Excellent customer service, and excellent work. Cannot say enough great things about this company. We recently bought a new home, that needed a wrought iron style fence. We contacted two companies. Trudeau was extremely responsive, preparing the initial estimate within 24 hours. They even installed a temporary fence for us when, because of supply line, the materials for the final fence weren’t going to be in. They did this on their own, because they understood we had a puppy, this was an extraordinarily kind gesture. They also managed the HOA approval process. The work they did was professional, and the fence looks excellent.

Tim Sheets and the Trudeau team were helpful, efficient, and worked well with our HOA. We're so happy with our new fence!

As A small business owner in a small rule area near Columbus. We thought we was upgrading our business by beginning to purchase from a larger supplier. We even switched from Mills in Cincinnati who very rarely did we ever have a problem with to now only getting our materials from Trudeau‘s in Columbus and every order is wrong. Every order has materials damaged or not at the quality that we are willing to give our customers when told a date that our materials will be ready. They are never ready on time. We have had employees of theirs damage our trailers while loading things. It is constant hell recently dealing with Trudeau’s so if you have the opportunity not to, I would suggest it because as business may be good in the beginning, it will not be a year down the road . They stop caring about their customer when they know that they’ve got you locked in. What is even worse is Trudeau‘s is a hub for Cincinnati Mills !!!!!

Our first contact/salesperson Tim was very friendly and knowledgeable. Your quote was reasonable and you were agreeable to our requests. Very friendly workers who completed a large job in 1 1/2 days. Cleanup was impressive.

We had a split rail fence installed with wiring. The guys were professional, cleaned up very well afterwards and the fence looks fantastic. We are very pleased!

It was a small project and we had trouble getting firms to offer a bid. Katlyn responded promptly and scheduled an estimate and arranged for the installation. They arrived on time, set straight to work and completed the job without complaint and cleaned up afterwards. Almost wished we had more projects as they did such a good job. Have recommended them to neighbors and were proud to do so.

Commercial chain link fencing was installed on-time, on budget, and within a strict short notice timeframe. Trudeau completed a job well done. Highly recommended!

Trudeau's Fence, A Mills Fence Company, did an amazing job. I was extremely satisfied with the whole process, except for installation day.

1- Bob did an excellent job explaining the whole process of the fence installation. We discussed several different solutions and came up with a solution that not only fit my budget but gave me more then I expected.

2- Estimate process was very easy and they answered all my questions when I had issues with the links - more of an operator error issue - not on them.

3- Approval of Contract. Super easy. They communicated through email and phone calls through this process. My schedule install date was set by me, over a month out. They were ready to start much earlier but again, I had schedule issue and they worked it out make it happen on my time line.

4- Installation was rather painless. The installers were very friendly, clean and explained when we had to adjust due to buried cable issues. The adjusted gates to my specifications, moved a gate to allow for access without having to remove my current flowerbed scheme and adjusted around my trees. They were awesome!!!
The only issue I had was that we had weather issues on first day of installation and communication was not timely. I had to call them to find out when they would be starting. However, they apologize for not getting the information and were able to fix the communication issue from that point forward.

5- Final Billing was a breeze and came in under the original estimate.

Overall, I am overjoyed with my purchase and I have already recommend them to a neighbor. Great Job 👏

Great experience with this company. From Tim in sales, the gals in the office always available and helpful, to the professional crew that did the install. They tolerated my questions and were happy to involve me in the construction process.

Trudeau's Fence Company completed a cedar fence repair for me that looks amazing. I had 3 8ft sections of privacy fence and about 64ft of picket fence replaced along with a gate and post caps. The original fence was installed by another company in 2011 and while the original posts were in excellent condition, the cross boards and pickets were deteriorating to the point that I was concerned it would fall over onto someone. Trudeau's Fence Company was the only company that responded quickly to my request for an estimate and repair plan. Their contract was clear and their price very fair. I signed the contract, paid the deposit and 7 days later the crew arrived to complete the work. Tim did the measurements and completed the estimate in a very timely manner. Alfredo and his helper crew actually completed the work. They were punctual, hard-working and cleaned up the area completely when the work was done. They were respectful of the many perennials and shrubs along the fence in my yard and the next door neighbors. The products used to build the fence were quality material and there was absolutely no delay in completing the project. I highly recommend this company for fence repair and rebuild. The craftsmanship completing the scallops and gate are outstanding. I will be applying a fence coating once the materials have had a chance to cure and I look forward to admiring this successful project. Thank you for taking pride in your workmanship.

Creative Earthscapes did a remarkable job building a new deck and patio for our backyard! We love the updated look and quality design and materials. We appreciated how the quote was given with different line items, to know exact costs upfront. Clear communication through out the project. Now we are looking forward to Creative Earthscapes putting in a new front sidewalk to match the back!

Chad and his team did a great job. They removed the old deck and added a cover paver patio integrated into the house with a firepit are and seating area. It looks great! I had a few pavers crack on 6 months and his team came out the same week to replace them. They have a great warranty.
