Very knowledgeable and professional service was provided on both the light switch replacement and the replacement of three loose plugs in two separate rooms that we had put off replacing since we moved in. There was a driver on 270 for this company texting for nearly 5 minutes while following me. Maybe they are good electricians. Who knows. But they make poor decisions.

Our parking lot was totally dark
So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
Why torture yourself and get aggravated —- just call Roberts
And deal with “professionals ”!
