Contractor reviews in Columbus, Ohio

HSP is a fantastic local home warranty company — family owned and operated, and it truly shows in the level of care they provide. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping homeowners when they need it most. As a Realtor, I appreciate how easy they are to work with and how quickly they step in when issues arise. It’s refreshing to partner with a company that values relationships and delivers real results. Highly recommend!

I have used HSP Home Warranty for the past 3-4 years now for my clients!! I write them in every offer of mine! Mindy and her team have been super helpful and my clients are always pleased. Whenever clients call me with issues after close, I know Mindys team can handle - it gets done ! Will continue to use them and refer them my business.

HSP Home Warranty has saved me so many times from headaches! They are always friendly, professional, responsive, and truly care about helping make homeownership easier and more affordable for their clients. They are the only home warranty company I trust, and I will choose them over and over without question every year.

Above average contractor. Also a great place to start a career in plumbing.
