employee was very testy with me on the phone. I called back later and expressed my concern with this kind of treatment to another employee, and he hung up on me! I seriously could not believe it! They won't be getting my business, that's for sure.

Trudeau is an outstanding company. They were able to quickly fix my fence gate. I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and professionalism.

The recent one-star reviews aren't people calling to "express concerns;" they're anti-choice protestors harassing this business because it's been hired by Planned Parenthood. In SPITE of constant in-person and on-phone harassment, Trudeau's has stayed cheerful and polite, and is doing quality fence work in an environment they probably never thought they'd have to deal with. Great customer service; please ignore the disingenuous 1-stars that have all gone up in the last day or so.

If you are looking for a fence company - Trudeau is THE best! Everyone on the team went above and beyond to help us and Bob and Shelley are amazing. Hands down, the best customer service and solutions and fencing costs. They helped us with our fence options, for our new house, while we lived out of state. I would highly recommend them and will absolutely use them for future fencing needs.
