We purchased our HSP warranty just a few months ago and just used it for the first time. We had a toilet leak and I called the number for HSP and it was answered within a few rings and I was told there would be a plumber here the next day. Actually premier Plumbing showed up the same day just to check out things to make sure we were okay until the next day. The next day they came and installed a new commode the experience was wonderful to deal with us compared to insurance companies in the past. No hassle no paperwork just great people and good service. I would highly recommend this HSP insurance for homeowners

HSP Home Warranty company is the best. They came out to do the yearly inspection on my air conditioner last summer. They found a capacitor that was bad they replaced it. I paid the $50 deductible. He also found a dead mouse in the unit and respectfully removed the mouse and disposed of it without making a big deal about it. If you ask me, this was well beyond what they were hired to do

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this local home warranty company! My son and I both bought plans from them and they have been AWESOME to work with on all claims we have filed. They show up when they say they are going to. The contractors are polite, helpful and respectful. My son had his microwave fixed 2 weeks ago and he texted me this “Microwaves fixed. home warranty company is really good, service guy was awesome.” My son had a previous warranty company and the companies would never show up and then would have to wait another week or 2 to have someone come out to review and fix issue. HSP Home Warranty is an amazing company owned by even more amazing people! Mindy and Lou treat me like family, which is important when you have problems that require the utilization of your home warranty! They truly care about their customers and it shows! I know if I have a question, they are one call away. When I needed a plumber, it was super easy to file the claim online and the plumber came out in a timely fashion! The deductible isn't outrageous either! What really sealed the deal is the option to pay monthly to have my warranty and they are LOCAL!! I recommend them to every homeowner I know.
