Need help with your home renovations? Chris and his crew are who i would recommend. They replaced a horribly laid patio. They worked hard in the hot sun with a smile, friendly attitude and answered any questions asked. Chris also came on a Sunday, his day off, to replace 2 storm doors. Pricing was very reasonable and most importantly, they did an excellent job! We were very happy with their work and would not hesitate to use them again!

Christopher, Gabriel and Rudy just completed installing a storm door and three windows for me. They are such nice young men and do a fantastic job. They’re efficient and were so professional and knowledgeable about what they did. They’re very thorough and pay close attention to every detail of the job. I really appreciate their hard work and will definitely call them again when I need to replace the windows in my sunroom.

I hired Espinosa Restoration Services for a full gut renovation of my home in Newark, Ohio, and the experience from start to finish was excellent. Every phase of the project was clearly explained upfront, and everything was executed exactly as promised. There were no surprises, no confusion, and no corners cut.

This was a true whole-home renovation. Everything was removed and rebuilt brand new. The project included new countertops, new flooring, new cabinetry and hardware, new door hardware, upgraded LG appliances, new sinks and bathroom countertops, and new lighting throughout the entire house. A wall in the garage was removed to create a brand-new laundry room and pantry, which completely transformed the functionality of the home.

In addition, ADA-approved safety features were thoughtfully added throughout the home to accommodate someone who needs a bit more assistance. This included properly installed shower grab bars and other safety upgrades designed to improve accessibility and ease of use, without sacrificing the overall design or aesthetics of the space.

The design and paint selections were done to my exact specifications. Sherwin-Williams Duration Interior in Marshmallow and Pure White was used throughout, with four accent walls added by choice in the laundry room, living room, guest bathroom, and primary bathroom. The result genuinely feels like a model home. The décor, finishes, and overall craftsmanship are beautiful and extremely well done.

The pricing was fair and exactly what I expected going in. Each time a deposit was made, the work associated with that phase was completed as promised. I truly feel like I received a luxury renovation at a fair price.

Beyond the work itself, the team went above and beyond in working with me through some very difficult circumstances, which meant a great deal. I would not hesitate to recommend Espinosa Restoration Services to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and integrity.

Good Honest Plumbers! They came and cameraed my sewer line. The picture was as clear as watching a high def television. Unlike evolve plumbing! I found the camera they used at Lowe’s. No wonder they couldn’t tell me anything about my line.

Had a bad sewer backup due to my sewer pipes being rooted all over the place. Worker came and showed me what was wrong and how to fix. 2 hours later my sewer pipes looked new and were flowing correctly. Great price and great quick service.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this company! After having an issue where sewer water was coming up through a drain in our basement, we had another company come out to “clean” the line and give us an estimate to fix the issue. They found that there was a break/hole in the sewer line. After getting quotes between $10k - $24k from other companies for re-lining part of the sewer line, we had Tom and Tony come out to assess the situation.

Just three weeks after the other company “cleaned” the line, we were already seeing water come up through the drain again. Tom and Tony were able to spot the issue (with WAY better cameras so we could actually clearly see the issue as well) and unblock the line for us and provide an estimate to re-line part of our sewer line. Their estimate was about half the lowest price from other companies! We were so relieved and they truly showed that they care about their customers.

They came out and did the work and were prompt, knowledgeable and cleaned everything up! The best part was that they could access the sewer line to re-line it from the basement so no need to remove fencing and dig up the yard, just a small concrete patch in the basement. We cannot thank them enough for their work and we are so relieved to have our sewer problems behind us!

I called to get an estimate for sewer line repair because another company had said we need to replace a section. Sewer Pro came and looked down our sewer line and said that it did not need to be replaced. They were courteous and kind.

We had a sewer backup in our basement. We called and Megan was in the office and she was very friendly and helpful. Tom came out the next day. He ran the borescope in the sewer line and determined there was a rootball blockage. Their equipment was at another site and not immediately available so Tom recommended another competitor who he knew would be responsive to come out and help us. Tom was very professional, one of the most honest people we’ve ever dealt with, very knowledgeable, and his assessment of the problem turned out to be exactly what was wrong. Incredibly, he didn’t even charge us for the call or service that he performed. He said estimates were free. He could have taken advantage of us with the situation we were in but he didn’t. I would give Sewer Pro 10 stars if I could. I would definitely call Tom if I needed to reline the pipes at any point in the future.

Meagan was extremely professional and helpful with scheduling. Our technician was honest and thorough, we were able to get on the schedule the next morning. Although we didn’t need a relining at this time, we will definitely call on Sewer Pro for future maintenace.

Alex and Jacob were amazing! Arrived early and got the job done quicker than I was expecting. Answered all my questions and kept me updated as the project went on. We had a few other companies give us quotes and Sewer Pro was half of what they were quoting. Didn't try to pressure me into more than we needed. We have a TON of trees on our property so the peace of mind with the 50 year warranty is well worth the money. Call them today!

We had a break in our clay drain pipe which was buried under our concrete basement floor. They came on a Saturday to evaluate the problem and put me at ease, assuring it wouldn’t be a difficult or expensive fix. When they came back to complete the work, they were professional, and worked as cleanly as you could for sawing up concrete floors. The price was exactly as quoted and the repair is holding up as it should.

Showed up on time - actually, early. Tom was very professional and knows his stuff! He put his drain "snake camera" into our underground eave trough drain. He found an issue in our storm drain that he could very easily have told us needed repair. Instead, he pinpointed exactly where it is and told us how to fix it ourselves. We also had him check out our sewer line from the house to the street just in case. He found no issues and, in fact, said for a nearly 70 year old line, it is in great shape. That is piece of mind well worth the cost. I would HIGHLY recommend Sewer Pro. In fact, I have. I work for an insurance agency and handle all of the claims. I have no reservations whatsoever recommending Sewer Pro to our clients.
