My experience with Care electric was amazing when I called for estimates Mr. Walid answered his phone and come by the same day. That’s is called customer service. The services provided were back up switch generator, new fuel box, new breaker box and electrical switch replacement/repair. The job was done quickly and professionally and the company took great Care of my project for my property. There was also an old fashioned beat up light fixture in my front yard. I said Sir that pole is an eyesore. Pole gone in minutes!!!! His the best and his team is highly qualified!

We hired Care Electric, LLC to make electrical updates in more than 100 of our occupied apartments homes. Care was able to complete the project in great time, as promised when Walid proposed for the job. The price for this large job was fair, affordable and better than all the major competitors I had spoken to. As a brand new homeowner I was nearly in tears when I pretty much short circuited my whole house on a Saturday night. We frantically started calling whatever 24 hour electricians we could find and Care Electric could come the fastest. Walid was here in literally 15 minutes and fixed our problem in 5 minutes. Then he turned to my husband and me and asked what else he could help us with since he’s charging us the hour anyway - I truly cannot appreciate enough the transparency and willingness to help. He set up a few other things, gave us a very fair quote for a few updates and charged us a fair price for the hour. We were very impressed and will definitely be using Care Electric again. Highly recommend!

Called on Tuesday, they came out on Friday morning. Quickly fixed my issues and charged a fair price. Plus the two gentlemen were super friendly and easy to talk to. I wish I could call them out by name.... But I am horrible with name. After talking with them I will be watching more soccer and eating Mediterranean food in my future!!

Absolutely incredible service. I was stuck in a difficult situation, the start of a very hot holiday weekend with a broken generator and no power in my home. This team went absolutely above and beyond to restore power and keep my son and I safe. I have no hesitation in recommending their service.

We went through several contractor options that either were no-shows, had extremely high pricing, dishonest, etc. We were ready to give up on decent electric work until we found Care Electric. Walid was able to stop by and give us a quote shortly after giving him a call. He walked us through the quote, helped us prepare our city permits (it was our first time) and even helped our applications move along faster after we couldn’t get through to the city. Throughout the work, Walid’s guys were always on-time, very respectful, did quality work, and were very patient when we had hiccups throughout the process. We look forward to hiring them again for our next project!

Angelo came 2-13-25 to do repairs to electric in lower level of house. He found the issue and handle immediately. He was awesome and extremely professional.

Walid and his crew are great—our house lost half of its power on a Saturday morning and Walid was able to come over that day, diagnose the problem and make sure I had a functioning furnace, appliances, etc until the remaining work could be completed later that week. Walid helped coordinate between the power company, excavator crew that was needed to lay a new line, city inspector and the internet company that caused the initial damage to get us back up and running, and best of all, helped me make sure the company that caused the damage paid for the repairs :) So thankful to have their help!!!

I have not used Care in the past, but was very pleased with their interactions to set the appointment, the staff who worked here, and all at a very fair price. Good, fair, trustworthy electricians are VERY hard to find; these guys do solid work and deliver exactly as agreed! Give them a call….

I want to give Care Electric more stars than this but I just can't. Future customers need to know where this company falls short.

Starting with the good. Care Electric was very prompt and quick to reply to my inquiry. I needed a 240v wall outlet installed in my garage for my EV and I had some GFI outlets installed previously by an contractor incorrectly and the hot and neutral were reversed. Care handled the GFI outlets very well, and I feel they are a solid choice for residential electric repair.

Where I feel things did not go well is when they attempted to install my EV outlet. Care Electric needs to up their game and their knowledge in this area. They attempted to install an appliance outlet (14-50) for my EV. THIS IS A NO NO, and anyone who is planning or has had a 14-50 outlet installed for their EV needs to understand you CANNOT use an appliance outlet for this application. You have to use an EV rated outlet, preferably a Hubble or Bryant, and in my case a Leviton EV rated outlet, which is very similar to Hubble. I had to stop them from installing an appliance outlet and then run to Home Depot and buy the outlet myself. They then jammed it into the 4 inch box, which it didn't really fit and then they had to make shift the cover onto the outlet by grinding out the edges. For a company who claims to be licensed electricians and the price I paid for a professional install, this felt like a DIY job at best. I was not impressed with the end result.

The company did reply to my post, my repones would be, I did resolve the issue right away, you can clearly see that in my post. My issue is the lack of knowledge and make shift fix the team employed. I had more knowledge of EV wall outlet application than the company I hired to do the job. I'm confused on how me contacting the company at that time would have changed that.

We used Care Electric for our kitchen remodel and for a few other small projects. They are always on time, friendly, knowledgeable, quick.. they know what they are doing and price very well. We have always been beyond satisfied with their services and we will continue to use them for all our electrical needs for as long as they stay in business! Angelo and Amin came to do the electrical work for a new door project in our home. The guys were great, professional and friendly. Had great chats while they took the time to explain everything they were doing and always asked before any changes from the plan were made.
