We are thrilled with the work done on Jan. 22. Our electrical problems have all been resolved. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Even though it was extremely cold, the guys outside continued to work to get the job done. Clean up was perfect. Thanks so much for an excellent job!

After a recent windstorm we were left with an electric meter than had been ripped off our house and no power. Buckeye Electric was the only electrician company that was willing to come out and reinstall our meter on a Sunday morning so that we could have power again.

The owner is the one who came out and went above and beyond. He was also willing to look at where the lines connected to the breaker box in the basement to make sure none of them were damaged when the meter was pulled from the house.

Service and communication were amazing in a really stressful time. We would 1000% recommend using them again.

My husband and I just had the most amazing experience with Buckeye Electric of Upper Arlington. Their customer service from the initial quote to the actual completion of the service was absolutely stellar. Jose S and Jacob C, the two electricians who came out, were so gracious with us as we both worked from home today and had our 7-month old, rambunctious puppy around as well. They were clean, efficient, and listened to what we wanted. Their work was beyond expectations, and the pricing was so reasonable. We would give 6 stars if we could. We will definitely be repeat customers and will recommend the company to our friends and family!

I will look elsewhere next time. The quality of work did not meet my expectations as seen in the pictures. Over cut drywall, stripped screws, cracked switch, light fixtures and switch covers not flush, found pieces of grounding wire and fiberglass in each of the rooms. In the 8 hours they were here, they did not finish two of six requested items on the quote.

We gladly fix any issues and warranty all of our work. We service over 800 customers per years so yes, mistakes happen, and once we are aware of the issue we will gladly make any repairs - As you notice from our many 5 star reviews, we do great work, however every once in a while we run into a difficult situation. I suggest reaching out to the office instead of google. Job was completed on 2/12/21. Im curious why you wait till 3/8 to post a review, and why you mentioned nothing about a broken switch or any other issues when you called me about the drywall. Please make sure you get out and enjoy the warm weather!"

Thank you for the reply. You are correct. A week later during our phone call you did mention that drywall repair may be needed after installation. It is my mistake for assuming that it wouldn't be for careless workmanship.
I am sure that you and your employees are capable of great work, but this was not an example of that.

24-hour response time to a household electrical issue that was getting worse by the minute. Full breaker box investigation led them outside to the meter and AEP line coming into the house and they were able to ascertain a problem I never would’ve figured out on my own. Greatly appreciate their professionalism!

Buckeye Electric did a great job. We needed a faulty outlet repaired and when I called, they were able to schedule same day (within a few hours) and the BE associates were kind, knowledgeable and did not disrupt my schedule, as I work from home. I will definitely utilize their services again.

Estimate was reasonable, less than the other quote. They kept me well informed on scheduling and arrival. Their work was professional. I was completely satisfied. I will recommend them to others.

I had a pretty simple request. I needed a 20amp circuit ran to my garage. It was almost straight 35 ft run through drywall and an unfinished basement. I contacted 4 electrician services before I contacted Buckeye Electric. The first quoted me $1200 and said he couldn’t come out for 3 weeks. The next said they would come and quote me the next day, they no-call no-showed me. The third called me day of the quote and said they had a call off but could do a quote in a week. My neighbor referred me to Buckeye Electiric. They had a simple to use E-form. The price for this kind of job was listed UP FRONT. No “quote bullshit” for easy jobs. It was listed at $276 just for the circuit. They came out the next morning, finished the job in about two hours. After they did the finishing (installing the box and receptacles, and we requested a specific design on the receptacle which they accommodated), it was $400 total. They took a look at my panel and they also found a faulty breaker. They fixed that and it ended being about $475 total. Completely reasonable, very efficient. Thanks for saving me from everyone else.

Buckeye Electric was great! Daniel came out during the biggest storm of the year, diagnosed the issue (old knob and tube wiring) and fixed everything quickly and at a fair price. I would trust him with any electrical jobs I have going forward.

Mr Medina and his apprentice done a fantastic job I am definitely going to use them for another bathroom in the near future The price is a little on the higher side The boss gave me a quote without looking at the fan So I thought when the worker gave me a different price by looking at It is all good This young man did a great job and he deserves a 5 star but the price would be a 3 star and the boss who was rude to his employee in front of me he deserves a 1 star I don’t mind paying for it but I felt he was extremely hard on his employee and very disrespectful

Dan is awesome!! He is honest, professional, and upfront with pricing. I have hired him for a couple of smaller jobs, then he recently replaced our 125 Amp Disconnect Meter Socket. I am so glad I found someone who I can trust to do quality work and schedule with in a timely manner.
