Great experience. I wasn’t home during the repairs but a family member was. Work was done quickly and not nearly as expensive as I thought it would be. She will definitely be my go-to electrician going forward and I’d 100% recommend her for anybody else.

Sam is awesome! Very professional. She listened to what we wanted and made helpful suggestions for our house built in the 50's. Pricing is fair and she was very informative for the why and how of fixing our electric Highly recommend!!

Terrible service

In an age of no one answering the phone or getting back to you NWR was a very pleasant surprise. I had smoke alarms going off and they got to me quickly and fixed the problem quickly as well. Top notch all around!!!

Walid came out this week to install a box for a ceiling light in our office. He was very professional and did great work; leaving us finally able to install a overhead light in the office. Will use again in the future and would definitely recommend.

I called Care Electric and they answered the phone immediately and came out to my house to address an issue. They also identified an issue with water intrusion into my circuit breaker and fixed that while they were here. They did a great job and I recommend using them!

Have used Care Electric several times. Walid was able to get to our house within a short while. He was prompt, told us exactly what he was doing, shared information and got the work done quickly. And the price was reasonable.

I contacted Walid through Yelp about an issue with outlets/lights not working. He responded promptly and came out the next day. The problem was fixed in half an hour and he even fixed another issue I had with my light switches for my garage lights. The whole thing was done in less than 24 hours and the pricing was very reasonable. Will definitely use Walid and his team again.

Also repaired two breakers. Care Electric arrived on time after texting their ETA. They responded to late night email inquiring about service and two days later came to assess and do the repairs. He was professional as he explained what he was doing and why it was needed and while I held a light for him, he was careful with his tools and supplies and even put MY ladder back! The work appears to be quality work and all power is back to my two lights and to my two outlets with two new breakers! Completed in a reasonable time for a reasonable rate. Great work. We will use them again for our next electric issue!

Care Electric was excellent! They gave an estimate the same day and put in a Tesla charger outlet the next day. The estimate was lower then 2 previous estimates. I felt they did not increase estimate because it was a Tesla charging outlet needed. I would recommend them for anyone needing a Tesla charger installed. I would use again if needed in the future!!

Highly recommended company to work with. They did an excellent job and were very professional. Installed two ceiling fans and basement led spot lights...had to run new wire for all the installation.

I had an electric panel upgrade and a few other projects. I like the owner, and the price was good, but there were issues that will prevent me from using them again.

The electric panel was completely unlabeled. That's not something that I can look past. They offered to come out again and fix it, but they had already had to come back a second day and they did so unannounced. I was at work and they called me asking how to get in. I told them that they never told me that they were showing up, so I had to drive back home and let them in. I told them I'd be there in 20 minutes, and I was, but they weren't. I'm not sure where they went, but I called and they said they'd be back in 10 minutes. Not good since I had to leave work. They also talked about installing a new outlet for the dishwasher, which I didn't know that they were including, but when I saw the final work, they didn't install or attempt it. I'm not sure what happened there, but I just did it myself. I did find that they used one of my dining room chairs as a ladder, didn't try to hide it at all.

I think that 3 stars is fair. They did a lot of work, and the price was ok, but there were things that I could not approve of. If you know what you're getting, it's not terrible. I have a lot of work to do on the house and a job that's flexible, so it's not the worst thing in the world. It does stop me from recommending them to people.

It's not a mistake that they showed up with no notice, forced me to leave work, made me wait on them by leaving for no reason, and using my dining room chair as a step stool. That's insulting. Not labeling the breaker panel is a mistake, but one that shouldn't be made by any electrician. They would have to go through the entire house for hours while switching on and off breakers to re-label it. That isn't something that I trust them to do.

Care Electric is awesome. Callled them on a Saturday for an emergency repair because a breaker kept tripping. WalId was here in about an hour, found and fixed the problem. Explained the problem and checked the rest of the breakers to see if others had similar problem. Very happy with everything he did and have them scheduled for some upgrade work we needed done. We now have a go to electrical company! Highly recommend them.

We received our quote within the same day, and they came in $500-$1000 less than 2 other quotes we’d had. Once we signed the contract, the permit was pulled the following day. They have been dependable, no-nonsense and have worked diligently to get the job done. They even took money off the initial estimate when the labor costs came in under budget. We would definitely use CARE Electric again!

Care Electric was my "2nd opinion" on an issue I had. 1st company came out, checked the problem for a couple minutes (insufficient) and quoted me an exorbitant amount. Called CE. Anxhelino check the issue carefully, fixed it and charged me a much more reasonable rate. I'm thankful for the good people at Care. This is the 2nd time using them and I'll be sure to call Care right away for any other electric issues I have.
