Alex with Quality Electric was great. These guys are customer focused and do all they can to make everything right even when challenges arise. We had him connect a swim spa and when a challenge came up, he worked to solve the problem and not just jet off like a lot of other companies do. I’m very impressed and highly recommend Quality Electric for any wiring needs you have. 100% professional and great customer service.

I hired Quality Electric to do a panel replacement / upgrade and to do some runs to my garage for a series of outlets as well as a 240V line for a garage heater. I can't say enough about how great everything came out. Installation of the garage conduit / outlets is perfect and the quality of the work was top notch for the whole job. Thanks to TJ and Joe for knocking all of that out in a day! Thanks to Charlie for the competitive quote to get all this done. I'd highly recommend Quality Electric to anyone. Fantastic experience. Quote was reasonable with what I researched and ultimate price was right there. Electrician came on time, was very polite, made fewer holes than I anticipated and did a great job patching them. He explained how the electric box had changed, made helpful notes on the box, and even took some pictures and made suggestions based on my off hand comment that we might look at adding a second charger in the future. I’m really happy with the company and specifically with the Electrician who came.

We were looking for a company to replace our panel box for two months with no luck. Had companies come in for estimates who never called us back and some companies that never showed up. We called Quality Electric who's gave us an estimate over the phone and within a week installed our new panel box for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for any electrical project you might have. The technician was very friendly, professional and honest. Fantastic company and plan on using them in the future!

We have used Quality Electric several times since we purchased our townhome in downtown Columbus. Charlie Baker is always good with providing knowledgable advice and reasonable quotes and TJ is a fabulous service technician who always teaches me something useful while he is performing the requested service.

The name is misleading, would not consider this quality. Called the company last Friday, explaining the scope of the project for my House and the type of quote that I would need. Informed they would need to send this to the residential project manager and would have someone call me. The time was set up for today. A gentleman came out I explained what was going on same as I did on Friday. He proceeds to tell me that this type of quote would need technicians to come out and do all the testing and that would take at least a half a day to a days worth of work to be able to generate that kind of quote. I asked if he could look at an outlet to see if looked like it was grounded properly or if there was any knob and tube present visually present in the house up in the attic he told me he’s not able to do that. I then asked him what the purpose of him coming out today is and why both our time waswasted given that I explained this whole situation on Friday. He blamed his office receptionist saying that it is not the receptionist role to schedule a technician call versus him coming out. I explained we had another electrical company come out this week with technicians having no problems giving us a quote. This company has breakdowns in communication they waste your time to take off work. I would have had no problem paying for a quote today, had it been setup that way. He was insistent I wanted a free quote. The company just had a failure of communication and what should have been done today. He also informed me he is the vice president of the company. If that’s the case I would keep that info to myself, As a VP he’s not accepting responsibility.

We used Quality electric in 2021 for two different jobs and their bid was significantly lower cost than the other companies. They were easy to communicate with, professional and did great work.
Recently reached out about another issue and they scheduled an appointment but gave a tip that might fix the issue and that worked, saving time and money. Highly recommend Quality Electric.

Had Quality in to do some work in our kitchen, adding cans, changing undercabinet lighting, adding some outlets, etc and was happy with their service from start to finish. We plan on having them back to do several other things we want done throughout our house. It took forever to find a good electrician at a fair price and I have already recommended them to other people.

While attempting to install a newer model fan in our older home, we of course ran into issues. We decided to call out for service and we're able to get immediately scheduled for the following business day. We will absolutely be calling for additional service as we perform upgrades to out home, both interior and exterior!

Quality Electric has done great work for us and they alerted us to problems with our electrical panel that could have caused a fire. When Brendan replaced the electric panel, it was warm, the metal was soft, and some of the older circuits were cracked and slightly melted in the back. And this is an honest company. We originally called Quality Electric to have a new bathroom exhaust fan installed. But when Brendon arrived, he examined the unit, looked it up online, then told us the old fan was rated for 40 years, it pulled a lot of air, and it did not need replacing. He saved us hundreds of dollars.

