This company happens to take care of my neighbor’s landscaping and mowing. I recently underwent an unexpected medical procedure and texted and asked if they’d be able/willing to mow my yard when they were scheduled to do this neighbor’s yard next. They agreed and I left money under the front door mat. When I came home there was a note from them in my mail box saying they understood I’d had an “issue”. They had mowed the lawn and said not to worry about payment. It looked GREAT—amazing edging. I’ll take care of them next week but this selfless act was very classy.
Thanks guys!! I now know who I’ll ask to do my cleanups (and mowing when I’m unavailable).

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE all around, deeply regret using them as a contractor for our backyard project which wasn’t cheap by the way. It’s been 8 months since we started with Evergreen (we were told it would take about 2.5-3 weeks from start to finish) and they still have items on the list to finish to this day. Every week we have to reach out to ask about when the remaining items will be completed and barely get a response. Extremely disappointed on the customer experience with this company which is a shame because I had high expectations based on our initial interaction with them.

This company parks their machine and equipment in residential parking spots without asking anyone. I came home from work and found their giant machine parked in MY parking spot, that I pay for, so I had to park my car away from my home. Stop being lazy - take your equipment back to the shop if there’s no place to park it.