Brendan also grounded and bonded our electric system. Later, we noticed that a lamp controlled by a remote switch was getting turned on when we used the porch fan remote. Brendan returned, read the fine print on the lamp switch, and saw that it was not “resistive.” That wasn’t a problem with the old two-prong outlet, but now that the outlet was grounded, it was picking up the signal from the other remote. After Brendan explained the situation, I bought a resistive switch to resolve the issue. We were very impressed that he figured this out! And no extra charge, since it was a follow-up to their previous service call.

We also appreciated everything we learned from Brendan about the electrical system in our house. He’s very good at explaining things.

We’ve had many contractors access our electric panel over the years, and not one mentioned the need to replace it. They had tunnel vision, working on their project and not talking to us about this serious problem. We are so grateful to Brendan!

This is not our first positive experience with Quality Electric. Another of their electricians, Brandon, fixed a no-power situation in our garage a few years ago. He was very nice too.

Had a great experience with Quality Electric. The person that I scheduled the appointment with was very friendly. They were very flexible on appointment timing. The electrician was knowledgeable and professional. A+++ all around. Highly recommended.

We had quality electric come and install 2 light fixtures in our new home. They did a great job and even scheduled a time to come back out quickly for a follow up fix I requested. We will definitely reach out to quality electric for our future projects.

We had the team at Quality Electric out to replace our panel and install two new receptacles. From start to finish, the communication, professionalism, and quality were top notch. When discussing 100 vs 200 amp panel, they actually talked us out of the 200 amp because it wasn't necessary for our needs. They also went above and beyond quickly swapping out a light fixture that wasn't originally discussed.

To top it off, we felt their prices were extremely fair. There is a trip fee added to the work, but this was disclosed up front and was essentially waived because we bundled multiple projects.

We would absolutely use them again in the future and will recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed with the service I received. Two weeks ago, my electrical outlet started to burn. I had to call the fire department and it knocked out the outlet in my bedroom and in my living room and one in my dining room. My landlord called Quality Electric and it came out and surveyed everything and gave my landlord a quote. Took him a minute to respond but today Austin and Alex did a phenomenal job. They prepared the damage and they gave me three dedicated outlets for my window AC in my bedroom and living room. They even gave a dedicated out for my computer equipment. They explained everything of what they were doing. I would recommend anyone to them.

We had a great experience with Franklin from Quality Electric! He came to our home to replace a chandelier, repair a broken dimmer switch, and address a potentially dangerous issue with an outlet in our basement. Franklin was not only skilled and efficient but also incredibly friendly and professional.

I hired Quality Electric to install a ceiling fan and a ceiling light in two of my bedrooms. The electricians were professional and completed the job in a timely manner.

After a mix up regarding the cost of the job when the electricians told me a higher price than I was originally quoted, the company stood by the lower price and later refunded me the difference.

Great service - they live up to their name. They installed 3 new light fixtures for us and ran all the wiring to them, transitioning the switches from outlets to the fixtures. Caleb and David were super friendly, professional and quick. The price was also very reasonable.

Living in North Carolina, trying to find a good quality Electrical Company to replace the electrical panel in my son's newly acquired home. I thought would be about impossible. Quality Electric was highly recommended in Yelp reviews. So were several more companies. Quality Electric stood out more the others. Charlie was prompt, thorough, and customer friendly. He took his time and looked the whole project over and gave me a very fair estimate to do the work. He even was able to get us on the schedule when we would be back in town.
Brandon and TJ showed up right on time. Those 2 employees are a great asset to Quality Electric. They were friendly, professional, and courteous. They explained what they were going to do and asked if we had any questions. They finished up and completed the job right on time. They cleaned up behind themselves and left the areas cleaner than it was before they started. You could not ask for 2 nicer people who did the work.
